Let me start off by saying everybody was very nice, however the payments are very high with high down payments. They wanted me to get a car when I wanted a truck. I will be looking some place else.

TRASH not even worthy of 1 star . My husband bought a 2015 Silverado from here didn’t even have it 5 months and now the air compressor is shot . Three weeks later the transmission is Shot . How is the possible if you ensure your vehicles pass the quality vehicle inspection. Offered my husband to pay $2800 to repair up front and they’d finance the remainder of the $4000 for the repairs. This is NONSENSE and terrible customer service . Now we’re stuck with a $20,000 Truck that he can’t drive . That’s not making it right that’s ensuring you milk your customers for every CENT.

I have not personally dealt with them in person, but I do not agree with their sales approach of posting dozens of vehicles on Facebook which they have no intention or possession to sell, just to try and get people in the door or on the phone. Then when you call them about the vehicles they act like they don’t know how or who is putting all the false cars on the Facebook ads. Any company that lies about deceiving people are truly the scum of the earth. I would not use them and I hope after reading this you decide not to use them either.

We have been doing business with Bluff Road Auto Sales since they were University Motors. Eric has been with them for many years and he is a great salesman to do business with. We have bought at least 6 vehicles from them and we have never been disappointed. 5 stars is not enough!! Happy customers!!

Spoke w the manager who assured me Jose would get back with me before the end of the day. He NEVER DID.. I waited a few days and reached back out .. to still not get a response .. waited a few more days.. called back and was wanting another sales rep.. but still kept getting Jose! No help. Was told to text Jose copies of my employment info.. by ERIC.. did that .. Jose simply viewed the message and that’s all. I asked was it anything else I needed to do so he could process my app..no response again . lol this is a JOKE. Spend your money else where.

SCAM, Advertised 2016 GMC 2500HD on FB Market place for a price less then half the makket. When I inquired they sent an email to contact [email protected]. I got a canned response that tried to phish my personal information. I replied & immediately got another canned response again trying to harvest my personal information. Her/their story was the truck was at an eBay storage facility in Augusta blah, blah, blah. My advice is stay as far away from this place as possible. TOTAL SCAM AND RELATED OFF SITE SCAMS.

The worst company EVER! Lied and stated we paid a partial payment a year ago-showed proof they took out the full payment! Then lied and stated we were 30 days Late-showed proof we were not! Please beware there are used car dealerships giving transparency and honesty with every transaction-this place is not! Love everything about them. Eric is amazing. Last year my husband was looking for a work truck. He wanted a Toyota Tacoma to be precise. When we talked with Eric about it they didnt have one in inventory at the time. Eric told us that he would keep his eye out for one and would let us know. He did just that too. When one came in, Eric called us before it was even out on the website. He was really looking out for my husband. That is why on June 17th, 2017, after my friend went to 4 different dealerships, I sent her to see him and to see what he had in inventory that she might like. Sure enough Eric came through for me yet again. He was able to get her into a 2015 Toyota Camry. She loves it, and the monthly payments are great and well within her budget. My customer service and sales experience was amazing! I was a customer with university motors for 3 years and was looking to trade in my BMW comfortable car payments. My family and I needed more space for our daily travels with having two kids. Bluff Road Auto sales made the transition so easy! Friendly, courteous, service. Prompt attention. It was a pleasant surprise. I was looking for a car for my son, and found a nice 2007 Mustang. Nice clean car. Car fax reports were clean. Needed a minor repair and a spare tire. Dropped the car off for service. The dropped me off at work. Later when the car was done they dropped it off at my work. The sales force was helpful and informative without pressure. I would recommend this place to family.

Bought a 2010 Toyota Camry here and couldnt be more happy. Super clean with low miles and they worked with me even though I had no credit. They were very helpful and I wouldnt hesitate to buy again when I need another car.

I got my car from University Motors which is under the same management and Owner. They say it’s Carolina Acceptance, but the same cold hearted people. The owner does not value his customers because he allows his employees to treat his customers bad and you can never get him on the phone or in person. This is the second car I brought from them. I was okay with the first one because I was dealing with Judy, she’s no longer there. The salesman William was great and he’s not there anymore. I had got sick a while ago and the day I left the hospital was the day my car payment was due I called up there and asked can I bring it there in 3 days from that day and the girl Sarah told me no and I told her that I had just left the hospital and the doctor said get in bed she said if I didn’t have the money to bring the car and hung up on me. I wasn’t going to let that happen after I’ve been paying on that car for 2 years. I called up a few friends and we got it paid. I was in pain she didn’t care that’s when I saw their true colors. They don’t let you go into the second month at all and they don’t give you a receipt for what you paid to interest. If your payment $400 and pay off is 900 you get a receipt saying you still owe $700, just using those numbers to explain how they work. I just got a new car from somewhere else because I would never ever purchase another vehicle from these people they have mad bitter women in there. They will not work with you if needed no one knows what life will bring at a bad time these people are not your friend. Thank God I will be finished paying them next week. They don’t have a problem with lying to people as well. Very unprofessional.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. I brought at vehicle in February. Vehicle ran great for 1 hour. Setup several appointments to get vehicle repaired and every time they would give the best clean up possible. The front seat motor does not work, engine check light is on because of clogged intake, incorrect oil dipstick, sunroof leaks like it wide open, .. They can and will make the best appointments and always have you show up at 9..for what. Come to find out, there is not one mechanic on payroll. The advertising that they are showing on TV Is complete bogus. The only part that is true is the locations of the building. F you don’t believe me please before you sign ny papers, tell the one salesman that’s there to let you see the service department. Not..they do have 10 people that can detail and wax a car better than anybody on the east coast. JUST FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE NOTED AND STOP FALSE ADVRTISEMENT..if you buy the be prepared to purchase outside extended warranty because they don’t have a mechanic on staff.

I knew I was bugging the living life out of him with my millions of questions, pop up visits for test drives, phone calls and emails!Finally, after shopping around at other buy here pay here dealerships in Columbia, SC, in May 2019 I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic LTZ with 72k miles on it. The vehicle came with brand new tires, and the windows were tinted already (not sure if Bluff Road did it or the previous owner, however it was a plus). All of Bluff Rds vehicles are detailed thoroughly and professionally which is a plus!Eric, the sales manager is beyond patient too! He made sure I got what I wanted and was up front and honest with me. Jose is another salesman whom I have not interacted with, but I always see him assisting customers and smiling. The women in the office are nice and helpful too!Lastly, Dominic, the master mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and seasoned in his field. My vehicle is running great! Recently had an issue with it making a really loud noise. I was so scared and did not know what to expect. Took it to Love Chevrolet and they said nothing was wrong with and sometimes tires on smaller vehicles make noise. Ridiculous right?!! Anyway, I took the vehicle back to Bluff Road Auto and Dominic got it taken care of!! Great car buying experience. Havent had any issues with my car that Ive had for going on 3 months; however, DO NOT make your payments online. I received a letter saying I owed a balance that I did not owe and that they would come to get my vehicle. I went in today to get things straight and show them my receipts and bank statements and there were two other people who came for the same reasons. One drove from Florida and the other from North Carolina simply because of someone elses mistake with posting payments to customers accounts. They even went so far as to tow one of the customers vehicles by mistake. Please DO NOT pay online!!

I have had to replace in less than 45days battery, alternator, spark plugs, coil packs, and now Im finding out about a shortage somewhere as well. Nice vehicles but make sure you take it somewhere first to be checked out. Im constantly having issues with this truck. Somewhat minor so far but these minnor issues has cost me a pretty penny already and still costing. On my way to the shop again!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL! I wouldnt buy from here for many reasons, Very high interest & high payments for cars that have been damaged and repaired in the back of the shop. They like to take advantage or ppl with no credit, youll end up paying 3 times what the car is worth. They do not report to the credit bureau on time. You cant trust their business because they will take money from you for full coverage insurance as they say, while ur paying for ur own insurance! God forbid u get in an accident they will accept 3 almost 4 car payments from u before letting u know they are going to total out your car, and no they did not return and car payments or insurance that were paid to them while the car was being looked at by an adjuster for three months.Absolutely as unprofessional as you could get when it comes to a car dealership. They have high ratings because salesman ask you to go online and rate high after your purchase. Everyone is happy right after the purchase until problems start and you stuck paying and fixing the vehicle. If you buy from this company get the vehicle checked at a reputable dealer to be sure there are no problems. My suv was totaled so I needed another one quickly. The process is straight forward but all their vehicles over priced. I have had problems twice with my SUV I just recently purchased. Even paid $998 to get suv fixed less than 60 days after the purchase and sitting in lobby now because it is having same issues I thought I paid for what a horrible experience. They do not sale extended warranties with the vehicle like other reputable used dealers in the area.

I had a horrible experience with bluff road auto sales Clint watchor is a con artist I bought a BMW in May of 17 i had the car less than 15 days had to take it back 4 times before the 30 day warrant was out when driving this car when ever I stop a stop light or stop sign the car would make a sputtering sound .and sound like the engine had cut off I took the car from university auto to bluff road they printed out 13 sheets of paper from there computer and gave them too me and telling me that car had a build in gas saver they said thats why the car was doing this and stated to me on 3rd another occasions that it was nothing wrong with the car the last time I took the car to them on are about the 22 and they stated that nothing was wrong with the car again gergorianna look me in the face and told me nothing was wrong with the car the 2 days before the warranty was up she call my cell phone and told me to Bring the car to Augusta rd road I live 68 miles one way I brought the car the to August rd. the phone reception was poor I took the car to August road for repair and I left it there the person that I left the car with told me his boss had left for home I had never seen are meet any of them before so I did,nt know them and they didnt known me the necxt day i called and was told that the diagnostics were a total of $103.00 I CALLED Georgianna that,s when she told me I had taken the car To The wrong place and she was not going to honor the warranty I paid the $103.00 fee in order to get the car . As I was leaving Augusta Road the car cut off several times I made it Huger street and Blossom it shut off at the stop sign and would,nt start i called Georginanna I waited there for and hour in 90 degrees heat know one ever came finally I CALLED my Ins. Co. They sent a tow truck to get The car. I follow the tow to bluff road road auto sales And I let them know how I felt about there service, s at that moment I left the car there for 3 days they never had the common deciency to call to say the car was ready when I called and asked it was ready when I went in to get the car I asked at the front window for the work order on the car i wanted to know what Repairs were made the lady at the window told me it would take two hours to get it I simply told her i would wait for it for me to drive back home without was not fair to me I was sitting there in the waiting area I did,nt know this man from a can of paint he walks up toward s me With a hateful look on his face and said I, am calling the Richland sheriff Dept. To have you escorted off the permises I said to him go right on I HAVE NO FEAR . Deputy arrived shortly afterwards went into their office came back ask me what was going on I told him I was waiting on my work order the officer went to the window and asked then them when it would be ready now they are saying it will take 2 wks. And it will be mail they could have handle it in a professional manner after getting 3,500.00 as a down pmt. that,s how they treat blacks. I don t see any one else buying there except the minority there mark up is 2or 3,000.00 more than others I will never ever recommend any one else there in fact I wold,nt put 1 foot on there premises no class are integrity at all matter of fact.

IVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ROAD AUTO SALES. I HAVENT HAD MY 2007 CHEVY SUBURBAN A WHOLE MONTH BEFORE I HAD TO RETURN IT FOR SERVICE. THEN WHEN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON COURESTY TO CALL ME AND INFORM OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY TRUCK. I ADVISED THEM OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY DIDNT FIX MY AUX PLUG IN. THE PIECE THEY CLAIMED THEY FIXED THAT THE MAINTENCE LADY TOLD MY HUSBAND THEY WERE FIXING SO THE TRUCK CAN DRIVE, IS WHATS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK A SECOND TIME. I HAVE IT TOWED TO THEM THIS SECOND TIME BECAUSE I CANT DRIVE IT AND AGAIN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DIDNT FEEL THED NEED THE TO TELL ME ANYHTING AND I HAD TO REACH TO THEM ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT IM SUPOOSE TO PAY FOR. I HADNT MADE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT AND SO MANY PROBLEMS AND SHE WANTS ME TO PAY TO FIX IT. I HAVE HAD TO UBER TO WORK, SEND MY KIDS TO MY PARENTS TO GET TO SCHOOL, MY DAUGHTER HAS MISSED COMPETITONS BUT YES BLUFF ROAD AUTO SALES HAVE TAKEN MY $2,500.0 0 FOR A TRUCK I CANT DRIVE. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICL FROM HERE AGAIN AND SURELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORD.

Bluff Road Auto Sales is the best thing in town...I went to thousands of other lots and not only did I get the run around I didnt get a car.. but thanks to Milika Gridine at Bluff Road Auto Sales I receive my new car within 1 hour and Im very happy and satisfied.. Very disappointed with an attempt to replace a bulb (taillight).Probably less than a 5 min repair.Moreso, the service person in no way showed any type of customer relation or customer concern.This was an item that I as a client thought was taken care of during my initial purchasing of the vehicle.This may not appear to be that big of an issue but customers remember this when shopping for autos.No negative feelings for BRAUTOSALES only second thoughts about service manager.TEAM goes a long way.Thanks again to the office personal.
