I had a great experience. Fast, friendly, informative of what I needed. I didnt have a appointment and was in and out within an hour for a 4 tire change while they seemed busy. I priced them online and they were very competitive. The only thing I missed was the warranty offer but I asked at checkout and thats when they explained/offered it to me.

We had a flat tire over an hour from home, and thankfully Plaza Tire had the tires we needed. We were in and out with two new tires in under an hour on a Saturday. They were awesome to work with. The clerk even told us he heard we needed four tires and planned to travel to another store to ensure we had what we needed before we got to their store. Top notch service!

This is exactly the kind of place I try to avoid. They make something as simple as an oil change seem like a great mystery, and the service is delivered with a stereotypical, fake gruffness you see in a bad movie.When I called to make an appointment, the guy seemed bothered that I called and said they closed soon. I called at 4:30 and they didn’t close until 6:00. I was not asking for an appointment that day.As far as price confusion, they have several different tiers of oil changes. The price also changes depending on the type of oil (full synthetic vs conventional). They prices displayed are for the VIP club price. Then, the prices displayed are only for “up to” five quarts of oil. Finally, if you happen to go to their website they offer a $10 off coupon. No one tells you this, and it seems arbitrary. The final price is meant to be a surprise I guess.They also did no routine inspection (tire pressure, tread depth, etc.). They also did not vacuum even the driver floorboard, although it seems no one does this anymore. In the end, I ended up paying more than the dealership charges for a lower quality service (after getting $10 off).The only positive is that they at least did not try to convince me to change my wiper blades or in-cabin air filter, probably because they would have to check them first.Save yourself money and hassle and go somewhere else.

Referred here by a friend who said they were the only place with the tire size he needed, same was true for me. No where else I called had the right tire size.When I arrived I was greeted quickly and they were able to get my car in very quickly. They were straight forward about costs and time expectations. The chairs are also extremely comfortable. A very simple, good experience.

They took my car in right at open and had it ready when I came by to grab it after work! Didnt get a call when it was done, but that wont stop me from going back again!

I made an order through simpletire for performance tires here, and it seems plaza was very unfamiliar with this. Despite that, technicians were extremely friendly even when it was hard getting my car onto the lift. They let me keep one of the tires, and explained why they can’t align my car. Even after they couldn’t align it, gave me a sheet giving me my suspension specs and showing my camber was slightly off. Good business

This Plaza Tire is the best service Ive had of the Plaza Tires Ive been to in Columbia. The people at the counter were kind and helpful. Straight forward explanations. The whole service center, retail side and mechanic bays is clean. They also have a huge window to see the service bays from the waiting area if that helps you feel more comfortable. They honored my appointment time. Meaning they had the right number of people working to get me in and out in much shorter time than expected! I will be back and share the experience I had with others! Thank you.

Plaza Tire on Grindstone is AMAZING. I had an 8am appointment at the Smiley Rd. branch. When I arrived they refused to honor the appointment time and told me they might be able to get it done by lunch. I went to Grindstone. They said they would try to work me in. The work was done and I was ready to leave in less than 90 minutes. I will keep going to Grindstone. Matt and Aaron are fantastic. I will NEVER return to the Smiley Rd. branch. EVER.

Chris @ Grindstone Columbia location was great to work with. I had a tire blow out and was taken in immediately. Went ahead and bought 4 tires and were put on in a hour. Ran over a huge pothole that damaged one tire 8 weeks later and Chris promptly submitted a tire protection claim that covered the cost of a new tire. I’ve never had a claim pay on a damaged tire before (as most try to wiggle out of coverage), so I highly recommend the extra $9.95 on each tire. Extremely impressed and one of the best tire experiences I have experienced.

They charged me 20 bucks when they found a screw in it.But they didnt try to screw me by trying to sell me a new tire. And thus... I love these guys!

Plaza Tires is a FANTASTIC company. They never charge me for little items so I always buy tires from them without negotiating the cost. There have also been a few times when I’ve needed help two or three minutes before closing and the guys ALWAYS have worked late to get me back on the road. Great company and I’m a lifetime customer.

I had a slow leak in a tire and needed it repaired. I dropped my car off and it was ready in 2 hours. The staff was very professional and courteous.

I was getting estimates this morning and went to Plaza Tires. Their estimate was less than half the price of the previous place I went to. They were knowledgeable and honest, and didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. They also got me in, job finished, in about 2 hours. Will definitely be back with any repairs that I need done in the future.

I dont know about the other locations in Columbia, but the one on Grindstone Parkway is the one I always use. I received excellent service the first time there, and have been going here for tires ever since.

I came here a couple months ago for a simple patch on my tire and it still kept leaking after. I eventually took it to another place where they told me the patch job Plaza Tire did actually ruined my nearly new tire by grinding too much away for the patch and I would have to buy a brand new one.

They were awesome. The receptionist was especially nice and we had a random, but fascinating, conversation about the Dominican Republic.

If you need tires done, they are a good place to come get them done. If you have a problem after that, that could have been their mistake, good lock on getting in. Been trying to get them to look at a problem for a couple months now and they wont even look at it. They say drop it off in the morning and we may be able to work it in. I have no other way to get around, so easier said then done. When I got tires, it was, come right in, well get you taking care of. Its pissing me off.

I had a great time today at Plaza Tire on Grindstone Columbia, MO. I went in to get my vehicle inspected for titling and registration. They got me in and out and I was on my way in a very short time. Staff was very respectful and courteous. Will go back there at the slightest opportunity.

Bought 4 new tires from Plaza 6 months ago. Suppose to get free tire rotations since I purchased from them. Took truck in for oil change and tire rotations like I was promised. They charged me for the tire rotations said it only applies if I purchased warranty when I bought new tires. The guy at counter did take off the charge after some reluctance on my part. When I dropped vehicle in for work I told salesman I purchased tires and it showed on computer. He did not tell me they would not honor that till after work complete. I am done with Plaza!

Walked in and was able to get 4 tires installed immediately. The staff was awesome! Very friendly, explained everything and showed a printout of the mis-alignment that was causing extra wear. 4 tires are never cheap but i got all 4 installed on my Charger for a bit over $1k

Oil change took less than 30 minutes and quickly reattached the hose for my windshield wipers!

Dropped off my vehicle at 9am and they told me it’d only be a few hours and they’d call me when it was done. 4:30 they’re closing time came around and i still didn’t get a call, i called the store to be told they hadn’t even started it yet. I was upset because i was told it’d only be a few hours and ended up taking them an entire day, didn’t get a call till 5:30 though, which means it took them an hour or less to do my car😑 waited an entire day for something that only took them 1 hour after being told at 9am my car would be ready within the next 3 hours. very frustrating will not be returning.

They were amazing from the minute I walked in until I walked out and it only took an hour and I didnt have an appointment and they had to go across town to get the tires that I specifically asked for so they were so honest and didnt try to talk me out of the research I had done on the tires I wanted they were very honest about the price about getting them on and the long term use of the tires loved them from now on go there and get all my tire needs

I’ve only stopped in a couple of times, but they’ve been super helpful both times. Just got my tires taken care of there on a last second call-in and they got all 4 tires changed and out the door in less than an hour. Last time I was there, I had a tire get checked out because I scraped a good amount of rubber off the sidewall. They came out and looked at it, easily could have told me I needed to replace it so I spent money there, but instead really took some time to inspect it and determined I was good. Super kind and courteous staff that truly takes care of you. I appreciate places like this a lot.

They rescheduled my appointment. Took about an hour to get the newly-scheduled oil change completed. Was more expensive than I expected it to be. Probably will look elsewhere in the future

I just bought tires for my daughter who is away at college, we have a location near home is where I made the purchase before she left. She is not even at college 1 month and had to have 1 replaced, I had road hazard and had bought the unlimited alignment for life of owning the car and no problems honoring any of it plus it was ready the same day. Wonderful to have them in her area. MADE A BAD EXPERIENCE she had that caused the tire to have a big hole in it not so bad at all. Very happy and thankful things werent worse than just a tire.
