I will give this place 5 stars because they were so polite and helpful. Tiffany was wonderful. Took my daughter in for a new phone and plan. We are running this as a test to see if we like this service better than Sprint/T-Mobile. Much better service then the old sprint stores in town. I most likely will be switching all my mobile services to US Cellular.Update: I have since switched all my service you US cellular beach of this locating and my experience. This time I felt with Marcus who was very knowledgeable and professional. Marcus did a great job. I will keep my business with this store and US cellaular!!!!!

Marcus is such a great customer service agent! He has taken the time to help me on SEVERAL occasions. He even reached out to me during this COVID period to see if there was anything he could do for us!! Amazing right? I love that they have such great customer service there and as long as I live in Columbia I will rely on them for my cellular service needs.

Blaine and Marcus (U.S. Cellular store representatives) were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and patience. The experience of setting up phone lines and purchasing phone equipment was a breeze with these two gentlemen and I highly recommend them!

Very clean environment, staff very courteous, disinfection aware, wipes all contact surfaces including tablets, and very helpful. Marcus is very nice to talk to, very helpful, and goes beyond basic service by having my husband’s old phone to work with their updated services-who does that!

Had such a good experience here yesterday with Jeff! Came in to get a new phone way early than my plan allowed and Jeff did everything he could to get me out of there spending the least amount of money possible, and even found some deals for me! Will definitely be back to this store and highly recommend to others!

Tried going to the at@t store and honestly would never go back then walked next door to the US cellular store and the customer service and how helpful he was was a complete 360 from my experience at the at@t store ty Tristan for all the help today with upgrading my phone

I called talked to Kenneth he was awesome help even over the phone I had a problem with my phone and he helped me fix it quickly.everytime I go in the Grindstone location in Columbia Mo I have excellent service with Kenneth. Got a new phone yesterday, the guy kept trying to sell us on directtv and when we said we didn’t want it, he got really salty and wasn’t helpful AT ALL. Worst experience.

Marcus was a great help! I visited the store multiple times because I was having issues with my phone and he did an awesome job of taking care of the troubles I was having.

Awesome customer service

Constantly sends me to corporate owned stores to get the phones I want because they dont have them and wont order them for me. But new customers come in and all of the sudden they can order things.
