Here on a road trip from Oregon where we own a coffee shop. Just want to say that the coffee and drinks were great, the place was clean and the service was outstanding! Parker who served us was amazing, if she lived in Oregon, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. The coffee can be amazing, but if the service is poor it doesn’t matter how good the product is. When you pair great service with great coffee that recipe will always win! Nice job!

While visiting anywhere I HAVE to find a local coffee shop. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks or big chain shops. This place fits exactly what I was looking for! Very hipster vibes. The baristas are very patient and friendly. They’re also quick and will have your drink ready soon after ordering. The coffee is perfect! The place is very clean. I’ll be back next time I’m in town

Great online ordering service & great coffee!! We live in MN & our daughter lives in TN, and my wife absolutely loves Muletown coffee, even though shes a huge Caribou fan. I ordered coffee and a mug over the weekend & it arrived on the following Wednesday!! ☕☕☕

This little coffee shop boasts some of the best coffee and the nicest staff. I make the journey (slightly) out of my way to stop by on my way to school, and I dont think I could function without Muletown Coffee. In light of the pandemic, Ive taken to purchasing in bulk (whole) beans and taking them home to get my fix. Great coffee. Great staff! We love this spot nestled in the square of Columbia.

Great coffee, great people, great wifi 😂 every time I see someone walk in they always seem happy to be there and they are always greeted like an old friend. Im glad to be a patron of a place like this, and Ill always go back for more. I hope they roll out food one day, but right now its mostly just coffee (espresso drinks), teas, and pastries.

I have been coming here once a week for 2 months now. Every drink I have tried has been great. Their light roast single origin beans are great at home. The staff is always phenomenal. Ive left a few weeks to them to suggest a drink and I have not been dissapointed.

Awesome vibes! As a Senior Portrait Photographer, I love to shoot in front of the shop and in the area around it... The record store next door and the entire Square provide that super creative pop, that matches Muletowns Coffee! One of my Senior Models this year is obsessed with Muletown Coffee and we did a session in front of their cool windows! Columbia Square is a great hangout spot!

Great place! A variety of coffees to choose from. Several single-origin options. Great flavor add-ins from raspberry to white chocolate. A must go if hanging on the square in Columbia.

One of Columbia’s hometown gems. Cozy coffee shop on the square with delicious roasts, free WiFi, and sweet merchandise. The menu is limited because they do a few things exceptionally well instead of trying to do everything, which I appreciate.

Downtown Columbia owes so much to this shop for coming in and setting up. They take pride in what they do and the town they are doing it in. Im a daily drinker of their coffee and its so good. Its a great place to start your day.

Fantastic coffee

The smell when you walk in there door is intoxicating. Im not a big coffee drinker, I drink it mostly for the caffeine, but they make the very best I have ever had. The beans are exquisitely roasted, and the barista/owner mixes everything perfectly.

The best coffee Ive had in all of Columbia. My son and Istopped by. He got some hot chocolate and I got a latte and I was absolutely blown away. Love this place

Loved this place coffee excellent and I had the privilege of meeting owners Matt and Chris, lets just say the hospitality doesnt get any better. Be sure to stop if your in or near Columbia TN you wont be disappointed. 🤗

Service was great. I tend to like my coffee a little lighter, but its good if you like a bolder flavor. It seemed a little pricey, but then Im always looking for a deal. All in all, a good experience. Ill probably go back again.

This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in the area. They make great coffee, have wonderful attitudes, and just make me feel at home when Im there in the mornings. They also have a great police/military discount.

A coffee shop--and they do it very well! The decor is simple. The star of the show is the coffee that they have roasted. Once in a while they will have a flavor coffee of the week, but for the most part you tell them what you want. It keeps the menu simple and the flavor of the coffee front and center in your cup. Several other coffee shops in the area use Muletown coffee beans. That should tell you something!

I really enjoy being there. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I love that they train their new baristas right there and I always am eager to have the new ones make my order so they can try their hardest and learn. I was there with an old friend and we noticed and talked to many people as they came through that we knew or were just friendly. Its such a welcoming place and I am glad to be a patron.

If you are visiting Columbia, youve got to stop by this place! They have some of the best coffee Ive ever had. The people who work there are so nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Their prices are so reasonable considering the quality of what you get. They are also located near some really cute shops, including a record store and a book store.

Dipped into Columbia for a few minutes and was in the mood for a coffee. This place was fast, friendly and delicious. Would definitely go again if I ever end up in this town again.

My wife and I had been looking for a small coffee shop around town and this for the bill. Prices are about what you would expect in a coffee shop, and the have plenty of Muletown merch to pick from. Still has the Columbia small-town vibe that we love.

Muletown is my favorite coffee shop! The staff is super friendly and helpful when deciding what to order. We love going there after the farmers market on Saturdays! Its the perfect atmosphere to hang with friends or have business meetings!

Relaxing environment! There is an amazing smell of fresh coffee that meets your nose at the door. The staff are terriffic! This was my first time there and I consider myself a slight coffee snob. However I did not know what I wanted so I explained to the girl that work there how I liked my coffee and why I like the certain tastes that I did. She then put together a cup of what she felt matched might taste needs and she nailed it! I will definitely be back again. Not to mention the small pastry and bakery set up that they have of muffins and cookies the oatmeal muffin was my choice and it was fantastic!

The GREATEST place. You wont find a better coffee shop anywhere around! One of the young bearded gentlemen who owns this shop shared his dreams of one day also owning his own coffee bean plantation. These guys know more about coffee than anyone Ive ever spoken with. This place is a gem.

For a person who does not drink coffee, the Chai Latte keeps me coming back. Great quality of drinks and beer on tap. Good atmosphere, great service every time. Not many pastries and such later in the day which is the only reason I would go to another coffee shop.

Great specialty drinks! Very much overpriced though and their simple drip coffees are not good at all. I suppose you pay for the atmosphere, however I would wager that the consumer is also definitely getting hit with unnecessary markups. 4 stars for atmosphere and lattes!

The best coffee in Columbia, and some of the best that Ive had anywhere. Everywhere I go, I look for good coffee, and I find myself comparing those places to Muletown. The staff is excellent, informed, and helpful.

Beautiful location, great coffee, and friendly/helpful baristas. Undoubtedly the best coffee in Columbia, and almost feels like a little slice of Seattle right in Tennessee. The only real problem is that being in the town square, theres no dedicated parking, and it can be easy to pass by if you dont look closely the first time.

Whats the difference between French Roast and Dark Roast? No one behind the counter knew, but it is alllll good, I still bought both! Im hooked on Muletown coffee, thanks to Van Tucker and my co-workers!
