I wish I could give this place no stars, but I cant I need to share the experience I had at Apple Ford. My car computer had been acting up and I took it in for a simple diagnostic and reset. They called me assured me nothing mechanical was wrong with my vehicle and that the computer just needed to be reset and that they had done a 15 mile test drive to make sure everything was fine. After I picked up my car, I went to accelerate onto the highway and my car nearly broke down and my check engine light began flashing --- I nearly got rear ended because it stopped accelerating in the middle of a busy highway. Took it back to the dealership and the next day they called me to say that my coil packs and spark plugs all needed to be replaced (I had just had all but one of my spark plugs replaced in June) and the repair would be about 1000$. The service manager, Curtis, assured me that I would be getting the original diagnostic charge refunded (since it didnt show any issues with my car). I went back in to pick it up and spoke to him extensively about how it seemed a little fishy that I went in with an electrical problem and left with a 1000$ bill for a mechanical one. He refused to refund the diagnostic code as He didnt remember ever saying he would and proceeded to roll his eyes at me and give me 80$ off and send me on my way. As Im driving my car later that evening, my check engine light came back on and I got the diagnostics read at Advanced Auto and my catalytic converter needed repairs/replace (thats a 2000$ job). I just had my car entirely tuned up in June so I was livid. If they had actually run a proper diagnostic on a vehicle, they should be able to pick up errors better than an Advanced Auto Parts free scan, right?? Aside from the HORRIBLE customer service they are hell bent on f***ing people over on their repairs. My family has bought all of their Ford vehicles from this dealership for years and none of us will be returning for service or sales.
Best experience.These people know what they are doing.Called Bob Bell Ford and was told the parts for my recall were out of stock nationwide with no estimated time of when they could get them.Called Apple Ford and they (Dan) said it was no problem, bring it in and they could handle it.Lewis the service advisor was awesome. Knowledgeable, accomodating, personable and maybe most importantly.... not sales pushy. Got my vehicle in right away and was able to complete the recall and some maintenance work I had neglected in less than 12 hours.Apple Ford has won my business from here on out.My Ford Transit 350 is essential to my business.Thank you to everyone that was able to get me back on the road again!Jim
Great experience, start to finish. The consultant Dan was very personable and helpful. When I mentioned I would not be waiting for my car and that I’d take an Uber to the gym, he told me about the free shuttle service that was offered. He was very thorough about my car. The shuttle driver, (I did not get his name) was very nice as well…courteous, polite and a pleasure to ride with.
Apple Ford has done a great job maintaining our car. Regular oil changes, which Apple provides to it’s car buyers at no cost, and keeping check on regular maintenance has kept the car running well. The QuikLane is efficient and prompt, and appointments make it easy. Thank you, Apple Ford.
I went in recently to purchase a new battery for my car. The price was excellent and cheaper than Advance Auto where I had planned to go. The service was excellent and I was very happy

My experience over the past 7 months have been great. The service department is courteous and efficient. Making an appointment is easy. Buying experience was also great. No haggling. We were able to come to a sale price agreement before I test drove the vehicle which most dealerships wont do. If you are looking for a great buying experience, I would definitely recommend Apple Ford.
My experience with Apple on this trip was excellent. My car was in for a recall on the drivers side airbag. They had told me it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours. It was almost to the minute when I got my car back. It was raining so I do not know if it was washed, but the inside was vacuumed. I have no complaints except I was told I would recieve the paperwork for this repair by mail. I still have bot recieved it. I like Apple Ford and I had thought about buying my next car there. A problem has occurred, I will not be buy my next car there. FMC does not make cars anymore. For this I am sad, I do not want a truck/SUV.
Always an easy, pleasant and painless check-in process. And the service is fast. For routine service, definitely recommend coming here. Just bring what you need if youre going going wait in waiting room (no easily accessible places to grab food, pass the time, etc).
Making an online appointment was convenient. I dropped off the vehicle 24 hours before and simply waited for a call that it was done and ready for pickup. Very easy and I feel taking it to a Ford dealership site ensures all Work will be done properly.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received on my F-450 on 8-11-21. I am from Texas and passing through and needed the second service on my truck. I called they assured me they have 2 techs that specialize in the heavy duty trucks. I asked in additional to an oil change could they grease the front end suspension, rotate and balance the tires, change the cabin air filter, and inspect the brakes they were squeaking. I got the truck back told all good to go. The next day I was looking at the truck. I could tell the tires were not rotated, the front shoulders were worn more than the rear. But I thought maybe they had balanced them. The grease zerks were not touched still caked in dirt and grease, the wheel in the glove box that allows it to softly open I found laying in the floor on the passengers side. To top it off yesterday I had to pull the front wheels off the truck. I looked and these wheels have never been pulled off the truck. So they lied to me and charged me &148 dollars to rotate and balance my wheels and they never even took them off the truck. I am not impressed AT ALL with the service I received or maybe I should say, didn’t receive but was charged for.

Bought my truck here in December and have been back twice for oil changes. (I drive a lot of miles.) It’s a bit of a hike for me but the crew has been very pleasant to work with. They call you back when they say they will, and take care of the issues you bring up. I see some of the complaints others have made and hope that those were isolated incidents or perhaps misunderstandings.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I took my 2019 F250 in for service and I have to say that I was more than pleased. My service advisor, Lewis Mcall kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They had my truck completed in two days. When the repairs were completed the service manager, Curtis Ford personally came to my house and picked me up. I have owned Fords my whole life and have dealt with Ford Service departments from Maryland to Alaska. I have to say that I recieved the best customer service from Apple Ford and personally believe that they have the most highly skilled technicians than any of the other dealerships that I have had dealings with in the past. I highly recommend Apple Ford and will go out of my way to take any of my vehicles there.

My husbands company has been buying their vehicles from Herb from Apple Ford for over 20 years so that when we needed a used car for our daughter we went to someone we THOUGHT we could trust. He advised us to purchase an extended warranty in that way my daughter could have help with mechanical issues throughout the life of her loan payment. Her loan was for 72 months. The warranty we were told was for 84 months. What he didnt tell us was the loan warranty started on the original purchase of the car. This date was not listed anywhere. When we needed service and were told the warranty had expired we called herb who suggested we talk to someone else. We tried multiple times to reach them with no response. Honestly we are so disappointed to be treated this way. At least we should have been contacted back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.
This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will only purchase from Apple Ford from now on. Justin was wonderful. He listened to me and there was no pressure. At the end of the day I walked away with the vehicle I wanted and a comfortable payment.
Had a great buying experience in 2018. Just sold my truck to Carmax and trying to cancel my Extended Warranty.All I Get is Hang ups and Voicemails with no return call worst experience ever. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing.DO NOT BUY A CAR or TRUCK FROM HERE once you sell it you mean NOTHING to them.Took my FORD LIGHTNING reservation to another dealership.
Absolutely ridiculous…I came in to get an oil change, not really as backed up as they normally look and the front desk didn’t tell me the wait would be long or any mention of wait time. So I hand over my keys and within 15 minutes my car is driven off. So I’m thinking awesome, I should be out of here in under an hour. Now two hours later, I get up to see what’s taking so long and the lady at the front desk says, “oh, it’s in there right now” to which I replied, “well, how much longer will it be?”. She says “Oh, probably another 30 minutes.”. To which again, I had to prompt her for more info and asked does it normally take this long? Her final response was, “Our afternoon technicians were in late.” That’s it, nothing else and she wouldn’t have told me any of this without me first asking! Horrible, horrible, horrible. There is NO excuse for this type of customer service or this amount of time waiting. Absolutely ridiculous! Now that it’s over. From the time I dropped my car off to getting it back the total time was 3 hours and 45 minutes!

I brought my 2015 Ford EDGE for recall service, oil change and tire rotation. Les and the service department were excellent. They offered me a ride to work. The oil change and tire rotation were very reasonably priced. To top it off, They also washed my car before returning it to me.
My wife was preparing to leave the house and the car would not start. My insurance companys roadside assistance gave me boost. Subsequently, a call was made to Apple Ford to have the battery checked and replaced of needed. They were able to squeeze me in and resolve my issue.
My former Ford service dealership in Silver Spring MD. that will go name less had poor service. So when I found out that the service rep that I would go to there was at APPLE. I started bringing my car there when my current service center would be over booked. Jonas is the guy I would go to and wile I would wait he would be consistent on letting me know the status of the work being done on my car then when returning my car let me know of other things I might need latter.My one wish is that all FORD services centers would share service reports of FORD cars.

Weve been coming here for 8 years, with no problems. We do quicklane drop off and have the car back in less 2 hours. Our recent experience was not great. We waited 7 hours. The staff was apologetic and very polite. I understand they are under staffed right now, I just wish we were told upfront that things are much slower than usual and its best if you call ahead for an appointment (which weve never had to do because its the quick lane.). So lesson learned, call ahead.

My vehicle needed a new power brake booster and after many failed attempts to contact another car dealership to replace it, I decided to call Apple Ford. Experience with Sales team was disappointing. Communicated well, but tried burying a second destination charge ($1695) until I requested itemized pricing and caught it. Rather than admit to the error, salesperson made it seem like a concession to remove it. Trades were priced well below KBB and Black Book values and would not budge. I see lots of positive feedback on Service, but dont waste your time attempting to buy new.

BEWARE OF APPLE FORD SERVICE!! I took my 2016 F-150 to Apple Ford for a brake booster recall repair. When I left my truck in the care of Apple Ford, it was working perfectly. There were zero problems with my truck. However, when I went to pick up my truck when it was ready, the drivers side door lock was inoperable. It wouldnt work from the remote, the code on the door or the lock/unlock switch inside the truck. I now have to manually open the door from the passengers side just to get in my truck. I immediately reported this issue w/my service adviser who informed me that these things happen and that he would not pay for the repair. His boss, the service manager (Curtis) echoed his service advisor and refused to repair my truck that was broken under HIS care. He rudely offered a 15% discount on a $500 repair and reminded me he was doing me a favor b/c that he didnt have to offer me anything. I repeat...the truck was broken under HIS care. I reminded him and his staff that I have three (3) Ford trucks that I have had serviced at Apple Ford over the past 15 years. When I informed him that I would take my business elsewhere and go to one of the other local Ford dealerships in the area, he didnt seem to care. Thats great customer service...NOT!! I was treated very poorly and unfairly by Apple Ford. Ford customers deserve better. Stay away from Apple Ford.
Good service from apple ford, went in for a recall for my airbags and I thought I was done the first time, but then they called me again a week later and let me know I had to come in again since they only did my passenger side and had to wait for my driver side air bags to come in. I wish I was more aware that I was going to have to come in again, I would give five stars if they had a system in place to let me know when they were expecting to get the other airbags in and schedule me for a time close to then that could be changed while I was picking my car up the first time.HOWEVER, the people at apple ford are always helpful and friendly and I would definitely take my car back there for any work that had to be done!
Have been in constant contact over the last week regarding a vehicle that was being ‘readied’ for sale only to be told the vehicle is now sold even though we have expressed interest consistently and were told it wasn’t inspected yet. Also, they quickly quoted $3,000 above listed price without taxes and no explanation. Typical sales tactics used and very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. Waste of time. Bad business.

5 stars is easy to push but tough to truly deliver. From the moment I called my needs as a customer were met. Crystal clear communication, polite friendly and knowledgeable advice all while finding an appointment slot that worked for me.Walking in the door I was immediately greeted and directed appropriately by the service advisor. Clean, well lit and properly distanced waiting are is where I spent what seemed like only minutes until my service was complete.I cant say enough about the staff here and will happily bring me vehicle in as long as its being run like this. 5+

I was Glad that I was helped even though my appointment was randomly cancelled for the 4th time right before my appointment after having booked them months ahead… The appointment was scheduled then I called a week later confirming my appointment and telling them that this can’t be cancelled again. Yet it was but thanks to an advisor he managed to take my car in and get the recalls done. If it weren’t for Frank this would have been a really negative review.

I have a 2017 Ford Escape. I scheduled a service appt over concerns w/my check engine light coming on. Scheduling was quick. I brought my car in on Saturday, 04/03/2021.Service advisor Michael Ross checked me in. We discussed the engine light & a concern w/a loose plastic piece to my side bumper panel. Mike is very knowledgeable & professional.A special shout out for greeter Dave, as well as the young gentleman who checked me out. All three were courteous, helpful & professional.I would recommend Apple Ford Service Dept.

Took my car for service, two recalls and an issue with my radio the first week of Feb. Scheduled well in advance as I knew they’d need to order the cameras for the recall. Get there, they don’t have all the things listed in my ticket and they don’t have the cameras for the recall and claimed they were now back ordered. Had my car all day, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my radio either. Claimed they fixed it, when I left I called back and said nope not fixed. They were supposed to work with Ford while ordering the part for the recall. Two months later I called to say umm what is going on, said part was still back ordered. I call again beginning of June as still no word from them. They pass me around from customer service to the quick lane back to customer service and the girl said she’d have someone from service call me. A week and a half later still no call from these jokers! Clearly don’t even know how to spell customer service.
I can t say enough about the dealership itself. I has been by far the best experience and possibly the easiest process ever. The salesman Neville was amazing and upfront with all information given. I went in there with a plan to purchase a Ford F150 and i am pleased with my new purchase and will recommend anyone to come to Apple Ford in Columbia, MD and see Neville the best salesman we have ever met! Thank you!1 month later the truck is amazing and the service I have had from Apple Ford continues to impress me. They called to check up on how things are going and if there is anything else that they can do. Tags arrived exactly a month later and again their service and my salesman Neville continue to provide exceptional service. The Lincoln concierge service is the best. They bring you a loaner and take your vehicle for service. They are courteous and keep you informed the entire process. You are notified the vehicle arrived and the service adviser calls to see if there are other issues outside of normal service. They follow up when complete and the concierge personnel let you know when they are returning your vehicle. I have owned many other luxury brands and Lincoln is killing it. They understand the market. Thanks to Apple Ford it’s easy for service

I ordered a Ford Mustang Mach E waited 2 years for the car to come in and when I finally arrived. I got the call from Mike Ashberry to come pick it up with no prior notice that it was arriving. I went over to drive it and love the vehicle. I filled out the credit app on line Friday afternoon and was approved they send me eDocs at 9pm on a Friday night.I went to the site till finish all the paperwork work electronically at 10 am and discovered that the link had expired. I then texted Mike to resend the docs and in fact they did around 11am. I then texted Mike said Id be in at 2pm.When I arrived with my wife to pick up our new Mach EThe sales Manager said they had a situation and they had sold the car for more money.This is a case of bad business and greed. I dont recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership.
Normally I have had good experiences with Quick Lane, and initially I thought it was good service. After comparing the service sticker with their email summary, those two do not match. I asked that they check my battery and tires. I was told, and the sticker states, that both are fine (green). After having to get a new battery (because I’m tired of jump-starting my car) and tire today (because it had no tread) at a different business, I am not sure that I trust the diagnosis given 2 weeks ago at the Quick Lane.I did receive an oil change and a recall repair and that was done to satisfaction.

I definitely did my homework before purchasing my 2020 aviator. After almost an entire year I ended up purchasing from Apple Ford Lincoln. I got an amazing deal and impeccable service. From my initial email that was answered by Jeff to speaking with Rich my sales guy, everything was top-notch. I never felt obligated or uncomfortable during any of my interactions at Apple Ford/Lincoln. After purchasing the vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Michael. He is some kind of Lincoln guru. He knows every single thing there is to know about the car and all of its components and features. He was very patient with me as I was coming from driving a car with a cassette player. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an honest and helpful experience...I’m also a customer for life. Big bonus!
Quick Lane service was a very satisfying experience. Ben did a great job of communicating every step of the way. I appreciated that he suggested an additional service that I had not requested. He is obviously competent and cares about good customer service. I was very pleased with service experience. The service manager called me himself to address some other concerns that I had. It is clear to me that Apple Ford Quick-lane cares about good customer service.I was however, disappointed that I was not able to pay the bill online. I had to come into the office to pay the bill. During this time of pandemic, you should offer a complete touch-less service.
Had the original battery die in my 2016 Ford Escape. Ford makes it very difficult to change out the battery due to where it is located (behind air filter assembly, under wiper blade windshield cowl). Brought my Escape to Apple Ford and got a great new 100 month battery and they did the change out labor at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Friendly and professional service. Quick Lane service was great!

Went in for oil change found other problems. Agreed to having those fixed two days later $5600+ got truck back. Two days after repairs. Oil leak is worse. TPMS errors still exists. Turbo seems to be making noise, didn’t before repairs. Engaging 4WD sounds different. Can’t get service manger to return my call left messages last week and again today.

Took our ford suv with 80K miles in for engine light. We had obd scanned before hand and already knew the issue was with O2 sensor. Called apple ford to get the price to replace sensor and was told by service rep it would be between 350 and 375. Took the car in to apple ford for service, after about 5 hours the service rep called us to tell us the O2 was bad, we already knew that, but now the cost would be 625 including the 125 diagnostic fee which is now much more than what we were originally quoted. We agreed to the fix, but about 30 minutes later we got another call from service rep saying that actually the catalytic converter is bad and it will be 1200 to fix. Told them we are not doing that and we ended up paying the diagnostic fee. Took the car to a local mechanic to check out the issue and they confirmed the O2 sensor is bad and not the catalytic converter, however they also said that the bolt for the bad O2 sensor was rounded off. Seems that the mechanic at apple ford messed up trying to remove the O2 sensor and to cover up the situation wanted to replace the catalytic converter. We been taking our ford to apple for many years but after this situation not so sure we’ll be back.
The oil change was completed promptly. The truck was protected from fingerprints and spills. The Personnel were polite and helpful. They have greatly improved.
The keys to our F-150 were stolen along with my wife’s drivers license so we needed to get new keys. Our service advisor, Les, was very helpful - initially taking the time to fully understand our problem and then efficiently addressing it. But the most visible and memorable highlight of this visit was seeing our bright blue truck when picking it up - the results of the “hand washing “ were spectacular! Thanks Lindsey and Apple Ford.
Do not buy a vehicle from these guys. From the beginning they tell you and do anything they can to sell you a vehicle. Once you sign your name everything thing becomes way different. I purchased a 60,000.00 vehicle from them and have had nothing but issues with tge vehicle. We have been trying to get these issues repaired and here we are in October and tgey still are not fixed. We just dropped our vehicle off this morning from an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago. Apple Ford was supposed to set up a rental car for our family seeing how this is our family vehicle that my wife drives with our 2 toddlers. Apple Ford dropped me off this morning at the rental car building and the rental car company says we have no order for you Apple Ford had never sent it over. They call Apple Ford and get tge authorization to get me a rental and the only vehicle available because Apple Ford never sent the order over 2 weeks ago when we made this appointment. So they give us the only vehicle available which is a pick up truck that my family cant fit in. I then go to Apple Ford and the service manager tells me whatever is available is what you get we have no control over it I then said if it was sent over 2 weeks ago I bet I woukd have gotten something g more suitable. The vehicle we bought has had nothing but issues with seat belts, caution lights, mirrors not working, door ajar sensors and charging pad not working. We have brought our vehicle in multiple times and these things dont get fixed. Apple Ford has a fancy show room and salesman that tell you want to hear but just care about the sell of the vehicle. The service department staff is a joke and incompetent. One guy tells you one thing and the other tells you a different answer. Then they blame one another for the mistakes. Honestly it something I have never seen. I cant believe they have been around for this long with this level of service. Caution and be ware!
The best service I have ever received from a dealership, Dontrez Demby was excellent . I didnt even have to call did everything from my Lincoln app. The Valet service they offer is wonderful. They brought me a 2020 MKZ car to drive while they picked up my truck on my job and then brought it back to me before I got off. The best idea ever, my husband also loved it because when I go to the dealer I buy another car..
I love that I am a customer for life since 2009. Thankfully my f150 has been amazingly reliable as I find the more involved repairs have left me frustrated. The most annoying being several years ago after fixing a blend door issue I no longer have a left rear speaker. Little things like clips that go missing or the fit that isnt quite as good as original are also annoying. I have gained a few tools as well that have been left in my truck. The service advisors are great to work with on both the quick lane side and the repair side, I just wish the actual technicians were more competent. Im at 200k and no one believes how old my truck is so Im definitely a Ford fan and this was my first and only ford vehicle.
I had an excellent Saturday 7:00am appointment! The staff were so nice and accommodating! I felt very comfortable and safe while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced! I will continue to be an Apple Ford loyal customer!!

Everything went smoothly. I wanted to wait outside with the pandemic and all. The very nice lady whos office I was standing in front of lent me a chair to sit on while I waited.
I bought a ford focus from Apple Ford. At about 35k mile the steering gave out while I was driving. A scary experience, but I managed to get the car to the side of the road and get the car towed to Apple Ford.Takes a couple of days for the car to get looked at, understandable they are busy. When they get back to me it is $1400 for the part plus labor. They give me the part number and from the Ford website $1400 with a $700 rebate. I give the go ahead.Takes a few more days for the part to come in and everything to get done. The mechanic is nice, seems knowledgeable if a bit overworked.I go to the finance department to pay they dont want to give me the rebate for the part... I show them on the website and they keep refusing to acknowledge the rebate. You know what fine, Ill take the old part back and figure out how to turn it in myself. They refuse to give me back the old part which Im pretty sure is illegal. At this point I have been with out my car for more then a week and need it to get home, Im beyond frustrated so I pay and leave.It is a shame the mechanics seem to be doing their job, the finance just is sketchy as can be. I still get mad thinking about the experience.

I had a 2:30 appointment and they were able to get it done within an hour. The service manager told me that I needed to have my coolant flushed and they were able to quickly do that before I left. He also pointed out that there was a recall on the door locks so I have that scheduled for Friday.

Dont get a salesman named Daniel. As a salesman, hes going to try to make sure you dont get out the door without buying. He was angry when I left after telling him I was not buying that day and wadded up my folder as I left to look at another truck elsewhere. Then when I called him two days later to let him know I would be purchasing a different truck from a different dealership, he became verbally abusive and harassed me. I called and spoke to the GM, Scott, who apologized of course, but I will never do business here. No one needs to be treated like that.
I am a communications contractor with a bucket truck that stopped running. I needed to get home to Pittsburgh and drive to Vermont to start another job in 5 days. Mike Ross told me they were two weeks out on service, but he would see what he could do to get me back on the road ASAP. Absolutely Outstanding service, 3 days later I’m back on schedule. I purchased a used Chevrolet Volt from salesman Ty Moore, and had a very positive experience. From my initial contact by phone, Ty was very good at communicating with me, providing his cell phone number to contact anytime needed, quickly getting and providing me with requested information about the vehicle. He then picked me up at the airport when I flew in to see the vehicle, had everything set up for me to test drive it, and made the sales process very pleasant. Additionally, finance manager Jhonny Herrera was great - very patient and never pushy as he explained all the required forms and I probed him about the optional extended warranty, gap coverage and financing options. Although I live out of state and will not be able to take frequent advantage of the free maintenance services included in the sale, I would definitely return to this dealership if I lived anywhere in the area and recommend it to others.
