A friend referred me . I had a big tractor windshield that was busted. James and his crew made it out to inspect the tractor quickly and scheduled a day for install. They were on time and very professional. I had contacted marks mobile glass before the referral and they never reached back out to me. I know these monster sized windshield are a pain and these guys did not hesitate to lend their services. Greatly appreciated.

The rear window seal on my 02 GMC Sierra pickup failed after the cab got extremely hot. Toalson Glass did a fantastic job replacing the seal; I have a bed topper and that had to be removed in order to replace the seal. They did the work at a great price, professional for start to finish, and they even reattached the rear view mirror on my windshield for free, which had also fallen off from the heat. I highly recommend Toalson Glass, they are well worth the short drive from Columbia!

I had been dealing with a chip that started to crack and I ignored it just long enough for it to crack across the entire windshield. When I finally had enough I called, they were friendly, got me scheduled the next day (since they had to custom order my windshield), and then it only took about an hour after I got there for them to finish the entire job. It was impressive. I’m overly satisfied.

If you need a windshield chip replaced this is the place to do it!!! My car had a chip near the bottom of the winshield which needed drilling to be fixed. I called them in the morning ahead of time and brought it to their shop in the afternoon. They gave me a great and accurate price compared to other places in town. They told me it would take 20 minutes to do and 20 minutes later out comes a perfect windshield. They did such a perfect job that (if it wasnt for my fingerprint I left on the inside of my own winshield) it would have been pretty difficult to find where the original chip was.

Great people. Put back on a rear view mirror for free that had fallen off because of hot weather. Even though I have been a customer in the past, I wasnt expecting it to be free but it was. Will never go anywhere else but Toalsons. Very happy.

Nobody likes to have to have their windshield repaired but when I had a large truck throw a rock into my windshield the other day Toalson Glass was very great to work with. In fact they came to my office and did a mobile install and Im very pleased with the work they performed.

I called three glass shops in Columbia to have my rear window replaced after a branch fell and shattered the glass.Toalson: $405Hagers: $395Marks Moble: $380Toalson was the highest price, however, they had good reviews online and the person I spoke with on the phone seemed genuine.The day I arrived to drop the car off, the story quickly began to change. Once I arrived, I was told that the glass they had originally ordered from the vendor was broken. Therefore, they needed to order from a different vendor and the cost was going to be a bit more expensive.The issue here is that I was not contacted about the change in price. They waited until I was in the shop to tell me, almost knowing that I wouldnt leave to go elsewhere because I had taken time off work to bring the car to them. I should have left then however, I thought the better of the shop and continued to let them service the vehicle.The trouble started when, I told the gentleman at the counter that my car acts a bit funny and to get the car in drive, you have finesses it a bit (shift into L and it will click into Drive). It has been driving like this for some time now.. He said that he would relay the information to the techs.I was told my car would possibly be ready by noon but if not it should be ready by 5:00pm. However, at 4:40pm I still had not received a phone call so I called the shop. I was told Yeah its ready, let me check with the tech I know it had some drying yet to do. When he got back on the phone I was told that it would be ready around 5:00pm if I wanted to pick it up.At 5:00pm I got to the shop where, unbeknownst to me, the owner was there to ring me out for the repair. While at the counter, he stated is there some tick to getting your car in drive? We tried and couldnt get it to move. I said “yes it’s a takes a bit of finesses but I left notes with the gentleman at the counter this morning and he said he would relay that information.” He quickly responded and said, Well no one told me anything.I go to get into the car, try toput it in gear (shift to L then click into Drive) and the car will no longer shift into any gear.I told them that it would no longer go into gear and queried how they got it into the shop? The owner said, well I couldnt get it into drive so I backed it into the shop..If you can’t get the car into drive. STOP, and call the customer.The next day I called the shop and was immediately handed over to, who I know knows is the owner. I asked, “What was going to be done about the car?” His immediate reaction was What do you mean what’s going to be done? I said, I drove a car to your shop. You worked on the car, and the car no longer drives. There has to have be some accountability on your part here.We went in circle for about 20 minutes in which the owner completely denied all responsibility for the car no longer driving.At no point did I expect the shop to pay for the repairs. I’m a reasonable person, I knew that my car was having issues, which I told them about. However, for the shop to sit there and deny all responsibility is beyond belief.Instead of trying to offer any assistance, the owner kept denying any responsibility stating, So you just expect us to fix your car? I said, No, however I would like for you to tow it somewhere so I can get repaired.”He then stated, “Well how come you didn’t just say that?” and I responded, “I shouldn’t have to, you are a business owner, it was your wrong doing, it was your job to make it right.” The least he could have done was try to be helpful instead, he denied all accountability, even though the occurrence happened under their watch and in their shop.The cars Shift Transmission cable is now broken and now has to be replaced. To be fair they did pay to have the car towed about a ¼ mile to a shop on the business loop, so I am giving them 1 star for not being completely worthless business owners. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemies.
