If you buy a boat here be very careful. i went in to buy a boat and agreed to a price with accessories and the next day i went in to sign the paperwork and they had changed the pricing and didnt tell me. They wanted me to go ahead and sign and when i happened to look over the paperwork, I saw that they had increased the boat price and didnt include any of the accessories we had agree on. i had to go out of state to get my boat and got exactly what i wanted and for a much better price. Be Cautious!No, the funny part is there are several other reviews about your company posted below that had the same bad experience I had with you. Good Luck! Also it is interested to note to those who are reading this that if a company is willing to say these things about a customer, that should tell you something about this place and how you are going to be treated. Trust me read these other comments and go somewhere else.

Great place to buy your boat! Troy, the owner, sold me my boat, and was fantastic to work with. His son, Hal, is also fantastic to work with...good people that truly care! Just waiting on my 20 hour before taking it in to the Service department. Love my Sylvan tri-toon! Fast forward to 2021 and the Service Dept. personnel are pretty awesome to work with, also. Just remember that times have changed, and getting parts is harder and slower...not these guys fault! Curtis is the Best and Nicest to work with and really looks out for his customers!!!What are you waiting on...Drive to C2C, now!!

I had a fantastic experience with Cove2Coast. The salesperson (Zach) was courteous, informative, friendly, and responsive (even communicated outside of normal work hours). The staff installed an upgraded fish finder for me at a fair price and were just as courteous.Ive already recommended them to several friends and even a few strangers. Their prices are better than competitive, and the purchasing processes was easy and pressure free. If youre in the market, I strongly encourage you stop in and give them a chance.Needless to say, Im a very happy customer and I highly recommend Cove2Coast.

Ive bought many boats over the past 20 years and this was the best transaction Ive had so far in purchasing a boat, motor, and trailer. Hal and his team did a tremendous job listening to what I wanted, making recommendations and asking questions to better understand what would work.I had some very specific wiring and rigging requirements for the hull, and Hals team did fantastic work getting everything done exactly as requested, and taking the initiative to do a thorough job where I had left something out. The team in the shop is a whiz with electronics, and rigs things in a thoughtful way to create options for the customer when possible.Hal also supported my order of a custom trailer from Road King and ensured that it was completely in line with what I had ordered.For anyone looking to get an Excel mud boat with mudmotor and trailer, youll be very happy with the products, price and service at Cove 2 Coast Marine!!

This place is a complete joke! The service department is terrible! I have taken my boat to be serviced here and each time it has been a very long drawn out ordeal. The last time I took my boat here they took 4 months to service it and I still had the same problem when I first used it! There is no communication and nobody seems to know what is going on. Pat, the service manager, clearly doesn’t care about his department and doesn’t know what he is doing! Hal, the new owner, is not willing to address this problem. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR BOAT HERE!!!

Bought a used Bentley pontoon boat from this location and havent had nothing but problems since we bought it. Literally bought the boat took it out the same day drove it, not even 10 minutes and it quit working, took it back 2 days later they kept it for 3 weeks we were told it needed a carburetor and they were ordering it and we should heard from them towards the middle of the following week never did, we called and got the run around no one knew anything the parts were never order, we went by and they started working with it they called us back at the end of that week saying it was fixed took it out 1 day and been trouble every since never was fixed. We thought by going to a dealer to by a boat we wouldnt buy anything tore up but we got just the opposite they were nice and egared to sale you the boat but full of bull trying to get it fix right. Getting a boat you cant try out before you buy it is bad enough but to be stiffed is even worst. Craigslist would have been better than trusting these salesman

Went into Coast to Coast yesterday afternoon looking to correct an issue with my electrical system. They told me to bring my boat in first thing today and they would check it out.Will the mechanic diagnosed the problem and fixed my motor. Everybody there has been extremely courteous and more than helpful. This is not the kind of experience I have had with other local boat dealers in our area. If anybody is looking for a pontoon or a large boat you need to go there. I guess the most unique thing about this situation is the fact that they do not handle fishing boats like I own yet they were more than willing to give me back on the water. Thanks guys.

What a nice group of sales guys. I needed a back light for our boat Friday night and they opened up to hours after closing time to sell me one, who does that? I will definitely be back to do more business!

Unwilling to even try to get me any kind of deal on boat. Oh well, there loss, bought a $50,000 boat from the very next dealership i visited, and was more than willing to at least try, and earned my business, instead of let my money walk right back out the door. Wish i could give 0 stars, thats what they truly deserve.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review about this company as I bought my boat from Cove2Coast in 2017. I dealt with Furney Irwin the sales manager and the sell of the boat process went very well with Furney.Sadly Furney has no control or oversight with the service dept where the service is horrible and unprofessional. My recent experience was that they took in my boat for warranty work and routine service. They also were tasked to find a seat replacement via the dealer or seat repair via an outside vendor. They had my boat for over 6 weeks and kept telling me they were backed up, etc . The service writer Michael at one point finally told me my boat was complete (3 warranty items) the service and the seat. When the boat was returned to me and Marine Max(as I traded in my Tritoon for a Boston Whaler at Marine Max) the only things done to the boat were the oil change service and the seat repair. Blatant lies over lies from the service dept.Take away from this reviewIf you buy your boat at Cove 2 Coast do not utilize their service dept for anything or they will likely have your boat for weeks on weeks when you should be on the water enjoying your boat.Again, i hate to post this review but future buyers need to be aware of what they are up against when they buy boats from this dealer.

The owner is very nice and tried to make things right. I would not buy any SeaPro boats the one I purchased is a lemon and zero support from Sea Pro. Cove2Coast has tried to make it right and has gone over and above. However SeaPro is nowhere to be found. I would buy from Cove2Coast again just never a Sea Pro. Wish I could post my email or phone number and after speaking with me you wouldn’t even consider buying a SeaPro.

Purchased a Sea Pro 208 Bay boat from these guys, hassle free, great price, they had all the paperwork ready and even their accessory and gas prices were very reasonable.

Great people!!! They put a Suzuki df70 70 horsepower Suzuki on my granddads duracraft bass boat that is 30 years old. Another dealer said you need to make a crappie bed out of it in the bottom of lake murray. Pat said it was in great condition. Suzuki has the longest warranty in the industry and is a few hundred dollars less.Pat and Matt did everything to get our rig back in working order. They rewired my boat added a new fish finder and took out the old one and Matt welded the holes fabulously you couldnt tell there was ever anything else there. They will take care of your motor and boat. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect and valued my opinions which with other dealers that seems to be hard to find. If you want a new motor or boat go see cove 2 coast they will be happy to help you!
