Went to pick out a ball and get it drilled. I ended up leaving with a ball, shoes, and a bag. The man who helped me, Chuck, was amazing and very knowledgeable. He showed me videos, got up close with the lane and did a few demonstrations with me. Great shop for anyone whos just starting out and needs some assistance. Highly recommend.
Chuck is great. He took an incredible amount of time to get my fitting right and even gave me a few pointers to help me out. He also didn’t try and up sell me and fit me into the ball that is most proper for me. I would definitely go and see him for all of your bowling needs!
Pro shop and crew were very helpful. Answered all our questions. Set us up with new balls. Drilled the balls while we were there. Changed my ball grip and changed my game for the better. Best advise I have ever had. Great selection of products. This is what I think a Pro shop would be. Thanks Chuck!
Great Pro shop

My son and I came in Wednesday to have a ball redrilled. After waiting quite a bit, we were finally acknowledged. We explained what we wanted and were immediately told you dont want to have that drilled. He proceeded to tell us it was a 10 pound ball (it is 14lbs) and when I called him on it, he changed it to being a 12lb ball we didnt want to have drilled. He made it VERY clear he did not want our business for whatever reason. He never offered to weigh the ball or even ask if we wanted to proceed. He just told us what we wanted. I am truly disgusted by the way we were treated. We have another ball we were wanting to get drilled as well as buying a 3 ball bag. We will now be taking our business to someone who actually wants it. I have never been treated so poorly by a businessman before.
Well chuck Schommer really help me out teaching me the best position to start and end at then how much oil on my bowling balls that way he can tell how fast and how much curve the bowling ball have then I was able to get my first 15 ponder drilled but this is only my two handed theres no thumb hole for that bowling ball but I really like chuck I recommend having my bowling balls drilled at royal z bowling alley
The shop is kind of a rip off. You have to buy a bowl and pay $50 more for drilling. $60 if you bring in a ball to get drilled. The ball Ilooked at is $30 cheaper online. Could have saved $20 from buying online and having them drill it.
Chuck is a great bowling teacher
