Sansbury is the best for glasses. Carrie is a real professional who knows her stuff! I spent a lot of time there looking for the perfect glasses, she made wonderful suggestions (glasses I would not have picked myself) and the glasses are perfect. I am stopped by people who ask where I got my glasses they are just that attractive and on trend. BEST experience ever.

We are very grateful that Sansbury continues to practice safe protocols during the pandemic. Three members of the family moved to Sansbury this month because of the mask requirement - thank you for helping us stay as safe as possible! Also, the staff at the Beltline location is superb. So helpful and responsive to our needs. We will be Sansbury customers for life and will recommend with enthusiasm!

Came in to browse at glasses last week, and could tell the environment was super relaxed. I was approached by a young lady, and at first thought it was another person browsing due to the style of her outfit. Awesome to see a business establishment allowing their employees to dress so comfortably in T-shirts’ and leggings. I need to put in a resume!

From the individual who answered the phone, the optician who fulled my eye glass prescription to the check out clerk handling payment, everyone at this store was courteous, professional and seemed genuinely committed to providing me with a comfortable, no pressure, quality experience. One of the best shopping experiences I have encountered in many years. Old fashioned, first class service all round!

Great service, and efficiency. The staff was all very friendly, and helpful. I worked with Chesnee during my visit. I purchased glasses about a year and half ago and was very pleased with the staff and the friendliness I received. I just took my mother there on Saturday to pick out frames and to fill her prescription. I was as satisfied with this experience as I was when I got my glasses. I would recommend anyone to go to the beltline location. I will definitely be back in the future when I’m in need of glasses again.

I absolutely love going here. The professionalism you receive from the time you make your appointment until you get your eyes check and eventually glasses or contacts is outstanding. Everyone here is so friendly. Im mad I only come once a year but every time I visit my experience is beyond amazing. From top to bottom everyone does an amazing job here. I love this place. The best eye care that you can receive in the columbia area. I bought my contacts and glasses from there and they were very patient with me. It didn’t feel rushed or forced or either visit. Everyone there is great but I highly recommend that you ask for Chesnee or Shannon. They are very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice and care for what is suitable and best for you and your insurance. Will definitely be going back when it’s time for more contacts. Went in for an eye exam and was getting contacts for the first time. Had a great experience. Chesnee was awesome at showing me how to put in and take out the contacts.

This team is fantastic. Everyone from check in to check out was professional as well as personable. I was comfortable with how smoothly my appointment flowed. I never thought I’d spend the better part of two hours (longer than my entire exam) selecting my frames. SORRY!Nicole listened to what I was looking for, was patient with me, and offered several styles for me to try. She also recruited other optical shop employees, including the manager, to make suggestions. I appreciated how they made me feel like I was the most important customer. I observed interactions between other customers during my fashion show, and realized my experience wasn’t unique at all.I felt like I was shopping with my best friends on an episode Say Yes to the SPECS! A few weeks ago I called and scheduled a 9:30 appointment for today. I wrote down all of the appointment information while on the phone making the appointment. Did not receive a call or message to confirm or verify my appointment. Upon arrival today I was told that they had my appointment listed for 9:00 and that they would not see me. However, they were able to put me into a cancellation spot for 2:30 the same day. I did have to drive back home and then make another trip, but I was happy to at least be seen on the same day planned. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind, and I will be coming back, but calling in advance to double check my appointment time.

I was from out of town and I came in and Dipali helped me get an order placed for contacts and got me a tri-pair amazing staff

My granddaughter got an exam, and a pair of glasses here recently, and it couldnt of been any better. The frame is so cute, and her vision is better than it has ever been. Highly recommend this place. The front desk staff was super friendly, and took covid precautions. The techs that helped her through the exam process was very professional, and friendly. Awesome experience !!! Eye exam with Dr. Sherman was smooth and very comfortable including the pre exam procedures with the technician. Once finished they handed me over to Kat - she was absolutely the awesome experience. Kat took her time and listened to what I wanted in a pair of glasses. No rush job here. After discussions she explained my costs for all the items I wanted before we moved to looking at frames - Kat really delivered here!! Since she listened to everything I said every pair of frames she selected for me was a hit!! Kat also with each frame we tried checked for the correct fit on bridge and temple. She even took pictures so I could see how I looked. Kat is a true professional and provides an awesome experience with her customer service skills!! I am so excited about doing business with the Forest Acres location thanks to Kat!!

Rough! Be prepared to wait. I had a 9:15 appt and at 10AM was told there was still 4 people in front of me, had to leave. The staff clearly is over stretched and equally frustrated as co. requires appts every 15 mins which is not enough time to be seen.

Today was my first time visiting this location and my first eye exam in quite a while. I was anxious walking in but that quickly went away as I was greeted by the most pleasant employee, Mrs Shannon, the Clinic Manager. Her friendly, upbeat, and bubbly personality was very refreshing to see! She checked me in and I had nearly no wait time at all. All the staff members were so friendly and kind. My examination was quick and efficient. Afterwards I asked Mrs. Shannon to assist me with picking out some frames since she was so pleasant when I first walked in, to which she happily obliged. With her help I found the perfect frames for me and I couldn’t be more excited. Furthermore, I couldn’t help but notice how clean and well organized the center was. Every staff member I came into contact with was sanitizing and cleaning anything that was touched, temperatures were taken for everyone entering the building, and all staff members were appropriately wearing their masks.Mrs. Shannon deserves kudos and a raise! Her customer service is exemplary. I will certainly be back to this center!!

Beltline center, and can not say enough about Cary White, she has been so professional, knowledgable and always goes ABOVE and beyond when it comes to taking care of her customers. Kudos to Dr. M. Very positive experience. I was assisted by Joanie to purchase new subscription lens. After deciding on a pair, the price was just to high for what I could afford. She then went above and beyond to double check what my insurance would cover. This allowed me to stay within my limited budget and obtain a better pair of glasses than I could originally afford. I am very grateful for her help . When she could have easily allowed me pay more . It shows some people still have a heart and try to look out for their customers. I will make sure to recommend the Beltline branch and Joanie to anyone who needs glasses.

Today I came to Sansbury for a first time contact wearer. I worked with Shannon, the clinic manager. She was so patient with me. It took me a little longer than I expected, but she was very enthusiastic the whole time guiding me on how to insert the contacts. After I was shown how to get the contacts in my eyes, Dr. Sherman checked the prescription and I saw so clearly. She fit me in a great brand. When came tome to remove the contacts, Shannon was unavailable at the time, so I was assisted by Chesnee. She was also patient and enthusiastic the whole time. The staff and doctor at Forest Acres is awesome! I was a first time patient, and am so happy I chose this office and location.

Shannon and the whole office staff was amazing. Shannon wasn’t sure if she could fit us in since we needed a same day apt and driving from Sumter but she went above and beyond to fit us in and called our insurance company to. I really thank your staff! Y’all are awesome.

The entire staff was wonderful and professional. Mackenzie assisted with making my appointment and her bubbly personality immediately won me over. Dr. Petty is a gem so personable and down to earth made me feel so comfortable and she was very informative about everything she was doing. Missy has the patience of a saint she was so patient with me with trying to decide which pair of glasses I wanted. My experience was wonderful and I now officially have an Eye Care provider that I am happy with.

If I could put less than one star for this review, I would! I found the management of this facility to be unbelievably unprofessional. The manager, Shannon Fitch, was extremely unkind to me and I saw her being especially disrespectful to her fellow employees. You would think children were running this facility. I walked out of the facility after not being acknowledged after 15 minutes, when the manager was blatantly sitting on her phone & using profanity in front of my children. FIRST time client was just looking to purchase new frames, had never been here & will not return.

I recently visited Sansbury Eye Center on North Beltline and I was very pleased with the services provided. My clinician that day was Simon and she introduced me to the Optomap which I have to say was a game changer. It allowed the Doctor to check out my eyes without having to get them dilated. It allowed me to go back to work right after my appontment without delay. The manager at the location, I believe her name was Shannon, was also very helpful. She answered a couple questions I had about getting new lenses for my Oakleys that I wear every day for work. Overall this is a great location and I will definitely be coming back here for all future eye checkups.

My almost 2 year old has to get glasses. She’s been very difficult to work with at her eye appts because she gets so nervous and ends up crying and no one can see her eyes long enough to get her PD. I took her here today and they were able to make her feel calm enough to get measured and bent over backwards to accommodate us and help us out. We are so appreciative and recommend this store to everyone!

Came here after a bad experience at my last optometrist. Dr. Petty had a great personality and the staff was super helpful and made me feel very welcome. They helped me figure out the right contacts for my dry eyes and I can finally see! Shannon helped me with my insurance to figure out the best price possible.

Dr. Mark Taylor was amazing. What touch me the most was him allowing me to see how my kids would see if they didnt wear thier glasses. Lets just say, they shouldnt walk around without them. The education lectures really touched my heart. He took his time and explained everything. I felt so special. Mind you my kids has been wearing glasses for 3 yrs and all I knew is they needed them. I had no ideas that they cant see at all without them.

Shannon (my favorite technician) always remembers me and cheerfully responded to my questions and requests while I was switching from glasses to contacts. During this journey of discovery, Doctor Mark Taylor, OD and Shannon worked very diligently to get me fitted with the right contacts. They were patient and attentive until I found the right brand for me. Whoop!
