Everything went smoothly. Technician was very knowledgable about the equipment and service it would provide. Made very good recommendations on how to best monitor the home at minimal cost to meet our needs. Excellent service!
Great service, knowledgeable tech arrived ten minutes early for appt. Showed us all options, no high pressure, installed what we wanted, explained system, neat and clean install.
They charged me 99.00 before I even agreed to their service. They are DEFENDERS company not ADT direct. Installer was at my house 6.5 hours the first time and had to come back to finish the next day. High pressure, Tries to make u feel bad to get the sale, didn’t know his product. Basically said “trust me, I am a man of faith” Walked out the door and I asked him why I can’t talk thru the doorbell like I am supposed to.... he said “doesn’t work w IPhone” and basically flew away. When you try to get a hold of DEFENDER, there is a lotta “red tape”. They are based in Indiana and the local installers can’t be called. Had to call ADT Corporate to accomplish anythingGot a second charge already for 96.00 and don’t know why.To get setup w good security setup up from them (doorbell cam doesn’t work w iPhone). They will charge you 2 fees that they basically steal from your card when they make an appt, all the gear will be at least 1500-3000 dollars. PffftI’m cancelling .... taken me 3 hours so far to do soWorst service I have ever received. Trust me!!!
The agent that came to my home was very professional, he was proficient in the installation of the system, precise in his explanation of how the system works and courteous throughout the whole process.
