Went in store this evening 12/10/16 to look for one specific color shoe so i knew where the shoes were displayed its clear they are on back wall bc you can see from front of store. It was exactly 6 min to 9pm in which the store closes at 9. As soon as i walked straight to the shoes the girl who was at the register tells my husband we are closed. My initial response if you are closed why is the gate not locked and closed plus when we walked in the other girl who worked there was like its like 5 min to 9 right; Didnt ask if we needed assistance or anything just said we are closed. So if your store closes at 9 and its 5 min till 9 technically I have 4 or 5 mins to look to see if the one shoe i needed was in there and thats all I wanted. So the rude female who was there at the counter who initially stated that they were closed has no professionalism what so ever and should not be working in an environment like that. I am a business owner, and if she worked for me and i received a report like that she would be fired on the spot! No questions asked due to fact the store hours technically was still open as we were able to walk into store and the gate not no where near down. That was my first time ever going to this store and definitely my LAST time after that experience. She needs to be trained how to deliver professional customer service, anyone can be rude theres no training needed for that and whatever issue she had going on thats her issue but she was completely rude ( i could have been a secret shopper or even a customer that could have possibly turned into a longtime faithful customer who shops there all the time thats normally what I do when i like the store i shop in and the staff if they are pleasant.there are places i shop at where the associates know me by first and last name due to being a faithful customer)...I walked down to victoria secret who closes same time and had 3 min to browse, guess what the associate in VS asked me? She said how can I help you and are you looking for anything in particular with a pleasant voice. i asked her what time do you close, she said 9. I said thats ok ill come back tomorrow so i will have time to browse. The associate repliedno you are fine if u want to look go ahead, but taking into consideration that she did say they closed at 9 when i asked i told her its ok but thank you for trying to assist me and she told us to have a great night. Thats customer service! Maybe the lady from touba needs to go take some lessons from the assocoiate in Victoria Secrets. Its the holidays and people are trying to buy gifts and so forth but as stated before i definitely will not be going back to this store ever again.
