Bought my 2016 Honda Accord about 2 months ago. At some point the actuator that controls the dual heat and AC controls went bad. Took it to this Service Center, dealership agreed to pay half. Joe on the Service Center side explained part would need to be ordered, takes 2 days to be delivered. 2 days go by, I take my car In, about 2 hours later it was fixed. Joe explained what had happened in detail, very professional and cordial. Great experience. On top of it all he charged me absolutely nothing for parts or repairs due to buying this car so recent.
