My parents ordered hard wood floors 7 weeks ago. Their carpet has been torn up since before Thanksgiving and still no floors and little communication.

Terrible workmanship and communication for the entire job...ripped out my staircase carpet 3 times and it still is not right seams everywhere and no one really seemed to care.Brad is a smart #@% when approached and walked away mid job and returned 3 weeks later wanting payment for what had been done...lesson learned, NEVER again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wood floor not properly installed in 2016. After months of delay, Brad Fisher promised to refund my money. Two years later Im still trying to get him to refund the money.
