Took off work to get car checked for a consistent rattle. They stated they heard nothing, though I hear it every day and crank up the radio to cover it. Very disappointed.

I was told there was $129 diagfee which would be taking off at the end of service, called the next day to see if my truck was ready because I was supposed to receive a call; the man told me yes your truck is in the finished parking lot. I get to the parking lot its there it is not ready has not been touched but its in the wrong parking lot. Two days later, I receive a call saying yes itll be done today diagnostic was a fuel pump $1,600 . Show up is there oh the problem still happening we have to clean this part up for you and Ill call you in the morning! Then I receive a phone call saying your new part has come in, I didnt know he was ordering a new part I thought we was cleaning the last one up. Again I have to call and they say I was about to call you the third time nobody was about to call me I called them every single time and they said I was about to call you every single time, so they changed the 1600 fuel pump that didnt have to be changed and ordered another part that I didnt know was being ordered I thought it was cleaning up the part I had I had no idea they were ordering another part. Why am I spending $1,600 on a fuel pump that didnt need to be replaced and ordered a part that I didnt know was being ordered because you said you was cleaning up my last one.. Im so aggravated right now with these people and I was told not to go there

Took my 4runner in at 4pm for brakes and rotors, was told it would be $189 total and be out in an hour15min later, come back informing of two recalls that will add another hour to my wait...they come back again recommending me to leave it over night and they’ll call me once it’s done.12pm the next day and never got a phone call but I came in anyways figuring it was complete by now surely...it was done but the total jumped to $384.Very frustrating to wait that long and have the price essentially double!

They always do a good job and theyre very quick awesome Daniel Peterson was very professional and courteous he explained everything well and I was pleased when I left

Took car in for a recall and they tried to upsell me about $400 of unnecessary maintenance. We got regular maintenance (oil changes, etc.) here in the past, and they always overinflated the tires and other little things that showed a lack of attention to detail. They arent awful, but they definitely seem more interested in a quick buck than my experience as a customer and car owner.Look for other options for servicing unless you have to get recall work done!

Very clean, organized and safe. Megan Rice was courteous and helpful in handling routine service needs.

Employees were great but the length of time we were there, 3 1/2 hours was way to long for front brakes replaced and rotate tires.

Great team, especially Mr. Victor who tend to my meeds and Mr. Willie who had the task to deliver me to work and picked up once work on my car ready.Thanks guys made a rainy cold day feel better!

They were extremely helpful and got my car back running the way it was supposed to. The waiting area was comfortable and the employees I dealt with were friendly.
