5 Stars isn’t enough! Everyone here was so patient and personable. I worked with Marvin from start to finish, he was excellent, kind, funny, great with my family. Kim helped me with the transaction and also was great- it was like hanging out with friends more than a business transaction. The vehicles are cleaned and ready for test driving and they don’t act like its a chore for you to test drive more than one. I drove an hour and a half to see these guys and do not regret it one bit. Thank you!
We just bought an SUV from Premier Plus after looking at several other dealerships. Andrew was so easy to work with. He didnt pressure us, haggle, or give us the run around. We told him how much the bank approved us to spend on the vehicle, and he made it work. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, definitely stop here and ask for Andrew.
Had a great experience, with outstanding customer service.. Marvin Koon was understanding and explained everything clearly and got me into the truck I truly wanted...thank you
ADDENDUM: Apparently the finance guy not being there was a legitimate coincidence. And they did end up giving me the entire amount for the warranty back.I purchased a vehicle from these guy earlier this year and an extended warranty. Great experience. Or so I thought. Until I got home and realized the warranty was $2500 and wouldve only lasted 1 year and the car had been submerged in DEEP mud for so long that there were roots growing in the entire underside. Needless to say, I took the car back and demanded a better vehicle and my money back from the extended warranty. They put me in a better vehicle, but drug their feet on the warranty and Im still struggling with that 2.5 months afterwards! At first, they didnt send the warranty cancelation form in at all. It took a month for them to admit that. Then they finally sent it in supposedly with the correct date on it and they got the refund check instead of me, but neglected to tell me. I called up today and they admitted that they have the check, but NOW its only for about HALF of what I paid for the warranty. The finance guy isnt there today, imagine that. So the lady I spoke to is supposed to tell him about it tomorrow morning and have him figure out why the check is so small. Im so close to blasting them on any media outlet I can get access to. I need my $2500!!!
Sam was very nice, and worked with us on price. Vehicle had a couple noticable flaws, and a few minor engine codes, but it is very clean, and drives great. I think the price we arrived at was a fair compromise, and our son is super excited. Checkout was super fast too.
Moe is great and the customer service is even better.
Andrew is amazing! I told him what I needed and what my budget was and he got right to work! He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Sold my sister a lemon and we definitely getting our money back ‼️‼️😡😡
Awesome Preowned Cars. The service was great. Thanks Andrew.
I had a great experience purchasing my new car with Premier Plus Motors. Everyone there are very friendly and welcoming. Andrew was my salesman and he was great!!!!!! He was such a pleasure to work with and so so NICE! He made the entire experience fun and quick. Floyd was absolutely phenomenal as well. The manager is also a very sweet guy. I walked out the door with the make/model I wanted, the color I wanted, and the year I wanted with the perfect car payment...AN AFFORDABLE ONE..lol! PPM gets 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My philosophy when going to buy a new car is “look at the salesman”. If you find a good salesman you find a good car. This is what I experienced at PPM. My salesman Andrew took the time to find out what kind of car I wanted, what I wanted my payments to run, and what I wanted to put out in cost for yearly maintenance. When a salesman puts in time and effort to make sure you have everything you want/need in a car and stays within your budget they’re a keeper. When you find a good salesman you can walk away with a new/used car and not feel like you were bamboozled, and know that if you have any issues they will take care of you. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle to talk to Andrew at PPM
I had an excellent experience buying a 2011 BMW 535i M Sport Package from Premier Plus Motors. From the time I arrived until I drove off the lot, the whole process took less than an hour. The Salesman and Business Manager were both very professional and friendly. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for a good experience buying a used car.
These guys are first class. They bent over backward for us driving down from Charlotte to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Great vehicle, great price, great people!
We bought a car from Premier Plus and the same day the check engine light came on. We called the dealer and they had their mechanic look at it. He told us we didnt tighten the gas cap. WRONG! If they would have connected the car to a computer and checked it out efficiently, they would have seen that the car needed several repairs. After taking the car to a local (and trustworthy) mechanic, we found out there were several repairs needed amounting to thousands of dollars. Premier Plus would not return any of our phone calls. They did not make any repairs to the vehicle prior to trying to sell it on their lot. We have spent thousands repairing this vehicle since we bought it a few months ago. Its been horrible. While we were in talks about buying the vehicle every employee was attentive and friendly. After we bought the car they could not have cared less about us. Will not recommend them to anyone.
My family and I had a great experience. We stopped by and browsed the vehicles on the lot and found one and they gave us a great deal. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. 😊
I have known the owner for almost 10 years. Purchased 3 cars from them. Referred countless people to buy, all of whom had great experiences. Premier Plus are first class people and a family owned business.
My husband and I recently purchased a truck from Premier Plus and were very pleased with the service and product received. Were very picky about our vehicles and this truck had it all. There were a handful of superficial issues and Floyd took care of everything, no questions asked and no cost to us. The service guys were awesome to work with too! Great experience for us.
Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware!!Appreciate the car dealership for working with my derogatory credit. As a repeat customer, I was excited getting another car.Until I realized burnt cigarette holes to the interior & scratches on top of car.The car was driven away from the dealership to have an extra key made. The car was returned with burnt cigarettes holes in the interior and scratches were in the paint. The Entire Steering Wheel Was Also burnt and the once smooth surface became ruffled bunt rubber!Make Sure To Check Your Vehicles Thoroughly!!!
This is by far, bar none, the easiest and best place to buy a used car that I have ever dealt with. Usually when you go to a car dealer, (Im on my 18th), you have one salesman. Here, everyone helps you and they are all just really cool to deal with. The selection is great, and changes a lot. They talked the pros and cons of each car with me, as well as keeping my own. Ive bought a Wrangler, and a Cadenza from them, and every future purchase will be with them. The owner is the real deal. Ive had a pretty bad credit score for awhile, and while it does matter, rebuilding my credit at premier plus makes it feel like its a non-issue. Ive been dealing with high teens to low 20% interest rates for years, here I got sub 5% deals, because of the owners built relationships with the communities. They arent out of state banks either, or some umbrella bank name. I cant stress enough the professionalism of each of their employees, and how they go above and beyond. If your like me, and absolutely need a low interest rate on vehicles, or are considering a buy here pay here option with higher rates, this is the spot. Ive seen that you get what you pay for. Im from Orangeburg, and dont mind driving an hour to browse their selection and just chill with them for awhile, thats the relationship you get when you buy a car from them. Go see them, shoot some pool while you wait, or just look at everything on the lot. Great choice.
My husband and I recently purchased a car from there and received awesome service. It was a very quick and painless process. Andrew is the person to see if you want a car.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MAKIBG A PURCHASE FROM THIS EVIL, SCAMMING, DECEITFUL PLACE!!!! THEY MAKE THE CARS LOOK PRETTY BUT HORRIBLE UNDER THE HOOD! THEY TOOK A $5500 DOWN PAYMENT FROM ME ON A MERCEDES C250 IN MARCH CAR LIGHTS ON THE CAR CAME ON AS INOPERABLE WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF PURCHASE! WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND RESOLD THE CAR. THE OWNER IS PATHETICALLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FOLKS WITH CHALLENGED CREDIT! HARD EARNED MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!!! PLEASE DONT BE LIKE ME! DO YOUR RESEARCH, CHECK THEIR REVIEWS, CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! THE SALES PEOPLE KNOW ITS A SCAM BUT ARE SO IN NEED OF EMPLOYMENT THEY PLAY ALONG!!! DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! PLEASE DONT. I DONT USUALLY GIVE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE IS AWFUL HOW THEY TAKE JOY AND HIGH FIVE IN SCAMMING FOLKS OUT OF THEIR MONEY.PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!!!
Andrew is a outstanding car sales person, hes the only one that I will ever buy a vehicle from. If you want a outstanding sales person who cares about making sure you are satisfied, see Andrew Spigner at Premier Plus Motors.
No complaints. They did everything possible to make my experience a great one. Andrew was on point with everything
THIS BUSINESS RUNS ON RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! As mentioned in other posts, the workers there seem extremely sincere when you have the potential to purchase. After you sign on the dotted line, however, youre just another victim. The luxury vehicles there look gorgeous. I refer to them as beautiful LEMONS. I just recently got rid of the sexy lemon they bamboozled me with (2006 Mercedes ML500). Within the first two weeks there were major repairs that needed to be done; repairs that couldnt be ignored for any amount of time. When I first test drove the vehicle, I noticed that one of the tires was damaged and pointed it out to the owner. He immediately assured me that it would be replaced and instructed his mechanic to replace it. After the vehicle was in my possession for good, I realized that instead of replacing it, they just rotated the tires. So I incurred a vehicle with major mechanical issues and bad tires. Prior to me realizing the problem I had on my hands, however, I referred a friend to there. Within a week, his beautiful lemon (Infinite sedan) would randomly shut off...even while he was driving! They gave him the run-around and ultimately refused to help him. The funds they get from ripping us off finances the owners trips out of country. For him, life is GREAT while youre stuck with the headache he knowingly sold you. If youve already been victimized by him/them, you should try to get rid of that LEMON ASAP/by ANY MEANS NECESSARY. I encourage you to refrain from doing business with Premier Plus Motors altogether.
This being my first experience buying a car they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. The follow ups Mr.Spigner does even makes the experience feel more reliable. My next car will definitely be from Premiere Plus.
The Staff, ( Owner ) and Finance person are knowledgeable and kind. The Detail Shop Man did a Fantastic Job on my newly purchased Vette. Looked Newer when it came Out. I Heard they are not at this Location any more....Mmmmmmmm !!! NOT SURE IF THEY ARE STILL SELLING CARS ? Hope they are Well, thee Family BUSINESS was Great, for a Long time, 20 years....approximately...Lot was taken over by HERTZ RETAIL CARS.
I have purchased two cars- sent three other people there, and all had a great experience. I have personally known Suhail Nujjar for years and he is a true gentlemen and a great friend. Fantastic service-always professional-and a stellar business for our community. As a retired police commander and veteran, I can tell you that the owner is a great American and loves helping people. Many thanks for all the great cars and friendship.
Good deals love the vehicle we got. Very helpful staff!
This dealership is the worst ever, The owner and son are evil. I advise everyone please dont purchase vehicle from these prejudices people I pray they go back to there country ASAP

Best place to buy a car!!! great costumer service it feels good to buy from a family owned dealership because you can always come back !! Just ask for moe!!!
I just purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Premier Motors. So far I can say that my experience was ok. I LOVED my salesman Michael, he was awesome, he can only do so much, so my issues I can not primarily blame him for. I can say that I am upset that when I was first shown the vehicle, there were some issues (sunroof not working, squeaky noise when you crank the truck, and the hole in the roof of the truck where someone took the DVD player out.) I have had my truck for about 3 days now and the squeaky noise is worse and it squeaks as I drive down the road. My email in reference to the sunroof, has not been returned and the owner (sweet, sweet man) gave me a check to get the DVD replaced, however no stereo installer will touch it unless the upholstery is repaired first which will cost me another $500.00, in addition to what the owner gave me back.. I love my truck, and just want everything to work, especially for the price that I am paying each month. Everyone has their own experiences. I am currently wanting to purchase a car for my Mom, but up in the air about purchasing from Premier. We will see in the next one or two if all goes well with my vehicle.
1st my car is amazing, the staff was very kind and courteous my Salesman Andrew was very patient and professional.
They sold me the best car that I ever brought.
Much love to Kevin and Mr Floyd ...great guys that will get you in a great car for a great price!!!!
My salesman name was Andrew. One of the best here at Premier Plus!! I highly recommend anybody to talk to him if you ever think about buying a car from Premier Plus! && btw I brought a 2011 Nissan Maxima SV in PREFECT condition. Holla at my man he’ll getcha right!
The prices are moderate to expensive on most cars but the salesmen are great and knowledgeable!
Last year bought a 1994 mazda mx6 v6 from them it only had 63000 miles, the owner is very nice, his sales manager floyd did his best to get the best payments, .last month went there for tune up, miss kay the service manager was very kind, the tech david is really great tech. did not take long to finish it .he told exaclty what needed .and got it done.am thinking about trading it with another one from ppm
I love these guys they treated me so nice this would have been my third vechicle with su hail great guy always i recommend them to anyone always postive staff when i got there salesman mike was there waiting on me at the door now thats service
I CAME IN TODAY FOR A OIL CHANGE. THEY TECHS UP THERE DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WASHED MY CAR FOR ME TOO.
The worst experience of my life. After purchasing the car and having my car for 3 months the paint on the bumper starts to peel. After having the car for 6 months there is a problem with my throttle. The Manager Floyd tells me the reason the paint on my bumper is peeling is because I park to close to the curb. Even though you can clearly see that the paint is different where the paint is peeling than the rest of the car. The paint is bubbled up! When going to get them to repair the throttle problem because my car is under a 100K warranty. They mention I should not be unhappy that I am having car problems because I have driven 14K miles since I have had the vehicle. Which is higher than normal. The miles on my car when I bring it in for the throttle repair is at $49K. (Which in my calculations is under $100K). They then proceed to tell me that my warranty company will replace the throttle but their require for the throttle to be cleaned before they will actually repair/replace. My deductible is $100.00 with Warranty. PPM tells me I need to pay $190 to clean the throttle and that cleaning it may or may not fix the issue. But I must pay to get it done. So I pay $190 to get the throttle cleaned. I explain to the Service man Justin as well as the General Manager Floyd my frustrations at their request of paying $190.00 with no assurance that this will resolve the problem. The service man Justin tells me that is between me and the warranty company and I shouldnt have driven my car so many miles. I ask to speak to a manager and he tells me to just come and pick up my car. I call and talk to Floyd and he advises me the same that I have driven my car to many miles. Floyd then does offer to waive the deductible if cleaning it doesnt fix it. I explain my frustrations to Floyd again about the paint peeling. He still holds to: I park to close to the curb. Even though the paint that is peeling is on top of the bumper not the bottom. I explain to him my level of being unhappy, Floyd states to me that he is unable to please everyone. 3 days after getting the throttle cleaned. I am having the same problem. I call the Warranty company they advise, I can take it to any mechanic to be repaired. I take it to actual real dealership they call claim in and I now have to pay $100 deductible. The warranty company tells me that the PPM misdiagnosed. They then give me futher details that Justin never even called in to them to report a claim at all. They stated they would never tell them to clean the throttle 1st. They go off of what the service rep says. If he called in and stated that the throttle wasnt working and that their was hesitation in excelleration. They would cover it because the throttle is included in my warranty. Again, they reiterate to me that Justin never called in to them. They only have record of the service rep at the manufacturer shop calling in. PPM also did not file my tags correctly to the property tax office, my new property tax bill was for my old car. I talked to Floyd about that and he states he was doing me a favor and that is how it should be. I am sure the property tax office would like to know that PPM intentionally mis-files car tags and taxes. So overall, PPM is very unprofessional. Floyd was rude and unprofessional. They clearly do not have their customers best interest in mind. Which is unfortunate when you think about if they did serve their customers correctly. Customers might return and do business with them again and again. Floyd did say he would waive the $100 deductible if I brought my car back to them. But the record shows, I would be crazy to allow a bunch of disrespectful liars to touch my car again. Let alone profit from my warranty . I will pay the $100 deductible again. Of course I did call Floyd and ask him to give me at least $90.00 refunded back to me for an unnecessary cleaning of throttle. Of course, they said NO! I would NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BUY FROM HERE. BUYER BEWARE
Great Engine repair experience at Premier Plus Motors Service Department! 5/9/2015==========================================================Beginning of story: Expert is NOT Expert.I live in the area between Irmo and Chapin and work at USC.. My car had an obvious engine oil leak problem and I was attracted to a small Auto Service Experts car repair shop due to their Honest slogan. They told me they will charge diagnosis fee, which is fine with me. They inspected the car, and give me an estimation of $480. I told them the regular price for such issues is only $100-300. with tax $500 is too much for my $2500 car. The guy told me because my engine has leaked oil everywhere (Of course, bc. it is leaking oil) and they need to clean the bottom of the engine too even though the top Gasket is the most obvious cause of leak. I then ask them, you can skip the bottom part, and only fix the gasket issue. They then told me it could then cost less, maybe $380... Then funny thing happened. The guy looked at a hard to see corner of the engine, and pointed it to me saying, oh, this wire will have issue when we open your engine to install gasket, and it costs $150 to fix that. So, without worrying about the potential issue at the bottom of engine, I now even have to pay $530... I was totally screwed by this Honest estimation. Since I have to fix the car, I ask them if they can fix the whole oil leak issue with $530. Now this guy told me, Ok, we will not touch your car, too many risk, you would not be happy, you may return back to us soon with another leak issue. blah, blah....You can goto another auto repair and get quote to see if anyone can fix your car leak issue for less than $500.. I suggest you throw away your car............. Even has no confidence to fix a obvious engine oil leak issue, I cannot call you Auto Expert!. When somebody declare they are experts, it does not mean it is real.***** Life-saver at Premier Plus. Finally, I went to Firestone (which I strongly recommend) and they referred me to Premier Plus Motors Service Department (561 Jamil Rd Columbia, SC 29210) for fixing engine issues. The service manger Justin gave me a REAL HONEST estimate for $330 (tax included) and got my car fixed in 1 day...Now my car runs great without any leak! Justin even cleaned all the leaked oil all over my engine without charging a penny... and they even gave me a premier manual car wash by two guys!*** RecommendationI strongly recommend you get your car fixed at Premier Plus Motors Service Department. Their service is better, faster, much cheaper, and you have a nice environment for resting while waiting for your car. Many people thought small and shabby autoshops like Auto Service Expert will be cheaper to get their car fixed, Dead Wrong. My experience tells this is DEAD wrong. Premier and BIG players like Premier Plus and Firestone usually provide better service value and wont play gimmicks on their customers!!! because they are leaders and care more about their reputation.Go Premier Plus Motors for Justin to get your car fixed, especially for engine issues..
Wish i could rate them a zero. Bought a very nice looking 2008 Buick Lucerne CXS from there around a year ago. Didnt have any problems with until about 8 months. Now i thought i would mention it had less than 80,000 on it. And i work at the airport. So i dont drive far and i babied it. It was a nuisance problem with the fuse box. Did some research on line with the details about it. So no biggie. But as soon as i got that fixed about a month later my car would not start. I was pretty pissed. I had already spent about $1500 on the last repair. So i took it up to ppm and the mechanic, justin (Im sure yall heard a reference to him already) basically told me your car is fd up. U might wanna take it to the dealership. Now when i tell u the dealership doesnt know whats going on with it, Im not kidding. They have have my car for over a month and still have not found out whats the issue. Forget the warranty company because its not worth the hassle. Luckily love Buick and gmc let me get a loaner. 2015 @ that. The only thing i know for sure is that i will be getting rid of this car asap. Oh yeah in case you were wondering i did try to get another car from there...but after they wanted another $3000 down for a 2013 charger...no f..king way. And it was the owner who told me hed take car of me. Im glad though. I wouldve ended up in another lemon. Wish i wouldve read all the comments before purchasing my car from them. So if you reading this, know that if i could do it again i wouldnt. Dont buy a good looking lemon from them. Trust me and the others....dont do it.#tookaloss
The best of the best!!!! Andrew was awesome! Fast and honest people!
I am a previous employee of Premier Plus Motors. They are proud of the way they beat customers out of there money. There favorite saying is (I dont have to make the payments) they are proud when they finance a car inhouse. They look forward to you missing the first payment, so they can come repo your vehicle. There prices are always thousands over retail price of the vehicle, I worked there for three months, and I quit. They have not paid me my last check. Suhail Najaar is the owner he is a rip-off. Dont trust anyone that works there.
Thanks for your help Mr Coolie. i will send lots of folks to you.
Nice place
Beware of this dealership
