We finally decided to replace our Pacifica with a small crossover and went back to Hyundai. You just can’t beat the bang for the buck and the warranty. We did have to drive to Columbia SC from Summerville as Rick Hendrick (North Charleston) customer services is awful!!!!! Sales man and genesis concierge were great..when concierge brought me to meet the dealership manager it was a different experience..he kept working on computer while engaging in conversation..extremely poor interpersonal skills..dealership will not last with management unable to show courtesy to prospective clients...

Although I did not purchase my G80 at Peacock, I have always had the car serviced at their shop. The service rep, Jack Roberts, is excellent, follows up and returns phone calls promptly. One major warranty issue was resolved by Peacock when Hyundai Corporate was hesitating.
