I had a windshield replaced and service was excellent!!! I got an even better windshield than I had before. My installer was Dustin, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I used this company because they had great reviews and they most certainly lived up to it. I highly recommend Jack Morris!!!

Absolutely tiresome. They replaced my windshield and failed to tell me that they dont do the recalibrations. So I had to call my insurance co. and they promised to reimburse me for the recalibration if I took it to my dealership. So, I did, and they came back to tell me that the guy that replaced my windshield had broken a sensor/wire connection in my rearview mirror camera that connects to the pre collision system. Altogether, this would cost $750 to recalibrate and repair the camera. Not only did he not tell me couldnt calibrate my pre collision system from the start, he broke a sensor that further puts me away from driving safely. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying at this point. I already had to wait months for the windshield, which I was excited for.

Showed up on time and installed my windshield qith no trouble.

I AM A FAN! My guy was on time, courteous (always called or text to let me know he was on his way or almost there), and so nice! Replaced windshield and have had no problems whatsoever.

Jack Morris auto glass is the best in the business. Brian the manager made sure we were completely happy, after the install. And went out of his way to find extra parts that were missing. He took his time making sure all the broken glass was vacuumed up. You couldnt even tell there was a broken window after he finished.But what sets them apart is the customer service, Brian was professional polite and very timely with the fix, he made sure everything was properly done and we were completely happy before closing out the insurance claim.Ask for Brian when you call Jack Morris auto Glass for your broken window needs !!!

Just had a new windshield put in my traverse and I must say this is the best place I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Next day service and Tom Cory was very professional and easy to get along with. Very nice guy. And did a perfect job very quickly. And the price was literally 200$ cheaper than any other place I had price searched at. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience. I was sad that my OEM windshield had been damaged, as I really love my car. When I asked if they could use OEM glass, not only did they oblige, they took on the extra cost so I would only owe my deductible from my insurance. The work was flawless and I could not tell anything had ever happened. They worked with my schedule and were super accommodating. The shop cat was a nice touch while waiting. Highly recommend!

Was at my house early got it finished in a timely manner the price was half what others quoted... and fixed anything the previous window installer did wrong... I will always call jack Morris for any glass work in the future. Thnks..

I had an issue with my drivers side window which I thought was shattered. The original estimate was $250 which I was happy to pay as it was $150 less than the National Chains. The tech came to my house and found that I did not need a new window but a mechanism that makes the window go up and down. They did not charge me for the service call and had me get the part online. It costs $46. They charged me $90 to put it in and had it done in less than an hour.I highly recommend this business! They could have charged me way more than what I paid and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Great people. Easy to deal with. Ordered on monday windshield was dropped off to me on Wednesday. Total all in taxes delivered for cheaper than I could find the windshield anywhere else!
