Horrible experience with this company. Decent products, but the worst businessman. DO NOT GIVE HIM $$$$ UNTIL DELIVERY. Held our down payment for MONTHS. Took 8 months to get the floor installed...then another 2 months to complete. And still not done, but want no part of him. Constantly lied about when the product was scheduled to arrive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We had been to home depot a few times trying to figure out what floors to get. Their customer service was awful. We tried to get a new sales person and were rejected. It was frustrating. They tried to up sell us on everything. They even charge a fee to carry stuff in from the car. They force you to buy the quarter round crap that looked awful and told us we could just bring it back to the store if we didnt want it, but we had to buy it. They also charge $35 to measure the house, but claimed if they were wrong and needed more, we would have to pay more. Their price was $8400. On the way home we stopped at the liqueur store next to this place. It was 8:30 and even though the shop closed at 8 they let us in to look around. I couldnt believe how low the prices were and it was one price. Floors, under layment and everything were included in the price of the floors. It was nice because we could figure out the TOTAL cost by looking at the price on the boards. No need add any bs charges like delivery and carry in fees. The owner is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He explained things to us that made sense and never tried to up sell or stick us with BS charges. His price was $4800, for better floors. They set up a date and were there 15 min early. The workers were very professional and did an excellent job. It took them nearly two full days to do the work but the quality of the work was outstanding. After the first day the owner called to make sure we were happy with it and asked if we had any questions. HD never seemed to care about us. We were just another customer that had to sit in that chair for what seemed like hours. I highly recommend this store. Everything went better than I could have imagined.

THEY DONT HAVE HOMEIMPROVEMENT LICENS IN / MD / VA/ DC IS CRAIME TO DO HARDWOOD FLOORS AND LAMINETT AND CERAMICTILE OR REMODELING. THEY DONT HAVEIT AND OWNER DONT HAVE IT AND NO SPECK GOOD ENGLISH . VERY BAD SERVICE AND PRICE WAS VERY HIGH WE FIND THESOME THING MUCH MORE CHEPER. PLEASE BECARE FULL THEY TAKE URE MONEY AND VERYVERYVERY LATE INSATLLION THEY DO AND THERE INSTALLER NOT CLEAN . STAT OF MA AND VA TOLD ME DONT DO BUSSINES WITH THIS COMPANEY AND THE OWNER, THEY DONT HAVE NO LICENS. BECARE FULL NO SAFE.CHECK WITH STATE MD AND VA AND DC.

Bad service / no home improvent licence / be carefull

Took $2600 from my parents and delivered nothing. Gave them excuse after excuse - car crash, death in family, child sick. Never open. Thief!
