Very poor customer service! When you buy something they charge you a core charge up front and tell you they will pay when they pick it up and they do not. When I called and asked about it their response was and thats not gonna happen very sad!!! I would buy from ANYONE but these clowns.

Ive used Yancy 3 times now to find parts for my vehicles. 2 of these were for tail light assemblies that had been broken. Online searches for both had the cost well over $200 but Yancys had them for just over $100 in one case and $50 in another. Then I needed a spare tire doughnut for my wifes van. Again, online I could only find out of stock for used with prices over $200. The dealer wasnt sure he get one, so I tried Yancys, not only did they have 2 in stock, they only cost 1/3 of what was offered online. The only down side is that they are always busy on the phone or with other customers doing searches but since they always seem to have what I need at a good price, this does not surprise me and Im willing to wait.
