Once again, Matt and Brian are fantastic. Called in and talked to Matt about having a possible flush or drain on my transmission fluid, but based on the problems I mentioned he thought my best bet would be to check-in with Donahues Auto & Transmissions. He could have easily taken me to the cleaners with all sorts of things I needed to have done immediately, but instead he referred me to a transmission specialist who might better serve my needs in this particular case. Love these guys. Integrity, great prices, great work, and incredible people.

Car wouldnt start. Had it towed there. As soon as they could get to it, it was diagnosed and fixed for a fair price. No BS. Would go again.

Went in for an estimate on a quick 19 question PASS/FAIL inspection I need to have completed for Uber. Shopping around to find who can complete this the quickest, but Andrews Auto Service was the only Auto shop in Columbia Ive been to so far that wouldnt even do the survey for money. Ill never go to an Auto shop that wont even complete a quick vehicle inspection like this. The customer service didnt even say why, just that they wouldnt do it. Goodbye!

Stopped in today because my check engine light was on. I was greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly man. He was able to quickly diagnose and address the problem with my car. I couldn’t believe how fast I was in and out of the shop. I will definitely be back!

Brian and his team at Andrews Auto Service are wonderful! My alternator died on a Monday afternoon and Andrews had it fixed and ready for me to pick up the following day at noon. Andrews is awesome. I’ve gone there dozens of times. Great work, very fair prices, and trustworthy. If a repair doesn’t need to be made, they’ll just tell you that. I took my vehicle there got a quotes was fine withthen I got a phone call when my vehicle was ready with another quote that was cheaper than the first quote. The best automotive repair youll find in the Columbia area. My Subaru needed a 36,000 mile service. The local dealer quoted $750. I made a list of the service tasks/inspections from the owners manual and asked Andrews to do the work. I saved more than $500 and didnt have to deal with the rude and unresponsive people at the local dealer.Andrews has maintained my other vehicles for more than 20 years and Ive never had any type of issue. Many thanks to Matt, Brian and their troops!

Absolutely great experience. Car was towed in because I couldnt get it to start. Worked with Brian who diagnosed the problem as being the starter and gave me an estimated labor time of 4 hours to complete the job. Called back after it was finished and told me it only took 2 hours to complete the job when he could have easily said it took him the original 4 hour time estimate to complete.He also installed my rear air suspension bags for me at a fair rate, and the car is driving better and sitting higher than it has in years. Cant appreciate enough the integrity, fast repair time, and the respect Brian demonstrated in working with me. Was my first time using these guys for service, but Ill certainly be back in the future the next time I need them and will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

This place is GREAT. I was worried my coolant was leaking because the reservoir kept running very low after filling it. Initially brought my car to Midas where they stated they did a pressure test, found a leak and my water pump/thermostat needed to be replaced for a grand total of $650 (which had just been done 30K miles ago...). Got a second opinion at Andrews, and not only did the mechanic explain all the diagnostic testing he performed, but he showed me on my car how to check coolant in the reservoir and at the radiator. No work needed to be done, my car is fine, and they didnt charge me for the second opinion. Its always hard to find a mechanic you can trust and who is honest and willing to take the time to explain/show things to you, but you will certainly find that here! Wish I could give them more than five stars!

Ive always held services that I have no knowledge of with a certain distrust. Not so with Andrews Auto. I have finally found my repair shop. Trustworthy. Honest. Reasonable. And explains repairs in laymans terms. Ill be recommending them to all my friends. Andrews- youve just made a fan out of me.

Most honest mechanic I have ever been to. They could have lied to me and said that I needed a new fuel pump for my vehicle and I would have been none the wiser. My only gripe is that they are more expensive than other mechanics and charged me $100 just to look at my vehicle. They do not offer any discounts that other competing mechanics do offer. In my opinion, the extra money is worth it and I will be back, as an honest mechanic is almost impossible to find now-a-days.
