I chose GP1 Collision Center solely based on the fact that their Google profile stated that they were LGBTQ friendly & that’s something that was really important to me & it stood out more than any of the other body shops. The existing reviews were A+ as well. Not only did they do a superb job on my repair, my car came back clean, washed & honestly looked like I paid to have it detailed. I would recommend this body shop to anyone in Columbia.

I’m Janice P. This was my first visit with GP1. From the start I felt at home the customer service was A1. The gentleman came out and looked my vehicle then I came back in and schedule the appointment. The service that was done to my vehicle was sent to me by text giving me updates on my vehicle until it was finished. When I came to pick it up again great customer service and when I saw my vehicle it looked brand new and the inside was also cleaned out. I will recommend them to my family and friends!!

Unfortunate that I cannot separate the desk clerk staff from the service guy, because he was fantastic. The problem that I had was getting to the service guy, after having been scheduled; apparently communication within the office is lacking. The front desk attendant was hateful and unknowledgeable.Luckily for me, she did finally get the service guy. It took less than 5 minutes to adjust the hood, and I was set to go!Thanks for reading

Absolutely horrible experience with them repairing my car!! The communication is terrible, they give you false information and after 3 MONTHS I got the car back and it’s totally not right! Fenders don’t line up, not aligned in the front, huge gaps on the front bumper and headlights and scratches on the brand new hood they replaced. Not to mention the hood is totally crooked on the car. Practically brand new car needed major repairs due to somebody hitting me in a auto accident. Scratches all over car that were done while sitting 3 months in shop. Heather the manager could careless and no communication or when she did it was the run around. It got to the point I had to call the General Manager Rick who is over this shop and he could have cared less as well! That makes it obvious where the problems start! My insurance company had to end up putting the car at another body shop to repair there mess that wasn’t done right after they were paid!! Don’t recommend at ALL! Gathering from other review/comments on here I’m not the only one!!

Horrible communication. Horrible. Was told my car would be ready in a week. After I week I didn’t hear from anyone so I called. Receptionist told me there was no way she could give me an estimate on when my car would be ready. Unacceptable. Numerous messages went unanswered via text and email. NUMEROUS. Extremely frustrating. However - when I finally got my car back - the work was exceptional and car was returned very clean.

Body work looked amazing, staff was polite and helpful in making sure I had everything I needed.

Had my car in to get front clip replaced. When I picked it up, there were issues with my windows, and also there was a rattling noise coming from the front right side of my car. I had to drop it off to have it checked for the problems, after they already had it for two weeks doing the repair. I hope it is right when I go to pick it up this time.

This location definitely struggles with customer service, specifically to individuals of of a diverse background. (There was a noted incident wheee a customer, who came in after me, was addressed and tended to as soon as he walked in, even though I was being tended to at the time.) There are countless promises to provide an update, with no follow up. Worse experience ever!

Jeff communicated well and they got my vehicle in, evaluated, and finished in a very convenient timeframe.

Great customer service! Needed a new windshield and some body work after a tree limb fell on my car. The repair ended up requiring more work than we originally thought. GP1 worked with my insurance to cover the additional repairs so that the damage was fixed properly and within the time window. The team sent periodic updates via text so you knew what was going on. Would highly recommend them and return in the future!

After dropping my vehicle off, GP1 stayed on top of everything and was very commutative about the process and steps. Sent periodic updates on the status of the vehicle. I can’t say enough about BMW Collisions in Columbia. They have done work on my car a couple of times and each time they were great. They went that extra mile to make sure I was happy. When they have my car I didn’t have to keep calling them they kept in contact with me by phone or email. I felt comfortable when they had my car. Their professionalism is phenomenal everyone I’ve ever talked to has always been nice and helpful. The quality of their work is great and they always let you know if you have a problem with anything just give us a call and we’ll make sure it’s corrected. I’ve never had to question anything they’ve done. I can’t say enough about them.

My BMW was struck from the rear one rainy night. Before any legal matters were attended to, I took my vehicle to the BMW Collision center where I was met by a courteous Staff and then given an estimate for my damages. I didn’t know how to go forward with the insurance company so they sat me down and walked me through the process. During the consultation, I was given a short list of documents to bring with me on the day I was scheduled to drop the vehicle off. On the day of drop-off I brought nothing, I forgot everything! I didn’t even have my claim number. At that moment, I felt as if I was aspiring to be the true epitome of garbage. I wanted to walk out of the shop an burry my head in 10ft. of sand, never to be seen again. However, the BMW consultant that assisted me that day told me not to worry about it. She was still nice, she continued to talk to me as if I did everything she asked. She assured me that she would gather all the documentation; then I watched her make three calls. I was low-key eavesdropping while she was on the phone. Any normal person would have hung up on two of those calls and walked straight out of the collision center never to return again. Oh no.. not this angel, she remained calm and waited forever to receive the information. Not one disrespectful gesture from her the whole time. She even scheduled my rental car pickup. She continued to call me and send me updates. How can I put this to make you understand..If the BMW collision center were a restaurant, it would be Chick-fil-a, and they would be open on Sundays, and the lemonade would be free, and the cup would always have light ice.-My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner-The staff was amazing-I walked out the shop feeling like I was the CEO Wells-Fargo (I have no idea what that feels like)- My vehicle looked new when I received it- this was the perfect experienceThank you

They were on top of everything concerning my car and insurance claim, and got my car back looking way better than it did before it went in. We took our BMW for repair work. We were provided an estimate for the work to be completed, which was spot on...no surprises or delays when we went to pickup the car. We were treated with respect, and the employees looked and spoke like professionals. Met with Hugh to get a brief estimate on some damages done to my vehicle. He was very thorough and contacted toyota to get the exact prices of each part I would need and emailed me an estimate within 30 minutes. Very helpful and professional business.

Steve was really amazing: his knowledge and experience were very helpful. Every time I showed up at the shop he was happy to show me the progress on my car and discuss the next steps. When I finally got the car back it really was as good as new. I highly recommend GP1 both for the quality their body work and the personal attention to me and my vehicle.

Gp1has the best customer service let’s start with the receptionist who was very pleasant by the name of Susan. I was then greeted by Steve who advised me that I would be responsible for the damages that would’ve ran me about $500 and then decided that he would buff and polish my scratches for free of charge. Now if that wasn’t a blessing I don’t know what it is S/O to Gp1 and thanks again!!!

Took my BMW in for some minor body work and a ceramic coating. The car looks even better than new. Dirt and road grime slide right off. I cant believe the job Dan and his crew did. I will definitely use this shop for all future repairs and paint protection.

Great job on the paint! However my vehicle was returned in worse shape than when they received it. The inside looked like the dirtiest person in the world was touching and laying in it. Also the front grill on the driver’s side was missing! Who does that? What really happened?

The service was quick and excellent. Dan wad very generous and helpful with describing what needed to be done and how it was gonna be done. Overall satisfied.

They made repairs to my son car which involved hood work, a bumper replacement and more. My son could have lost his life because the hood latch came off and the hood flew open while he was driving 70 MPH on the high way in the left. When the car was taken back to them all they could say is I don’t see how this happen and the hood latch is sitting inside, not wanting to take ownership for what happen. They insisted on getting the nationwide area manager involved, whom has nothing to do with how they repaired the car. I knew right then they were looking for someone to back them up so the blame would not be on them. All this states to me is the are a company that don’t consider they could have take my son life and they don’t stand behind their work.
