Outstanding service! Took my iPhone 11 in due to a cracked screen. Repair was professional and fast. Phone looked brand new. Next day I noticed some issues with typing and contacted them. Today they replaced the screen with their warranty. No extra cost and again fast and professional. Screen is working perfect now. I typed this review with my new screen on my iPhone. Thank you! I brought my iPad in to repair a cracked screen. Upon examination they discovered that the protective screen was cracked. They did not have to tell me and could have charged me for replacing the screen. I ended up replacing the protective screen for a fraction of the cost of a new iPad screen.. Their honesty is refreshing and I highly recommend them.

Got my screen repaired a couple of weeks ago from them and everything appeared to be fine. Take my phone out of my pocket today in my screen is broken. Take it backup there and they say theres nothing they can do because its probably due to pressure. This was a $300 repair and they say since Im a repeat customer will give me 10% off on another repair. Ive always put my phone in my pocket I believe they gave me a defective product.

My wifes Galaxy Note 5 was not working properly. Devin diagnosed it as needing a new battery. Initially, he didnt think he had one in stock but checked and found that it was on hand. Too about an hour and it now works great!Highly recommended.

Dropped my 17 year old sons very damaged and not powering up IPhone off around 2:00 pm to Dee. Dee was very personable, great at answering my questions and told me that he would be in touch when it was determined what the problem was. Called at around 5:00 pm and the phone was ready and fixed. Where do I start? First off, drive thru phone repairs? Amazing. Dropped my phone off to Phillip at 11:30 and by 12:20 I had it back, looking brand new. Even charged. For the price and excellent customer service you just cant beat it. Phillip was great, very informational and did an excellent job on my phone. My husband took my iPhone in there today as I thought my screen was cracked and he gave a quote for the repair. A few minutes later, he called my husband and explained that it was the glass protective shield that was broken, not the actual screen and that it could be repaired easily by AT&T. What an honest and decent guy! I highly recommend this place.

Great service! Went in on USC Gameday after accidentally dropping my iPhone in a cup of water the night before. Adam did an AWESOME JOB and fixed my phone in under 10 minutes. I will definitely be back the next time I have any problem with any of my smart devices!!!

10/17/2016 Phillip is fast, friendly and, very professional at fixing busted Apple devices. He was able to diagnose and fix my iphone 5s that another shop hadnt correctly diagnosed in 9 visits.

I went about getting my iPhone screen repaired and battery replace was given a decent price after dropping my phone off I was told is was unfixable and that it had a new issue my phone continues to reset and I was giving no way to fix this issue

Jordan E. is a lifesaver!!! I got my sim card stuck in my new Moto G5+ phone, and my husband and I spent more than an hour trying to open the tray, using every method we could find suggested online and a few we thought of ourselves, all without success. Jordan got it open in less than 3 minutes, saving me from what I thought would have to be my solution -- breaking the glass to access the card and having to pay to replace my brand new screen!
