Bed Bath & Beyond had exactly what I was looking for. I called before going and asked about an XL twin zipper mattress cover. The person who answered was very polite and said the store had a lot of them. They were located to the left as you went in the door. The store itself was not crowded and I was able to get in and out quickly. Half the people coming in did not wear a mask even though there is a sign posted on the door to wear one inside. ALL staff wore masks.

Great clean location. Tasha helped me find the product I was in for and was just a delightful person with whom to interact.

They have a massive selection of items for your home and from time to time they have great sales. You can almost always find a 20% off coupon, but there are often many exclude brands/items. The My Funds program is a plus.

I’ve shopped at the Columbia location many times over the last couple years. I went in yesterday to return an item and purchase a kitchen trash can. The trash can comes with a department that hold trash bags. Because of this, the trash can came with a little pack of trash bags to show the purpose of it. While checking out the cashier basically accused me of stealing the trash bags that came with the trash can. After I told her that they came with the item she preceded to call another worker and make sure I wasn’t stealing the item. When he explained that it came with it, she continued to check me out without any kind of apology. I sincerely like this company and the products they have but that kind of customer service was incredibly rude.

Our purchase was less expensive than at a major online retailer. In addition, we saved with a 20 percent off coupon. Friendly employees cheerfully answered our questions. Well go there again.

Good selection of items. I was terribly disappointed when I returned an item for $41.56 and only was refunded $18.24. Won’t be buying from them any more!

Not accommodating at all, we were on our way to the check out when a cashier kicked me out of the store for not wearing a mask, I tried to explain why I couldnt wear one but she said it was store policy and I had to leave. It was a very rude and disrespectful.

Just went in to get a few things, and went to checkout and the cashier “Debreon” was so rude, intentionally to me. I said hi and how are you today and she just didn’t reply, even though I heard her greet and respond to the woman ahead of me and behind me. I brushed it off and said thank you hope you have a great day, again, no response. I really hate when cashiers act like that, and I make a point to not shop at a place where the cashiers treat me that way. I spend $50 a week on Nespresso coffee here and I won’t be going back.

Of all the places Ive been to today I figured they would have what I needed but sadly that wasnt the case. The store was pretty clean but my only complaint is some products didnt have price tags on them and there were no price checkers or associates around to ask for help. I circled the store and the only people I could find were workers at the registers already busy from the long line.

I like the unique items section in the store (as seen on TV, etc). However, many times I see an item at the store and then get online and buy the same item from Amazon. They are just too expensive on most items.

Store is clean and organized, speaking of organization picked up some great organizers for the kitchen cabinets, ideas I would not have thought of until looking around. Also picked up some knifes for the kitchen, great quality and very sharp right out of the box. Next is to work on the bathroom.

I always enjoy shopping here. They have a wide variety of products and lots of items to choose from. The store is almost always clean & orderly. I also love that they let you use multiples coupons. I save them up when I know Ill have a lot to buy.

Not as pleasant as other BBBs I visit: Staff not very helpful, prices not marked at all or conflicting prices. Ex..items in clearance isle but marked with original price only.

Price match is a scam. Their prices they advertise for in-store on their website are false and are actually considered “price matching” and you can’t use a coupon with it. Cheaper to buy stuff on amazon or Walmart. Full of lies!! I will NEVER return.

After spending two days and a total of three hours the hold on the phone just to get disconnected or told they could not take my call at this time and unable to get into my account since they said to click the activate link in an email, they don’t send me. I’m getting extremely fed up with this store. I order two 1 panel curtains and only received the one panel in the mail two days ago. I wAs already charged for two of those. Since I have tried every way to get ahold of anyone by phone, by email, by chat with no success. At this point I think they should pay me for my time spent on this and for the fact that they charged me for something I never got. I sure hope some gets ahold of me soon. This is no way to treat customers!!!!

Convenient when we need things for the house.

Basic store bought dishes have to return 1 box had broken plates in it.

The staff I spoke to were very helpful, definitely higher end customer service but many things were not priced and I couldnt always find someone so I passed on a few items I might have purchased. I also felt many items were over priced but I do more shopping online so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I did like their overall layout which groups areas of the home in sections and similar product type in others.

Received an item that we ordered online from Bed Bath and Beyond damaged and apparently the box had been previously open. The customer service employee took care of reordering for us. Very pleasant experience.

Love this place!!! I could spend hours in there. People are friendly and helpful and you can use more than one coupon at a time, even expired ones!! Gotta love that!

This store is slightly smaller but has most of what a person might need. We went there for a wedding gift, and the staff there were very helpful in bringing out the registry and then helping us find items in the store. We would absolutely recommend that people go to BB&B for their registry needs. They also had complementary gift selling, which took the pressure off us for getting that done before the wedding!

The staff is fantastic!!! Loved working with John he helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me get the best price. The 20% discount coupons help a lot!

Wonderful gadgets and gizmos! Definitely a cool place to walk through to see everything, and everything is high quality, but the price reflects that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone starting in a new home or looking for a different and or quality gift.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the store itself is quite cluttered. There were several things hanging so high up that you would need a ladder to get to them, so it just wasnt worth it.A little more hassle then its worth if your trying to get in and out.

I usually will not shop at Bed, Bath and Beyond due to a strict budget at home but after receiving help from Jennifer in the window treatment department she was able to help me stretch my dollar to cover what I needed for our new home. Not only was she very friendly but she was also VERY knowledgable. She went out of her way to help a mom like me with three little kids and was very polite to the fact that was shopping with six extra hands. I appreciate that! Not only did she inform me on how to make my windows look the best within our budget she also was able to share some tricks in buying curtain rods so I could get the look I wanted in the end! I went to buy a butter crock. The price online it said 10.99 when I got there and showed it to them they charged me 12.99. 2.00 may not be a big deal but it does me when you live on SSDI. Make sure you give the price it says.
