I 100% recommend Service King to anyone and everyone. Top notch service from all the staff! Their services were prompt and they always kept me up to date through the entire process. My car looks better than BEFORE the accident.

They did an outstanding job repairing our Subaru...we are from Wisconsin and Dave did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of the repairs. The car looked great when we picked it up! You guys rock!!!

They allowed our car to set for 2 months before they started repairing it, then would constantly send us updates saying that it would be ready that week followed by a update the next day that it would be delayed again. Problem after problem including the ordering of wrong parts followed by excuse after excuse and the (Service Director) was too lazy to give us a basic call to say apologies! 4 months later we finally got our car back. The only person who acted like they cared was the young lady at the front desk. She should be the manager of the imbeciles!

Took a few days to get them to look at the vehicle but they were slammed enough as it was. Great people great service. I would recommend ASAP to anyone. Very friendly management. 😀

They didn’t do what I called and ask for they didn’t even have the light to check for hail damage the guy I talk to name is Dave he said he had 20 years for hail damage but I had a Estimate done 20 mins later and found hail damage on my car so I don’t refer anybody to use this body shop because they don’t know what they’re doing or how to use the equipment they say they have
