Best Prices and service in town.. First off thank you Chris for the amazing work and patience. Back story, I missed my service window and Chris was very understanding and adjusted the work schedule to accommodate for me. I met him at their shop and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you for being very patient, courteous and professional.

Visited for a windshield replacement. Was quick and easy to do. Chris provided excellent service. Price was half of what a big repair company quoted and it was done in half the time.

Tech did good job and personable.

I called in asking if they had the quarter glass for the passenger back window and quote to fix it? The lady that answered the phone wasn’t very helpful. She told me the price $468 and rushed me off the phone stating they didn’t have in stock. I tried asking if they’re able to order but she hung up. People don’t have a problem paying a certain price if it’s reasonable or last resort. But she was rude and I wouldn’t do business there.

I cant even brag enough on how awesome my experience was. When I tell you the customer service is Great! Thats what I mean. From the time I stepped out of my car, I was being greeted by employees. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable there. This is the best glass shop in Columbia hands down!

Quick, friendly, and professional. I am very happy with their service! I called around to several shops in the Columbia area. Price was an objective, but also finding a shop that would do the work properly. They quoted me a fair price to replace my windshield and were professional/knowledgeable over the phone. They came to my home and completed the job in my driveway. The installer did a great job and I couldnt be happier.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Rusty and Chas were absolutely stellar! I started my day with a rock in my windshield - great. Everything was taken care of in my lunch hour and they even brought me BACK to work since they needed to get a seal for around the windshield. It was going to make me late getting back to work....so not only did Chas bring me back to work.....they even brought my car back to me so that I didnt have to find a ride back over there to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend this company - speak with Rusty or Chas!!! :)

Customer service was incredible! When I called for a quote, the two ladies I spoke with were were professional and kind. They stated that in SC that all safety glass is covered with full coverage. Therefore, I should not have to pay out of pocket. Since they were the only company to share this information and were so professional, we chose Quackt Glass. (the name is pretty awesome too) We dropped the vehicle off early and came back to a finished job. However, there is glass still in the front and back seat floor. The most upsetting part is that the window makes a noise when rolling it up all the way, like there is glass still stuck inside.
