I would like to say that this company is the best company I’ve ever dealt with in my 67 years of living on this earth . My subzero was not cooling . I was in a jam . I called 6 am this morning, someone answered . He was very polite and told me a tech could be at my house in 30 minutes ! I said no way and he said he was serious . Well tech was there in 27 minutes . My condenser fan motor was bad . He had me up and running in 20 minutes . He also gave me a senior citizens discount . I said Wow !!!! . Anybody that has any kind of refrigerator or air conditioning issue needs to call this company, thank you So much for being so kind and polite to me !!!

Well let me start off by saying Cunningham Appliances are great . I had to give them a review before I went to bed . My wife went into the kitchen and notice water all over the floor, she yelled and I came very quickly into the kitchen. I couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from . I didn’t know what to do . I called my neighbor and I asked do they know any plumbers, he stated call Cunningham, I stated it’s 10:45 pm at night they’re closed . He stated call them and someone will answer . I called and low and behold James answered and asked what’s wrong, I explained and he asked for my address and I gave it to him . He stated he could be there in 15 minutes . He came to my surprise. He checked and found my water line to my subzero was ruptured. He went to his truck and came back with a fitting and a pair of cutters . He repaired the line in 15 minutes . He sucked up the water with his shop vac . His price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the service .

I have since had the opportunity to speak with a technician from this business who has apologized, serviced my appliance and did a fantastic job! He even took the time to explain matters concerning my appliance that I would not have known otherwise. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and efficient. I would use them again.

I was referred to this company by a coworker who uses this company for year round maintenance on her rental properties. I had an emergency situation and they did all that they could to accommodate me. The technician arrived on time and explained all of my options to me. To my surprise, the best option was to purchase a new system. I was not prepared for this at all, but they also helped with financing. Overall my experience was a great one. I, too, will recommend Cunningham appliances to all of my colleagues.

Our Subzero fridge went out tonight at 8:30 pm . We just knew we wouldn’t get anyone to come out at this time of night . We googled and saw Cunningham Appliances, We took a chance and called, John answered the phone . I asked him to please come out, he said he would. He was at my house in 30 minutes . We had a bad condenser fan motor, he didn’t have one on the truck, so he said he would go back to the shop and get one . He left and came back in 30 minutes . He repaired our fridge in 15 minutes . He was courteous and fast . I would definitely use them again .

Mr. Cunningham does great work. He is prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about Sub-Zero and other brands of appliances that he services. I have used his services for the past 13 years with no complaints. I highly recommend Cunningham Appliances.

Had an issue with our furnace and Cunningham Appliance found furnace was unrepairable. They replaced very quickly and the price was very good.

We have had two interactions with this company. They are contracted through Frigidaire under our warranty. They have come to fix our dishwahser and were scheduled to work on our fridge. Both times were very unpleasant experiences. They are rude and unhelpful and will verbally harass you and call you names if you upset them (Check their BBB page and how they respond to reviews). The only time frame they would give us for an appointment was between 8am to 5pm which is ridiculous to expect someone to sit at home and wait for them for 9 hours. When I asked for a smaller window like 2 to 4 hours he stated I was asking for special treatment but from my point of view all other companies offer a smaller window than 9 hours. They said they would text 30 minutes before arrival but they showed up unannounced the first and only time we let them in our home. When I called Frigidaire customer service to complain and ask if we could switch companies the customer service rep told me she understood why we wanted to switch because when she spoke with him to cancel the appointment he went on a tantrum towards her and used profanity. I have been working with Mr. Cunningham for several years and he has repaired all my service needs for my subzero refrigerator. He has always done a wonderful job . He repaired my wolf oven today which is Good Friday . Thank you so much James !!!

Had a service call recommended by Frigidaire. The technician was at my house for less than 5 Minutes. and guess what the problem still isnt fixed. Then when I called He was very rude and hung up in my face. The only reason I gave one star is because it made me in order to type .ok just spoke to The Frigidaire rep. He told her that he was trying to work with me but, I was being irate. Really Dude!!!!!!. One thing I hate is a liar. Sir, You will never get my business again. review.

Cunningham Appliances, repaired my mother’s SAMSUNG fridge, they were just at my house repairing my fridge . These guys do great work, they even gave my mother a 10% senior citizens discount !!

Obviously Sub-Zero does work for Frigidaire. I bought a Frigidaire stove and guess what? The stainless steel oven door and the handle fell off and has been sitting in my kitchen floor every since! 7 days! I called Frigidaire repair twice last week. They said they would get in touch with their repair technicians. Yes, 7 days kater-i have no oven to use and it will be at least 3 or so more days before they get the part in-so the technician says. Is this the time frame for warranty work? I have had thisstove for only 4 months! 10 days to get this repaired! Come on!

I am very pleased with Cunningham Appliances I have a subzero refrigerator that needed servicing and not only was Mr. Cunningham professional but he was pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone with a subzero that needs servicing.

Cunningham Appliances just left my mothers house for her wolf oven and her Ge fridge and I want to say my mother is very demanding and sometimes pushy lol but those guys were so nice to her from the time they came until the time they left . She stated this guy James listened to her vent and didn’t say a word until she was finished lol . He told her everything would be repaired and she would be happy afterwards and you know what he was right . I told her they’ve done work at my house and I love those guys . My husband says they don’t leave anything for him to fix lol and I’m glad . He’s not handy at all . I would give them 10 stars if I could . Thanks for making my mother happy!!!!!

Mr.Cunningham repaired our fridge 7 days ago, I called him today to thank him . I also called to tell him he could finally cash that post dated check I gave him days ago . He really helped me out . I was in a bind financially and he repaired my fridge anyway . I read the negative review he got and I wanna let everyone know that was not my experience with him, I live in Summerville sc . He came to my house 6:30 at night to repair my fridge because I couldn’t take off from work . I would like to tell anyone with any refrigeration or air conditioning problem to call this company . I’ve told all my neighbors about him . We have 50 houses in the subdivision and I will make sure, he gets all of their business . Thank you again sir !!!
