I had problems with my equipment and am so pleased to report that they sent Daniel out to make everything right, and he did. Great guy took his time to get my keypad functioning correctly, updated my firm ware and then re-did how my security cameras work so that they will be much more useful to me. He was even great with my dog. I very much appreciate how Troy handled my complaint and how Daniel fixed everything. Thank you.

This is the MOST lackadaisical company that we have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They advertise on their site that they stand behind all of their work, and that all of their security employees are knowledgeable certified professionals. This is definitely not the case. They have performed poorly in each of those respects. Their installation process was lazy and cumbersome. There were huge strategic spaces of our property that were left uncovered by their poor installation plan of our security system. Furthermore, they installed wiring and soft conduit on the outside of our property where it was exposed to anyone who wanted to cut the wires and disable it. We were flabbergasted by their inept process and lack of planning. Also, when several of our cameras went cloudy after a big thunderstorm, they have refused to come repair and clear them up for over a month. They also over-charged us to install the system, as their bid was a much lower price. So, our over-priced security system has been useless. Speaking of which, they pointed several of our security cameras across the street towards another building, so when our owners truck was robbed, none of it was caught on camera. After complaining to a person who was introduced to us as the owner, Troy, he promised to come to the property and see first-hand the problems we were complaining about. He never showed up, and has not only never called to explain or reschedule, but has refused to return calls or emails. Dealing with this company has been like getting a root-canal from the dentist. Painful! We personally nor professionally would NEVER recommend Carolina Wiring Service to do even the simplest of security jobs. Buyers beware!

Very impressed with the work that this company performed. I had ethernet run from my office to my bedroom, i had them run the cables from my wall mounted tv through the wall so everything looks clean and professionally done. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needed some quality work done at a very reasonable price.

These guys look out for me when I need them, good folks down there.
