This was my first time bringing my car in to get it fixed on my own, by myself and let me tell you Jim is one of if not THE best worker there! He helped me out so much. At first I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand how everything works. He was also very honest which is major for me and my car is driving like brand new. He was very attentive and even had my car ready earlier than I expected. He always kept me updated with everything and he did it all with the most positive, energetic attitude. It was the best service I have had in a very, very long time. And I couldn’t be more happier. Jim is a keeper! I will definitely be returning in the future for more maintenance. They are always nice and thorough. I feel like they are honest and they only give me suggestions on things to fix and are never pushy or trying to get me to get it done on the spot. They provide me a sheet with the service and price so I won’t have any questions. Sometimes it can take a while but they have as nice of a space that you can ask for to wait in. I typically avoid the wait times by getting someone to drop me off and coming back later. Prices can be a little high but I always check for coupons and I’d rather have someone honest like them. When I bring my cars other places I feel like things start breaking. Overall I’m very happy with them, no complaints

The staff is super personable, and Patricia is awesome!!! We truly appreciate all the time and attention we were given. We are heading to D.C. to a family members funeral and we cannot thank the staff enough for all they did to help us get on the road as quickly as possible and safely. I love taking my car here for service! Even though they were busy and have construction work going on, they were able to get me taken care of perfectly! Actual service was good, but the text communication was poor. I had 3 streams of texts and couldnt get responses on status. I ended up not getting my car back until almost closing for a basic oil change/fluid check. Agent who helped at end of day was great.

Wow,!!!!!😎 I don’t go through this for everyonebut I was compelled to do it because the experience wasn’t a drudgery. I took the 6am appointment, get in and out so I would enjoy the rest of my Saturday. First of all giving a great shout out to the team. Service advisor PAUL RAY; and Service Tech; ZANE SPENCER I was the first person in line, sometimes that don’t mean _ _IT . But being the CURMUDGEON that I am the first one in was the first one out THANK GOD. Everything went great lots of folks in the waiting room but the good thing is you get the Video along with a tutorial. Some dealerships need observation areas, make sure the work was actually completed.THANKSMIKE WHEAT

Well I went in there for an oil change and they completed their inspection and came back out with $1k bill. My service counselor was extremely friendly and nice. Hw explained what they found and they even have a video to show you the inspection which was pretty cool. They do everything electronically so they asked for my consent on my phone which I thought was great. The waiting area was nice I got on the WiFi and worked. I will definitely be going back.

Midlands Honda has made great strides in improving their overall customer service! I’ve been a customer since 2007 and I must say the last appointment was most likely the BEST I’ve ever experienced. I had an early morning appointment @615am. My service tech met me outside promptly. I explained I needed to be done in time for work. He simply stated if there were any delays, he would drive me to work to ensure I was not late reporting. Great news is the car was completely ready an hour ahead of my work schedule. EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! .

I’ve bn dealing with Honda on Killian for many years and I’ve never had an issue. Since the changes of ownership of maintenance I will say that pricing is much different than years ago therefore I only get my usual oil change and tire rotation. I will always thank Honda for hard work n dedication to my vehicles. Always quick accurate and they always make sure I get a way to work if I’m leaving my car to be serviced. Best hands down.

I had an oil change appointment and stopped at the Chick-fil-A across the street to get breakfast first. When I tried to start my car afterwards to go to my appointment it wouldn’t start. I called to let them know I’d be late and asked the service guy if he knew in general what the issue might be. He mentioned the battery, the starter, etc. I let him know I was right across the street, however he did not ask if I needed a jump, a ride, a tow, nothing. Basically he said “Thanks for telling us you’re going to be late.” I had to wait about an hour for AAA to come jump my battery, just so I could cross the street. Had I thought about it, I would’ve gone somewhere else first to buy a battery instead of buying one from this dealership. They definitely did not earn that sale. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the oil change package I got when I bought my car. When those end, so will me coming to this dealership.

I love the service and professionalism at Midlands Honda. My family and friends ask me all the time, why do I drive an hour to get my car serviced. I tell them its the fact that Im greeted with a smile, Im called by my name, I love the coffee bar, the movie theater, the quiet room, the service, and the people. I have yet to have a bad experience and Ive been going there for years. Its the entire customer experience for me. From the time I arrive, until the time I leave. Im treated special and I feel special while Im there. My advisor was Renrick and before that, its usually LC. Renrick was nice, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks again!!

If I didnt have a service package that was purchased with the car I wouldnt be back. I feel like every time I need an oil change Im being held hostage. There doesnt seem to be any point in having an appointment time. I arrived on time for the 12:00pm appointment and didn’t finish until after 2:00pm there is no reason for an oil change to take over 2 hours and this seems to be how they operate every time Ive come, this was not an isolated incident. I dread going to Midlands Honda so much I was 1,100 miles past due for the oil change but I just didnt feel like wasted so much time.

The service was fine but expensive. I authorized valve adjustments but Midlands Honda still wanted over $200 to replace the spark plugs. I spent 15 minutes of my time and less than $100 and did it myself.

Great customer service from when I made the appointment to get my oil change until I left.It was easy to make an appointment. I was able to work from the guest waiting room as the gentleman whose office is outside of the waiting area was kind enough to go the extra mile to provide me with the wifi login and password.Gregory was my service technician. He was nice, professional and explained exactly what was done to my car and what was needed. Every staff member that I saw, smiled (even behind the mask) and said hello!It was definitely apparent that the entire staff values their customers.Great experience! Mr Glen Barker approached me as soon as he noticed me immediately upon my arrival. He quickly assessed my needs and within minutes, my car was received and I was on my way. Since I didnt have an appointment, I assumed it would take all day before the work would be completed, but within 2 hours, my car was ready for pickup. Came in for new tires and AC repair. First the AC parts I was told would arrive two days later (actually took 10 days). Then they said they would send me a list of tires to pick from they didnt have on hand. Got call saying tires were ready... But they had never given me list to pick from... Said they had put Bridgestones on. Picked car up and went on vacation about to get hit by tropical storm and found THEY NEVER REPLACED MY TIRES. I still have old bald ones on. So now I get to spend my only day of vacation in over a year looking for a tire place thats open because my tires arent safe to drive in a storm with. Despite having already paid for tires at this place.They had my car 3 days (called after two but i was unable to pick up that day). That was plenty of time to change the tires.This place is a total joke.

Dash messages indicated that there was a problem with cruise control sensing system . Larry Boulware, the service technician found that the radar was misaligned . He realigned and drove to ensure that that the problem was resolved .Jim Kunkle,, my service advisor, kept me informed throughout the visit. Greg Royster was the service Rep that assisted us with our CRV.He was knowledgeable and experienced.He treated us honestly and with a.straightforward manner.He explained everything that the service team had accomplished on our CRV.He explained that since this was our initial 5000 mile check that it was free.He then explained a possible option of a service plan to us.Being able to watch the video of what they accomplished was pretty cool.With a line of cars ahead of us, we expected to be there a while, but the work was accomplished faster than we had expected which left us time to go to lunch before our next appointment.Greg Royster is an outstanding representative of Midlands Honda. Did not have an appointment, but my car was still serviced quickly. I left because the wait was supposedly going to be awhile. By time I got home (about 30min or so) I received a text saying my car was ready. Lol Guess I shouldve waited, but hey was glad that it got done so quickly. I was somewhat reluctant to go there for service at first as i didnt buy my Pilot from this dealership but Matt was a great/honest advisor. Not only did he offer me an unadvertised cost saving oil-change deal, but during the all points check inspection, the technician found that the battery wasnt performing as it should--The Pilot was only 5 months old, Matt had the technician replace it without hesitancy. Definitely will be going back for other services. Thank you!

Gave them a 3 however it would have been lower if they did not have construction. For my military folk, it was like a soup sandwich. I went to check out and they had no idea who I was supposed to pay. They sent me to one person who did not have a credit card reader and let me know it was supposed to be the service department’s job to collect money. Just glad that I will only need an oil change between now and October when the construction will be done. It is probably best to wait until October to get a new car or have service done. Good luck if you cannot wait.

The Midlands Honda Service Department provides friendly, considerate and competent service for my CRV. The Service Advisor keeps me informed about the status of my vehicle and explains what is being done and what is needed and why, and also what service will be needed in the future and why. I checked my Owners Manual to be sure what is actually required and found my Advisor was very accurate. They performed the requested service competently and in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. The facility is first class and provides a positive waiting experience.

Mr Junior was my go to salesman. My transmission went out on my car . I was so devastated and felt defeated. I call Junior after I called my insurance company the same day.. He didnt hesitate to reach out even though Midland Honda was closing in 20 min. The next day I was able to walk out of there with a 2021 Honda with a great deal . The brother took care of my family while I was there handling business. Even gave my son cheetos out the vendor. This is my familys 3rd car we bought all through this gentleman 👌🏾 I wouldnt go to anyone else.. thanks Charles Jr Robinson !
