I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place! I have been there a bunch of times already and each time Ive had a pleasant experience. The workers are super nice, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, the store is always clean, and the atmosphere is very non judgmental. Things can be a little pricey, but most quality toys are.

I’ve been here twice and I absolutely love this store. Both experiences were amazing. I was treated by the same staff both times and both times he was very kind and helpful. He asked the pronouns of me and my friends and made us all feel safe. He asked good questions and helped lead me in the right and safest direction, not just the most expensive one. The selection is amazing and the staff are wonderful. I definitely recommend this store if you’re a looking for good quality items and amazing service.

I came inSaturday the 27th with a bachelorette party and I am from boone county so I know the rules of the county Ordinance but everyone else in the group are not from here and made some comments about having to wear the mask and the female employee came up to us fast and yelled at us then the male employee also rudely talked to my friends. Not everyone is familiar with the rules and instead of yelling and being rude how about education them like I did instead of becoming completely rude and disrespectful to them and the bride on her special day.....plus side the store was nice with wide selection But with much needed customers service training...

The worst part about this place is that its run by a child that has no business running an adult business. I went into the store with multiple masks and he started insulting me and I left. Should be shut down for being run by a mental midget.

Horrible first time experience. I wont return to this store ever again. The worker at the Columbia store on March 6th at 8pm is very rude and unprofessional. I left and took my business elsewhere. Dont shop here unless you want to be treated like trash.

Very rude staff. They were very rude to us and rude to the people that came in after us. We left and later found what we were looking for online for a third of the price with a 5 year warranty and free shipping. Ill never step foot in Columbia Passions again.

Always friendly!! Relaxing and fun environment. My wife and I love this store above all others!! The best products and great prices!! Its all brought together by this 1 employee in particular..... forget his name but he is friendly, professional, and informative!! Never going anywhere else!!

At the beginning of may I was at this store..they brought products to the door..no problem...then I get my bank statement..they overcharged my amount..then two months in a row 100 $ charges..u wasnt in their store..at all..I called the store and the manager told me my card must have been cloned..there was only 2 employees around..and I was the only customer.. he said basically ..screw you..so now Im dealing with a fraud department and my bank..I do hope the owner reads this..

I was in town and stopped by. Once I got home I had a problem with what I bought and the manger took care of me 2 hours away! I would recommend this place to anyone! If you have problems there is no hassle! When in town I will definitely be back!

Amazing Place! Amazing customer service! Although the man seems scared to work here every time I leave there I leave there happy and satisfied ! Could use some vanilla or sugar cookie sent in that place! It would help the sells too.

The look of the inside is surprisingly nice! But the employees are quite rude... The Manager... so he stated he was, was very creepy and watched me while I was shopping. Made me feel very uneasy! If you do not look rich or pretty then beware that you will be watched like a hawk, because it may appear that you are stealing something. The Boonville Store, well that store is pretty much gross and is very outdated. Overall, creepy employees that are way OVER DRESSED TO BE WORKING THERE, rude, and way over priced on some items!

I wont be back. It was warm inside so i took off my coat. Employee asked to take my coat and hold it at the counter. She then followed me after i said no. Weird and embarrassing.

EVERY time I go in there and the Big girl with the bull ring in her nose is working, I leaves as hell. Shes unbelievably RUDE!!!!!!!

I use to work for passions and it used to be a wonderful place to go to I have spent a lot of money there over the years including $166.22 today, when I walked in today I was treated very poorly a little red head girl with a little red flannel shirt on was rude to me from the minute I walked in. I stood at the counter while she handled a personal call and after she very rudely acknowledged my presence I asked where I could find two specific items written on a piece of paper she snatched the paper from my hand and told me to follow her she escorted me to two different sections I found my specific items and laid them on the counter I have a pulled muscle in my foot and was still wanting to look around so I placed them on the counter out of the way of the register so that I could keep looking and not drop and break them. she asked if I was ready I told her no but can I leave these up here I am afraid im going to drop them she rolled her eyes at me and responded with I guess. I spent maybe 15 minutes looking at other things that was not specified just something I was looking for on my own and she very rudely asked if we were finding what we needed my sister who was with me said no were just looking thanks again we got an eyeroll and an ok we walked around about another 15 minutes meanwhile she is checking the phone huffing and puffing like she is waiting for us to leave. another man walked in and she threw the phone on the counter and responded with can I help you as soon as he walked in. after he left about 5 minutes later she began to watch me and my sister huffing and puffing again. after we had made a decision we went up to the counter were it was more huffing and puffing throwing our items around while she put batteries and what not asking us questions about the batteries and things like that in a very rude way her attitude made it seem like she did not want to be there. Then another woman who I am guessing works there as well came in and she was also rude to her shaking her head at her giving her attitude everytime she asked a question. when we left there was no thank you have a nice day come back and see us she just tossed our bag at us and turned around to grab the phone. Is this really what this company has come to since I worked there does she think because shes young and I guess what some would find attractive she can just treat people anyway. do not get me wrong I am not rich by no means but when I go shopping for anything much less in a store like this it is because I have the money to do so I wouldnt window shop in a company like this. I will no longer be going to passions as long as this girl works there and I will be letting my friends and family know that they shouldnt either, my experience was just ridiculous and no one should have to experience that. The worst part is that I was not even in there for me but for my mother who had sent me and my sister in there to buy gag gifts for a friends wedding and gave us her card the cashier saw that her card did not match our name talked to my mom on the phone got verification of the card rolled her eyes at us again and told us the next time your mom wants sex toys she needs to come buy them herself sickens me that not only me but others have to experience things like this. btw there is no way to get a hold of a manager so this is the best I got. My mother has been calling the store for over an hour and is not getting through so apparently that personal call is more important then her job.
