I placed a first time delivery for equipment and water. I received an email stating that they would deliver the following day and it ended up being a no call, no show. I emailed customer service, no apology given, just an email stating that it would come the next day and same thing. Two no call, no shows in a row. I canceled my delivery and order all together, It’s probably a blessing, but still very annoying. I will update if they end up charging me or not.
