Honesty, honesty, honesty... these guys have it. Unlike most mechanic shops Ive come across, you can trust the crew here. They are fair and honest and give you good pricing. Been taking my Lexus here for a few years now and have had ZERO issues. If your car needs something, theyll tell you, if it doesnt, theyll tell you it doesnt. 5 stars, highly recommend.

First went to the Mercedes dealer to troubleshoot an issue with my C300 not turning on. They charged me $180 for a useless evaluation (just plugged in computer to car to find fault codes) and kept trying to push to replace EIS + steering lock + key fob at ~$3K without properly diagnosing the issue and trying to pad service costs. Got a second opinion from XDealerTechs who diagnosed the issue for FREE with it being a steering lock issue and charged me a fair price of $1K and got it done way ahead of schedule. Very impressed with these guys, especially their honesty and transparency throughout the process. Integrity is apparently hard to come by these days...

I have been sending my Mercedes SL500 to this shop several times now. I found these guys are very trustworthy. They always try their best to fix the problem at a fair cost. One time the car ride is not smooth, and they tested and told me just need the tires balanced and charged me nothing. For years, the dealer had told me that I needed a new compressor. This shop told me that the coolant is gone and they filled and now it works fine.

Just purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz SLK 350, from a private seller. I could tell that although it passed MD inspection, it needed some TLC. Had a previous mechanic that specialized in MBs, as he used to be an authorized tech for MB, but I could not get an answer at his shop. I did a google search and came across XDealerTechs. I called the shop on Wed they scheduled to have the car inspected on Thurs. The drop off process was simple, fill out an envelope and drop keys in a slot. I dropped the car off Wednesday night. By Thursday at 12:30 p.m., the vehicle had been assessed. I had a text message that included the findings, and itemized estimates. I was able to review the estimate and speak to Chris (amazing customer service) to determine the best course of action. Once I confirmed the services I wanted completed, they were confirmed via text the services I authorized and the price. I was told the work would be completed by the next day and that they would text when the work was complete. My vehicle was ready for pickup on Friday by 1:15 p.m. I explained to Chris that I did not get off work until 6 p.m.but they close at 5:30. Not a problem - I was able to pay for it over the phone, and they placed all my docs in the car, secured it and my keys in a lock box. They asked me for the code I wanted programmed for the lock box and told me which box my keys would be placed. Lastly, I had additional questions regarding tires/rims, and a couple of items in the car that I was not familiar with having just purchased the car. Chris was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. As a matter of fact the arm rest in the car was detached, and when he went to the car to check on the items I asked him about, he told me he was able to reattach the armrest. I told Chris it is my desire to keep this car for year/miles to come and he said they looked forward to helping me do the same by servicing it. Looks like I have found my new MB service center. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. They were quick, courteous, and affordable. I think this is the first experience I’ve had with an honest shop. I thought I needed to get more work done on my Porsche than I actually did and they were completely honest with their recommendations. Highly recommend!

I take my two vehicles routinely for service whenever needed. At first my experience was pleasant when getting my Mercedes & SUV serviced. Over time the lack of quality fell short once I became a regular customer.The fort incident a technicians removed my rotor pins and did not replace them and never said a word! I discovered it by replacing my own brakes, calipers, and sensors. My rotors would not stop spinning when trying to replace my wheels. Do you how cheap a rotor pin cost?Yesterday I took my SUV in for gear link repair. A tech removed the armrest broke the clip to close the armrest and did not say a word! To top off the disrespect he dumped the contents from the armrest on the floor and did not clean it up.I spent $1,276.16 to repair my SUV and was treated like this, enough is enough. You what the name XDealerTechs makes my wonder why are these guys X deal techs? Well their actions speaks volumes. I will be looking for another service center.

I had a hitch installed on my Subaru WRX here, and everything was simple and straightforward. They gave me a reasonable estimate, got me in the shop quickly, and stuck to the estimate. If I need something else done, Ill definitely go back.

I decided to try this service center for my Benz my A1 service after Mercedes E350 service options with a dealer recently expired. These people are truly high professionals. They were very courteous, gave my estimate upfront (cheaper than what the Mercedes dealer quoted), set up my appointment for next day for a wait and pickup. It was a pleasant experience through out the entire process. Both Jeff and Chris provided excellent customer service. They did not try to sell extra services that I did not need and completed my A1 Service in a short time. I will now go to them from now for all my car work. I highly recommend these people for Mercedes owners.

Prices greatly wary time to time (labor only). I’ve gotten my oil change done here for $10 and also paid as much as $30 for the same service (I supplied the parts).I’ve gotten a major service done here for my 2008 Lexus IS-F here which involves oil change, brake pads and rotors, spark plugs, differential fluid. Everything was deligently done but I had to come back and make an appointment to get my brake lines bled. I assumed wrong that when you get a full brake system serviced, bleeding the lines and topping it off is a given but you have to be thorough and particular. Which is a good thing. Can’t assume things because communication is best for the business and customer.

We have taken our temperamental 2009 Lexus LS 460L to XDealerTechs for regular service. I am very happy with the repair to my old E320. The diagnosis was thorough and the determination was spot-on. There were a few things they could have sold me, but they were not high-pressure or pushy. Jeff and Chris gave me a list of things I need to be aware of, and sent me on my way. The repair was done when they said it would be, and the price was very fair. I strongly recommend this place to anyone with a high-line vehicle who is tired of dealership games.

Amazing people! I replaced my headlight bulb yesterday with a new one and did something wrong. I went to Sears auto and asked for a quote- they said itd be $200... I decided to retry myself until someone recommended trying a small auto company.Chris said he would stay later to help me see what would be required to go in and fix it. Turns out he knew a faster way of getting to the bulb than i did and got it fixed in 2 minutes.He showed me i mistook my high beam with my low beam so i had replaced the wrong one.Super friendly, super helpful, and amazing!I will DEFINITELY be back. I visited XDealerTechs for my car Lexus RX350(2008). My car had an issue with its theft alarm which was doing off/activating without any reason. It was happening 2-3 times a day. Lexus dealership of the area was asking for ~ $1600 for diagnosis of the problem. When I spoke to Jeff and Chris, they said they can take a look on this issue. Later Jeff found the issue with locking system of Rear Right side door of the car. He did something to fix the locking system(not replaced) of Rear Right side door. The theft alarm issue got fixed with that. It was a small fix for them and they didnt even charge me anything for this. I like their honest approach to take fix the issues. If you have Lexus/Acura/German cars, I thing this is the place to get them repaired.I bid a permanent good bye to Lexus Dealership. Thanks Jeff and Chris.

I took my Lexus in for a regular routine service. After inspection, he told me that I needed a wheel bearing replacement. I took it in the next week...he replaced the wheel bearing. I pull around the corner and my car is making this humming/grinding noise that Ive never heard before.I took my vehicle directly back...he puts it up on the pole lift and says,Oh, Im sorry the mechanic didnt tell me that you needed to get both of the wheel bearings replaced, but you do need the other one replaced.First, how does a mechanic forget to tell you everything that needs to be done to your car? Second, If BOTH of the wheel bearings were bad...why did the car start making loud noises AFTER one of them was fixed?I have no proof that this man is lying to me...but I absolutely do not believe that he is telling me the truth. I dont know what they did to my car but the engine is very loud and there is a humming/grinding noise coming from somewhere in the car. Sometimes it sounds like its coming from the back...sometimes it sounds like its coming from the engine. He said its coming from the back.What I know for sure is...the car wasnt making ANY of those sounds before I took it to be serviced there.In his defense, he did offer me a $100 discount off of labor when I returned to get the other wheel bearing fixed. I feel like I shouldnt pay any labor cost, but it doesnt matter because I wont be returning.Lesson here...when you look on a website and all the reviews are stellar...beware. Because it means that they have taken out all of the bad ones.

I brought in my 01 Lexus RX300 for service. Jeff and team did an excellent job in troubleshooting and solving a problem that was causing the transmission to shift roughly. They spent a number of hours testing and diagnosing the problem, for which the solution was not evident. Other shops might just have said I needed a new transmission, but they were diligent in their troubleshooting and saved me many thousands of dollars.I found them to be very honest, technically sophisticated, and very pleasant and efficient to deal with. It was worth the 50-mile drive to utilize them! I give them my highest recommendation as a service facility for those desiring honest, skilled automotive repairs.

Great, these guys saved me a lot of money from the dealer. They know their stuff and made the right recommendation right away.They were very professional and even offered to give me a ride since I had an emergency. The shop is spotless (cleaner than any shop Ive seen). Car broke down while at work - starter failed. Had the car towed to XDealerTechs, and they managed to fix the car, and also take care of a few pre-existing issues that needed work (issues I raised at drop off, not them trying to pile on). Their quote for the work was both reasonable and met - no bait and switch.While working on the car they noticed other issues, but were up front enough to recommend taking the car to a dealer as the issue should be covered under warranty (emissions related warranty is longer than standard warranty).Im so happy that while they are quite a ways from home, well make the trip. Theyre worth it.

My rating would be based upon this guy - Chris who handles the front desk. I called a couple of days earlier to inquire and got into the shop first thing Monday morning at 8:30 am as a walk-in customer. They didnt open until 9:00 am but Chris showed up late (around 9:20 am). I was the first in line waiting. After he checked me in for service maintenance, there were 2 other customers that he checked in. I noticed that he was moving my key on the side as if I was being bumped down to the schedule every time he checks people in. About 15 min later, he informed me that I was scheduled for a drop-off instead of waiting. Keep in mind that this is my first time to be in this shop to get my vehicle serviced. I asked him how so since I didnt request for a drop-off. He then told me that there are 3 cars ahead of me and that Im going to have to wait a lot longer. It got me upset because he kept insisting that I was there for a drop-off. I told him that I didnt request for anything like that then he asked me if I wanted to be placed on a waitlist with 3 other customers ahead of me. I got irate because thats the main reason why I got there first. He didnt even give me any type of consideration. I told him that I cannot wait any longer than an hour as they promised for the type of maintenance that I need so I ask again if they can take care of my vehicle and hes reply was No and Get Out! Im not sure how this guy prefers his customer but I guess I noticed Im the only minority person in there.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone just because of this guy. Very Poor customer service! Bad communicator! I wasted 2 hours on this shop waiting for nothing!Reply to Jeff: I remember inquiring last week about setting up an appointment and walk-in. But I did not ask for a drop-off though maybe Chris presumed that. What I did mentioned to him though is that I will be there first thing in the morning, and I was the first customer parked outside before you guys open up. You mention that you guys dont do first come first serve? Ok, then explain to me why the other two customers behind me got on the waitlist before me? Also, why do you think I cursed at him? Because he handed me out my key and told me to GET OUT! And Im not making that up. I normally dont curse at people I just didnt appreciate him telling to get out.What he could have done in the very beginning when he first checked me in was to verify everything and that could have alleviated the trouble because right then he could have modified it from drop off to waiting and I will still be ahead of the two others since I was there first as a walk-in. But instead he told me that I was there as drop off after he already put two or three people on the list. I could have been first on that list. But anyway, I have no desire of coming back at all nor recommend your shop to others. So you enjoy your day as well.

I dropped my MB 2004 S430 4matic at XdealerTechs for a diagnostic check, service & repair after having had Goodyear Service Center Hanover, MD attempt to do the same. Although Goodyear stated they had extensive experience servicing MBs they had the car for several days and $350 dollars later, they had no idea what was wrong with my car. They advised me to take it to a MBs dealership for service $$$. Xdealertech diagnosed the problem, quoted me a very reasonable repair price and had my car running smoothly in just over a day(part). If you want your car diagnosed, serviced and repaired at a good price take your MBs to XDearlerTechs.

From now on this is my place to go when maintaining my Lexus, the service is great, the price is way cheaper than the dealership (not shady corner place cheap, but cheaper) and overall their operation is solid, keep in mind you wont get the amenities that you would get at a Lexus dealership (no loaner car, no free carwash or interior vacuum, bla bla bla), just a waiting area and a coffee machine, but if youre price conscious this place offers a GREAT value and above all I felt that they know the cars that they are working with. I drove 55 miles to get there to get my timing belt and water pump changed, and I will gladly return to get other stuff done.
