These are the real Bagels! Great fresh but just as good toasted! Good location in south west Columbia. You can get them in other parts of town as well like Lakota Coffee and at Essentials in University Hospital and Clinics.

I bought a variety of bagels. The bagels didnt have much flavor. The everything bagels saltier than other places. The chocolate chip didnt have much flavor and tasted burnt. Im from NJ and used to NY bagels. The texture about the same and has a good crunch when toasted. The works is a great deal $13.50 for 13 bagels and 2 cream cheeses.

Best bagels weve found since moving from New York! Went through the drive through because of Corona. Got breakfast bagel sandwiches. Bagels were really good - boiled is the way to go! Ham and eggs, and sausage egg and cheese were amazing. Will be back!

Love their bagals and honey walnut spread - its a weekly staple in our pantry. Call ahead and you can make sure to get your desired flavors - orders after 2 or 3 pm are usually discounted because of supply. Drive through and dining space is available, with handicapped spots in front and unisex restrooms. Staff is polite and courteous, explaining specials and answering questions easily.Only negative is the drive through requires a long detour around the entire rear length of a strip mall and isnt marked at all.

Their homemade focaccia makes the entire breakfast sandwich. There is not one thing Ive hard on the menu that I was disappointed with. I absolutely love that they have sourdough bagels, I am obsessed. Ham pizza bagel on sourdough is my second go to! Highly recommend this place. Amazing!!

Two stars because the bagels are generally good and the pricing is appropriate. Though today the sandwich they provided had a cold bagel on it which is not how a bagel sandwich should be. The other 3 stars were lost due to service. I brought my parents who are from out of town here to try the bagel sandwiches and I was met with less than satisfactory service. The college aged girl working the counter was not welcoming and seemed very impatient with our questions. My mom then had an additional question (because she is out of town) and the girl continued to be very cold. My parents will not be returning as they said this has happened before. We were all very unimpressed.

Extremely poor customer service this morning. If you want to be asked what you ordered then treated as if you lied (??????) then completely ignored while asking for a bag, this is the place for you. Sad, their food is great, but the attitudes are terrible. Just got home to find out after having to repeat my order 3 times that they still messed my sandwich up.

First time going inside a B&B bagel, went to the south location in Columbia. I wouldn’t recommend at all.The staff had an abundance of people working which you would think would allow them to have better customer service than what they had. I had no clue how to order what I was wanting and no one helped to suggest or ask what I was wanting. I ordered an everything bagel, and could barely hear what the girl was saying. I wandered to the next part of the counter to order a coffee and had terrible customer service with the barista, they acted so impatient with ordering when I explained it was my first time there.I checked out and it was extremely over priced for what I received. The bagel was cold, cut sloppy and a ton of cream cheese. It would have been nice to have been told it wasn’t going to be toasted, or asked if I would like it toasted. I won’t be returning or referring.

The food was very tasty, a little pricey but good. The service was excellent, they even let us unstack some tables and chairs so we could sit inside. In light of the recent covid crop going on, it was a very nice gesture.

B&B Bagel shop is a very cool place with a friendly staff and the Bagels & Toppings along with the coffee is very tasty and satisfying. And thats all I have to say about that.

A massive selection of high quality bagels - I loved it. I highly recommend the everything bagel and plenty of the cream cheese. Excellent. Very filling and also a healthy dose of protein to boot. Much better than a lot of other fast food.

A great bagel shop with local coffee terrific staff, and quick service. Buy why would you put ANYTHING next to the Everything, Garlic, and Onion bagels? All the bagels in the bins next to them quickly become Everything, Garlic, or Onion bagels. This greatly reduces the range of bagels they are able to actually offer. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

B&B offers excellent bagels, sandwiches and baked goods at great prices. Service is always prompt and friendly even on a busy Sunday morning. They have some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check them out!

The bagels are great! The employees not so much 👎 I spoke to a girl named Hannah who took my order over the phone without telling me they were out of the specific flavored bagels I ordered. So upon arriving I had to choose something different which wasnt a big deal. But once I got home I discovered none of the bagels were toasted like I asked for. So I called and got the same Hannah girl who proceeded to argue with me that 2 of the 4 bagels I ordered were toasted. So I said ok, even though Im sitting here with 4 untoasted bagels in front of me lets pretend you did toast 2 of them, theres still 2 that werent toasted so my order was messed up. And she literally said to me I dont know what you want me to say so I asked to speak to the manager who was very polite and rectified the situation professionally. So alls well that ends well I guess but Im not super impressed with their staff.

Bagels arent necessarily my favorite go to, but I was satisfied with the service and friendly atmosphere. The coffee is much better than I would have expected. Overall, the B&B is a nice place for a quick snack. Only think I would change is adding a non bagel item to the menu to give a slight variety, but when at B&B Bagel Company you gotta get the bagels.

In the Midwest, finding above-average or even adequate bagels can be a real challenge. When I was living in Wisconsin, for example, I spent years trying to find a good bagel and eventually gave up.Im not going to pretend B&B Bagel Company has bagels that meet all of my (arguably ridiculous) standards for what a bagel should be, how it should taste, and how much it should cost, but its the closest Ive come in Columbia by far. Their crust is very good, they exhibit signs that they were absolutely made by hand with care, and the price is awesome. I love eating here.

I found this establishment to be very clean and professional. I even let the server choose the bagel topping as I had no idea there were so many ways to complement their delicious dough. Even the coffee impressed me though the lack of raw sugar as a coffee condiment put me off a little.

The staff was very friendly and the bagel was good. Just wished I had known they where using microwaved eggs before I ordered it. Would not have taken much longer to really cook the eggs.

This is an excellent Bagelry, in the style of the New York City Bagels, with a excellent selection of all kinds of bagel from everything bagel to a salt Bagel which is really hard to find anywhere outside of New York Florida or California. They have wonderful hot food, their staff is Young and well-trained and eager to make everything right. You have a selection of breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches and a wide variety of things to drink. Pick up a Bakers Dozen with some flavored cream cheese has to take back to your office, Im sure youll be the most popular person there.

I got a plain bagel and cream cheese which is my favorite but my daughter got scrambled egg with bell peppers tomatoes and onions. I took a bite it was delicious!! Great friendly service.

B&B bagel company offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches and coffee. A casual atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The food is made fresh and is fairly priced. The coffee is always hot and tastes great. I believe B&B Bagel Company makes a great alternative to Starbucks or any other similar coffee shop.

Im only giving this place 1 star review based on the confusion in the restaurant, really no direction to the place everyone is just standing everywhere, multiple people trying to take your order and its just a mess. With that being said the food way okay typical bagel place, very light on the proteins they use in your sandwich and it definitely feels like its over priced for the amount of food you get. The one positive thing I do have to say is the girl who took my order and made my sandwich was very pleasant and upbeat service with a great smile.

Absolutely delicious breakfast Bagels. I ordered the sausage egg and cheddar on an everything bagel and it was absolutely perfect. My first time here I will say the order and paying process is a little awkward. I dont see anyone key in your order so that leaves you wondering if they got it and then when you get your bagel you go up and pay. The customary flow of things was uncomfortable.

I moved away and forgot about this hidden gem until last week when I was in town for a meeting. The bagel bites are delicious, Im not even sure why they sell them by anything less than a dozen! The staff are very friendly and attentive and the dining area is clean and quiet.

Only good things to say about B&B bagel. I love the pizza bagel and their coffee is always good cold or hot. The staff is good and the atmosphere is nice. Be sure to get there early otherwise youll be waiting in line for a while

Best bagels(only real bagels) in Columbia hands down, no contest. The cream cheese served here is also spectacular (take a tub home with you, bet). If you are lost in the Midwest looking for some real East Coast tastes that are so perfect they will make you home sick then B&B is the spot. Icing on the cake is the kaldis coffee served here.

The cinnamon roll was a cinnamon-covered bagel with sugary cream cheese - clever, but not amazing. I normally get a honey wheat bagel with light cream cheese - and its amazing! I would recommend B&B to anyone who wants a bagel, as their quality is amazing!

My friend and I stopped here off of I-70 on a cross country road trip. We stopped in around 6 am on a Friday and it was packed. The bagels are delicious and inexpensive. Would stop again and would recommend!

I like the consistency of the bagels here, more dense than other bagels Ive tried. Still not a cinnamon bagel fan, though. Nice people, it is a special treat to be in this area and get the bagels for my family.

Best bagels in town!! We live on the opposite side of town but drive to B&B Bagel Company to get their bagels because they are that good. My bagel of choice is their everything bagel. If you are wanting to impress some clients on an early morning meeting, pick up The Works. 13 bagels for a great low price.

Everyone in the world was at the drive up window .. but the staff was very nice. I would suggest a pre-order window posting of menu. Some of us dont refer to our smart phones as more than really smart PHONES (vs menu bots). Come to the north side of town ... with your drive through. ;) (or only your drive through)

B&B Bagel is my favorite bagel shop in Columbia far and a away. The drive thru window makes it very convenient. The prices are very reasonable. The options are extensive on bagel flavor options and other breakfast options. If you want something out of a bagel shop, B&B surely has it.

B&B has great, tasty bagels and breakfast sandwiches. My only issue with this place is the service. A lot of the workers are grumpy, and the management is even grumpier. A lot of grumps in there. I still go there for bagels, because... bagels.

The home made bagel chips were delicious. And the spreads are way better then Panera! Highly recommend this place.

This has the best bagels in Columbia. It can be very very busy in the mornings. It does have limited seating, and during its crowded times it can be hard to find someplace to sit down. Their food is worth waiting for.

They were very busy when we were there. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on the focaccia bread. I did not like it at all. The bread was very dense and not that good. Ill stick with the bagels next time I go there. The line did move fairly quickly though, so thats a plus.

Definitely one of my favorite bagel shops in Columbia! Everything is super affordable and delicious, and its probably one of the only shops in town that makes its bagels properly. Their bagels are fantastic on their own, with cream cheese, or in one of their lovely eggwiches, and the restaurant located right next to Rock Bridge High School, making it a convenient stop for students or anyone who lives/works on the Southside. I used to love swinging by B&B for a quick breakfast before school, and their eggwiches or pizza bagels make it a fantastic brunch spot on the weekends as well.
