Poor communication from the counter service. Extremely long wait for a prepayed order. Not a comfortable place for women.

Wes provided superp customer service. He was able to obtain the valve system I needed when I needed it, followed up with me and was extremely helpful. I will do business with Plumb Supply, particularly with Wes, again.

Professional plumbing supply company. Staff were very helpful customer focused. I go there for all my plumbing needs. Box stores dont have the depth of knowledge more the vast amount of parts.
