The staff is so nice and owner Brittney is so sweet. They are over the top when they help you. They help you find the best dress as they did my granddaughter absolutely gorgeous. They helped her even accessorize. And a few years ago my oldest granddaughter went to them when they were in Mount pleasant and bought her wedding dress and same thing absolutely perfect you couldnt ask to find a better bridal shop that also has formal gowns. And based on my experience they have the best prices. You just cannot beat them!

Horrible experience for my sister-in-law. She seemed to be completely unknowledgeable to what she is doing. The wedding dress is so messed up that a new dress had to be bought a few days before the wedding. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when the problem was brought to her attention. The amount of unprofessionalism is baffling. I really hope others see this and choose to go elsewhere. Please don’t waste your money or time.

I had nothing short of an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress! Brittney is so sweet and made it such a fun experience for me! I’m so pleased with my dress and couldn’t recommend them enough. The price was also AMAZING! I wasn’t expecting to be able to afford such a beautiful dress from a boutique, but honestly their prices were better than bigger stores like David’s bridal. I probably tried on 15 dresses, but she was super patient with me and helped me find my perfect dress! So appreciative of Brittney and her staff ❤️

Absolutely loved this shop! They take their time with you and make you feel special! I knew the second dress I tried on was the one but they had me try on several more to make sure I went home with no regrets! Highly recommend!

After making a large down payment, we changed our mind on a dress. The dress was resold but Lace and Company would not apply ANY of the down payment to another dress. We were loyal customers that purchased several dresses. Poor small town customer sevice!

Went with best friend and her daughter for the daughter to pick a dress for wedding day. After several tries. She finally found one she wanted. The ladies were wonderful and we had 2 small kids with us

Dawn was great fun as she helped me find the best style for my mother of the groom dress. She is a welcome change from the young women who work in shops with little understanding of the mothers perspective.

So we picked up my daughters prom dress and there were nothing but young girl’s working and they had their friends hanging out with them. I questioned why the dress hadn’t been steamed to remove all the wrinkles and was told that “we steamed it “several” times unfortunately that material is made like that!” Ummm... wrong!!! Try doing your job rather than hanging out with your friends because if you knew anything about what you’re doing you would definitely know that a dress looking as if it’s been shoveled into a trash bag has nothing to go with the material! Ugh... this is exactly why I’m not giving anything more than a 1 star! If I could give a negative 👎 ⭐️ I would.
