Fast and quick but not complete. The molding pieces at the bottom of my windshield was not reapplied properly and I called back another guy came out and tried to re-glue the pieces and if I didnt say anything he would have left them. He did admit they were warped from being removed and that I needed new ones. He said hell contact my technician and let him know so I could get new molding pieces. Well the technician that did my windshield did call and say he ordered them and hell call me when he get them. He came out and this is what he did.. see pics below.. Im still waiting after emails and talking to someone for this to be corrected...

I scheduled my service online. The quote was $105. When I checked the lady helped me and was able to reduce the cost to $68. I will refer folks in need of this service to this location specifically. Tammy is truly customer oriented!

What a phenomenal experience! I took my car to their location and they got started on my car early and finished ahead of schedule. Lance is awesome. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and took an in interest in my car. He complimented me on the interior and how meticulously maintained it is (Im a personal driver so I take pride in my vehicle and really take pride in others compliments of it). Lance and his team did a great job and the new windshield looks absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough for what an amazing job they did.

Came to replace a window at 8:00AM and had the wrong window. When I called the shop customer service the lady basically ended our call with life isnt perfect and stuff happens! No estimated time for a new window, no apology for the inconvenience, no solution but she did offer an explanation of how I should be OK with the situation because its free, insurance is paying 0 stars. The tech who came out was very kind and apologetic. If this call was a reflection on management- hope he runs! 0 stars. Do not use!

I had a 9am appointment and they took my car back minutes later. Jesse came to introduce himself and right away set me at ease, as I had just bought a brand new car and confirmed he would himself be installing and would protect my dash. Jesse was beyond polite, patient and very professional!!! My windshield is perfect and my dash doesn’t have a speck on it!!! Lastly let me not forget I have a tiny sticker on windshield I need for parking and he even put that on new windshield better than I had previously installed without my asking! AMAZING attention to detail!!!! ! I hope Jesse is acknowledged as he could easily be running this shop! Thanks again for outstanding work!!

Had an appointment on Friday, April 16th at 1:00pm. While I would have preferred for them to come to my job to fix my windshield; I understood it had to be done at the shop because its a newer (2020) model with a camera in it. However, I dropped my car off at the scheduled time and was told that it might take about 3 hours to fix. But I received a call around 2:40pm saying my car was ready. Went to pick up my car and the technician (Lance Hayes) that worked on my car came out to greet me and let me know what to do and not do for the next 48 to 72 hours with my car being that I got a new windshield. He was very pleasant and professional. I didnt have to pay anything because of my insurance. Thus far everything has been good. Would recommend. Signed Ms. Fleming

Do not trust anyone else with your wondshielf, especially when it comes to newer models that require camera claibration, also highly recommend OEM replacement - this guys are world class and know what they are doing - you get what you pay for and may as well get it done right the first time

I arrived 7:47 from winnsboro and the repectionist told me it was going to be all day she went and check and they got my car in at proably around 8am working me in. So thank to everyone there they were amazing from the front desk to the technicians and managers as well as other staff they were so friendly plus I think I was sitting in the staff break room not the waiting area but one of the managers told me it was ok. I was an awesome experience with such nice ppl on 1/20/2020. And yes this is me ms ashord 2017 nissan sentra. You guys! Rock! I was out before 9:30 thanks for all yall team work in customers happy! You damn sc sure put a smile on my face! Keep up the great work! Thanks to the receptionist and technicians! I cant remember everybody name.

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest!! It took the technician 90 minutes of “working” on my vehicle to find out they didn’t even have the part. After that, they did not connect my speaker back, and lied to my face saying they didn’t even touch the door and were not the reason for my speaker not working. Horrible place! DO NOT GO HERE

If you have an Acura don’t take your car to safelite to have the windshield replaced. At first they ordered a windshield that didn’t match my car so I had to reschedule. Went back when it came in and had it replaced. The next day my break system, lane assist and other wheel lights came on. I thought it was a sensor so I took my car to the Acura dealership. Paid $138 diagnostic fee to find out my camera wasn’t calibrated properly by safelite. I emailed and called then several times with no response. I had to go there in person to get help. Was told I needed to bring the car there for them to look at because their technicians were too busy to go to the Acura dealership to look at it. The guy at the dealership said safelite usually comes there to look at cars or they’ll offer to pay for a rental all the time but I guess they just didn’t want to for me. I spoke to Julia at safelite who gave me her cell number because it’s impossible to reach someone there and guess what?? I called her twice and texted her with no answer or response. It’s an iPhone so I know the message was delivered. Now it’s after 5:00 and I’m out of $138 because it’s an additional $483 for Acura to recalibrate the camera which I refuse to pay when safelite messed it up. She said I should have brought it to them first but who thinks to take their car to a windshield place when dashboard lights regarding the braking systems are on?? This was the worst experience ever and I’ll NEVER use another safelite again.

My appointment was at 8am and was to be done at my job, I got a message saying he was on his way at 745. Jacob was my tech, he was great, had it done in forty five minutes. I had a scheduled appt and the tech was a no call / no show. My insurance company had to call them because no one ever answers the phone. A manager called me back stating there was a glitch in their system and the tech never got info. I informed her that there was a glitch in her management. My insurance company heard the verbal confirmation, I got an email, as well as a text.You had 1 job! Lousy and will never recommend to anyone, under any circumstances. Please don’t apologize or sugar coat.

Repair went great. Only problem is that the paint along my window trim was messed up. It was probably from the crash wrap that was put on by you guys beforehand. Make sure to use vehicle friendly materials when installing one.

Lady showed up on time. As it was misting rain a little as you could tell she didnt want to be here. She called me out to the truck and showed me some minor rust and said she could not put the windshields in as it was against the law. I will NEVER use these people again. Guess I will use someone else. HORRIBLE PLACE, took it up the road to another approved glass installer for Geico and they had NO problems with it.

Very happy with Jeremiah, he called ahead of time and was very professional. We discussed everything over the phone and did not have to have face to face interaction which we were very impressed with considering everything going on. Our Chevy’s windshield is now in perfect condition. He also went over what not to do to the windshield for the next two days! Thank you for fixing our windshield !

The technician was on time and great. However I overpaid $40 for cheap windshield wipers (after asking if they were good quality) and still have 2 blemishes on my windshield. I had to call my insurance back to get it fixed AGAIN! My insurance asked if I wanted to to through Safelite.I laughed and said we would find our own.AUTO GLASS NOW Columbia.Better ratings. And will do it right the first time.Heed this warning and choose another provider. You have options. Don’t waste your time.

As soon as I saw the chip in the windshield of my car I knew I had to deal with it ASSP.The work they did was great (months later, there is little evidence there had ever been any crack), and their pricing was reasonable.On the downside, I do not know why they go to the pretense of making an appointment. I was ten minutes early for a 2:00 PM appointment, and they did not even start working on my car until about 2:45. Why not just say “Bring your car in and we will get to it when we can”....that would be much more truthful than making an appointment, then taking a walk-in ten minutes before your appointment arrives.If you need their service, have them come to you to do the repair. It is not significantly more expensive than going to their shop, and it will be considerably less stressful than wasting your time waiting for them to get to your “appointment” while they work on a walk-in.

I had my windshield replaced 4/22/20. The technician was after 5:30pm, but this was okay as I was appreciative he didnt reschedule my appointment. So, he replaces the windshield. On 4/23/20 I am headed home on the interstate and all the trim surrounding the windshield blows off the car in traffic. This was unbelievable, all I wanted was my windshield replaced and now my vehicle looks like its been in a minor collision.I have contacted them concerning this because the inside of my car sounds like all windows and sunroof are open when driving. I will update according to how this situation is handled.Took a few weeks, but they corrected the problem

Had a crack in my windshield that spread so needed a full replacement. Called on Thursday and got a Monday appointment. Technician arrived on time. After setting all his equipment up, he discovered he had the wrong windshield (2 different ones for my vehicle) Okay, honest mistake. He was very professional and apologetic. Immediately scheduled another appointment for the following Friday. Second Technician shows up on time. Sets everything up, then comes and tells me the windshield he brought has a Chip in it! Seriously? You dont inspect BEFORE you leave the shop? Would have to order another one and reschedule. No thank you. No apology, just packed his truck and left. Very unprofessional. Called another company and got the right windshield on time and installed.

Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes until someone greeted me (with an appointment). Eventually Clayton who is one of the installers assisted me. Also he corrected my order from a aftermarket to the OEM one like it was supposed to be. So hats off and 5 stars for him. But 2 for the actual business.... Maybe he should be managing the place.

Noticed a loud pop while on the highway, but did not see anything on windshield. While washing car noticed a dime size chip at base of windshield between wipers. Contacted Progressive and they scheduled me for repairs in about two hours and the repair was completed in an hour after arrival. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank!!!

This is my 2nd time trying to get my windshield repaired/replaced in 7 days, 1st time they were supposed to come to my house between 9-11am, at 11:30 am I called and asked for a update and was placed on hold for a minute, then I was told they could not reach the technician on his phone so no update. I cancelled the appointment then and continued on my plans for the day!Yesterday I decided to try again and go to their shop, I arrived @ 3:15pm for a 3:30 pm appointment. At 4pm my truck was still parked out front, now 2 customers arrived after me at 3:45pm and their cars went right in. WTH?I asked for my keys back and I left. I will never let these jokers touch another vehicle of mine.Everybody was sitting outside, so I joined them! No one ever told me they have a waiting room inside????

And the technician that replaced my windshield went ahead and replaced my windshield wipers for me for free (apparently I had the wrong size on) but I thought that was very nice of him. I cannot deny the quality of the glass.The experience was awful. The glass replacement was done in the parking lot. No complimentary vacuuming & windows on the passenger side doors were left with hand & forearm prints. The window worked fine, but the door wouldnt unlock. Had to take it to dealership to have them access/repair the issue because the tech that was sent to do it couldnt remove the door panel. He was concerned he may break it. He said if it is found that it was caused by anything the installer did, Safelite would pay for it. It was found to be caused by the installation. It has been over 24 hours since I contacted Safelite & havent heard back from anyone. The service advisor at the dealership & myself have done everything that was asked of us. I dont deserve to be without transportation & Kia shouldnt have to wait for the payment or promise of payment. It is clear Safelite is responsible.

A technician has worked on my windshield THREE times and I still have wind noise and rattle. The third time they sent him out with out any information or the correct equipment. I cant wait for my windshield to crack again so a better company can replace it. I am contacting my issuance to inform them!
