Surprisingly the most anime-centric hot topic I have been to. If youre looking for music clothing there are better hot topics in south Carolina, but if you like anime this is one of the best for clothes! I was very impressed even though I couldnt afford to buy anything.
I like going here a lot, Im not complaining but I would like to see some death note and maybe some one piece merch around, anyways like always I enjoyed it very much!
Friendly service, answered all questions promptly and were knowledgeable. Love the staff. Keep up the great work, will return to mall for only this and Spencers as I am a 30 year old nerdy male.

Most friendly customer service I have come across since beginning of COVID. They kept COVID Protocols and all the people working in there were very nice and wanted to talk about the shirts my friend and I were getting which as a music lover, I appreciate! Ive loved this location since first coming to it in 2015 and will keep coming back!

I had ordered a Disney sweatshirt and it came as a shirt. I called and I got a refund and the money in my account to get a new one. But it still came as a shirt. So of course I called again and apparently the ID# was wrong. But Diana in customer service spoke to me and told me that she would get the company to change the ID# and about a week later she takes the time to call me and tell me that the problem is fixed and a sweatshirt is on the way to my house. I’ve dealt with customer service a lot but Diana in customer service is absolutely the best. Hot Topic has always been one of my favorite stores but going above and beyond like this makes them the best.

They play amazing music while you shop and the workers there never judge you, they offer suggestions on what youre buying without being intrusive

I love hot topic but I really wish yall had a bigger store.
My daughter loves hot topic (lets not lie, I love it too). The only thing that could be better is the space. Its very hard to move around without running into everyone and everything. They have a huge selection and sales, all of the time. Its the only place we can find what my daughter likes. The staff are great and helpful. We are always greeted and told about the deals they have at the time. We will continue to shop here for as long as they are around. Their online store is amazing too and the free shipping if you spend a certain amount, is a plus.

The store was clean and well organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to find what I was looking for quickly. They had a great selection of band and graphic tees. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable about the products.

Love this store for the Pops!! I have found so many of my favorite little friends here. The staff has always helped me locate an item even if it is at another store. Look Hot Topic is where you get all your nerdy pop culture gear and merch. If you are a nerd or have one in your life this is the place to be.

Saleman with Green hair was on point with his sales recommendations and letting us know what was going on in the store. Also explained in detail the extra cash after the sale. Very much appreciated. Even went into detail to explain the job to my soon to be 16 yr old when she inquired. Thank you for taking the time
Really disappointed in the customer service. I made an order over two weeks ago that shipped to store. All items were in stock (even the girl at the store who ordered said they were) part of the order shipped. One item didn’t so I contacted seeing if I could get the order shipped to my house since I would be leave to go out of state for a two week period. The customer service agent was quick to just deny anything but me just waiting. There should be a way to cancel an order that has been processing over two weeks. The experience with the agent was so negative I closed my account with hot topic that I’ve had for over 7 years.**the ladies at the mall were fantastic and helped as much as they could!! But online customer care needs to be fix especially if people can order in stores and have it shipped there
Only place around that has cool stuff relevant to cult classic movies as well as newer apparel etc. Been going there for 15 years!
My daughter loves this place. My only complaint is that the store is too small. You cant look at all the items comfortably without having to constantly move out of other shoppers way. Nice staff and some neat items, they just need a bigger space.
Love hot topic. Great friendly workers and they have cool things. A little expensive but its still a great place
The employees here are sometimes not helpful. They like to fool around a lot and feel like helping a customer is so much work. Thats just rude and uncalled for. Not to mention there are always cloths all over the ground.
I love that the store has an ever rotating stock to keep up with current pop culture and is appropriate for multiple age levels. In all the many years my daughters and I have been frequenting the store, we have never had an unpleasant experience - the staff ALWAYS makes us feel welcome and works to help us find what were looking for.
One of my favorite stores. If you dare to be different and love it then this is the place for you. I love the accessories and dresses. Although the dresses are a bit pricey theyre not something youd find in your average store so theyre worth it.
If you are a anime lover or just lik ew collection Items from different shows or movies, this Is the store for you!! The employees are very nice and help you find anything your looking for. 100% recommended
Staff is friendly and the prices are decent. Plus, as a 20yr old male with a 24inch waist, this is pretty much the only place I can find pants that fit me. There is a bit of oversaturation of Rick and Morty items at the moment, however I enjoy Rick and Morty so it is actually pretty rad.

Great store. The store is one huge cluster fudge because when it gets busy, its hard to move around, they just need to open another store. Have everything they have on the internet and stop telling us to go on the internet. Nobody travels far to the only hot topic to be told to go online and find something

Hot topic is an awesome for the rocker, geek, nerd in you. They always have cool hard to find stuff if its not in the store its on the website and shipping to the store is free.
How can you go wrong at this place. Even at my age find it fun and amusing the items they carry, oldstyled t-shirts from the 70s bands on up to present, Disney, NINTENDO, all kinds of cool stuff. Most of the store has deals and group discounts of course.People are really nice helpful and take care right away. Cant find it, they will!!
Although Jenn was very helpful there was only one register open n I waited in line for 25 min. On a Saturday u need more cashiers.

Its my favorite place in the mall!!!! It has more than just rock band shirts it also have funny meme type shirts and TV show shirts along with anime stuff!!! Its the best store ever
Its hot topic. Lots to buy and lots of funny items. But a little small on the walking space spread it out a little.
I have shopped here a lot, but tonight was unforgivable. Tees were on sale, and I found two that I really wanted. On my way to the register, the guy working there passed me on his way to the back. He looked me right in the face, so he knew I was there. I got to the register, and realized that the store was completely unattended. I stood there for five minutes, before I gave up and left, leaving the shirts on the counter. Guys, please hire better people.

Always loaded with stuff to look at and buy but the staff always seem like they dont want to be there. At least offer assistance if you are not busy.
