Great collection of items at great prices. I love their price change system for items that have been there a while without selling. I havent tried consigning here but every time Im in the line is very long for that. Im not 100% clear on how the rewards work, I still need to download the app (not sure if my previous purchases will apply).I like going here over thrift stores because there are no poor quality items out. Yes, they are used but nothing is stained or has holes in it. Everything looks new or is in excellent condition.They have a good selection of furniture as well, but we havent bought anything due to the need to transport it. If you have a truck or something though, definitely look here for furniture! They even have some full bedroom sets.

Whenever we are in Columbia we always visit Roundabouts. Have gotten a lot of different things I collect there. Prices are usually very good.

I have been consigning with Roundabouts for about ten years. I have sold almost everything I have ever brought there. The staff makes it easy and fast to consign. After I consign, it is always so nice to shop. The merchandise is clean and relevant. I always enjoy my experience there. If I ever have had a problem, they have been more than willing to help me solve it. I recommend the store for consigning and shopping.
Shouldnt really even be considered consignment, mostly new items at expensive prices. Furniture and clothes everything in between though
You can always leave with something you like.

Great products a little to pricy
There are Goodwill prices and then there are Roundabouts prices. This place has a few good finds but it’s too expensive for secondhand.
If you are going to REQUIRE a mask, you need to put a sign saying masks are required not dont forgot your mask, especially when you have the mask police roaming the store. Even more annoying when you see the owner maskless!

Nice furniture, good pricing structure with discounts after items have been in store for a while. There is a wide variety of furniture, something for everyone. They will present reasonable offers on their consignment pieces to the owners and get back to you. Gavin was super helpful. Love my new chairs!

Roundabouts is a very nice and large consignment shop. They carry mainly name brand clothing and high-end items. I have a friend who always finds the cutest things in there. However, for me, Im more of a bargain shopper and I havent been able to find any true bargains there. For used items, I think they could be more reasonably priced. Ive worked in a consignment store before so I understand the concept but for me, lower prices would be more appealing.

Upscale consignment with anything from clothing (this shop even has a boutique section), paintings, clothing, housewares, jewelry, and furniture. I’ve found some great deals here!
This place is just fun to rummage-through and look around. Its better than any garage sale because there are actually a bunch of high quality things here-and-there around-the-store at garage sale prices. They do not allow trashy things on their shelves or racks - itll really surprise you. So many things never used, I mean nice things, that people just wanted to get rid of I guess ... fairly close to an upscale part of town, so it makes sense that this store is a couple of levels nicer than even your upscale garage sales. There are three prices on the tags. One is what it would sell for on that date. Next price is lower and 15 or so days later from the stock date, and then if it is still there 30 days after the stock date there thats rock bottom price the seller is willing to take ... it shows the date and lowest posdible price. So much fun. It is sort of a delayed highest bid system so if you really like something but want it for the lowest price you have to keep coming back to see if it is there on low price day. I saw people in there with pads taking notes of when the item hits the 30 day mark and then taking pictures of the item and the tag itself. Very neat system. Place was packed. Oh, and when you get to the register they have these big $4.00 brownies, all kinds, that are DA BOMB! Anyway, if you want to burn an hour or so weaving in and out of the isles ... you need to give this place a try and be sure to hit every little dark out of the way corner in the place because it is so big it has some hidden gems tucked away that are a little hard to find.
Whoever hired the young lady who is usually at the register chose a GREAT person to be at that particular station. She is nothing but kind hearted, sweet and friendly. Last Monday 6/11, I wasn’t aware of what goes on with the consignment process and she walked me step by step, and even gave me a sheet describing everything. She has such great customer service.

I love this place but sometime the prices are way too high here. They have good quality stuff but sometimes I have to remind myself that I am at a consignment shop and Im not going to pay 600 for any already used kitchen table...200....maybe.... but usually there clothes are awsome and super nice and affordable and I love there wall art. Its nice to go just to check out the art.

Wow.......Great Customer Service is not Dead....what a AWESOME shopping experience I had today at Roundabouts Consignment. Its rare that you get customer service from everyone at a store. When I walk in I got a greeting. I went over to find a MK bag got a greeting and some assistance. Found a Beautiful pair of shoes got to the register still great service and the GM Laura did something Great.......I will keep that to myself but it was a Awesome experience ALL around. If you are looking for the best but dont want to break your budget and also have a sweetooth visit Roundabouts Consignment you want go wrong..........

This place maybe upscale but I think it is positively snobbish. There are more brands that they do not accept then brands that they do, and I have seen people take really nice clothes in there only to have them turn them down because of a name brand. Shop for elites only
The only reason for 4 vs 5 star is the prices are a bit high for consignment. But in all fairness they are picky in what they accept. Many items are even in original package, tags or new condition. Nearly Everything but electronics can be found there.

I started come to this store ever since I moved to Columbia and it became one of my favorite place. Today, I happened witness an employee yelling at an Asian lady. It seems to me she didn’t quite understand about their policy. I felt bad for her instantly. Yelling at a customer is very unprofessional in any circumstances and he should approach her differently. I understand their job can be hectic sometimes. Regardless how much your earning is you should show your good customer service skills.
The best and always the first place for quality stylish second hand clothing etc. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
