Got a paint scratch fixed here a month or two ago. Brandon was very professional in both communication and transparency. I always knew what was being done and worked on. They even took my vehicle to Ford for me to get a service light checked out. Decent prices, and finished work made my car look brand new. Would definitely recommend!

I live in Southwest Missouri and they were great to work with by phone. Helped arrange for a rental car and provided after-hours drop off and pick up. Brian was outstanding to deal with.As for the work, they did a good job and had it done on time. Also, the biggest benefit was all the communication they did with the pathetic insurance company so I didnt have to deal with them!

I live in deer country and have had many collisions. Every time I have been treated very well with the estimate, after hours drop off, and inspection before I leave. I would highly recommend them and feel confident in their workmanship. Professional facility with modern equipment.

Great service

Repair to my car looks good and it was very timely. However they failed to communicate repair times to me and I had to call to find this information. Worst of all my car has a new scratch that they refuse to fix and they left used parts in my trunk instead of disposing of them. After all they charge disposal fees.

Our experience with the Collision Center was top notch. Great customer service and help through the stressful process of post-accident repairs. You never hope for a reason to need your car repaired but I will be coming back if I find myself in this situation again!!

I used the collision center to repair scratches on the trunk of my 13 yr old car with original paint. They were able to remove the scratches without having to repaint the trunk lid. Saved me a bunch of money, as insurance was not involved. Also allowed me to keep my original paint intact. For this i am very grateful. Best bodyshop experience Ive ever had.

They did a really nice repair job on my sons vehicle and it was done quickly. The service and the people there that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and made the whole ordeal stress free. They also handled everything with the insurance company so that we did not have to.

Accommodating from start to finish, gave me all my options, no pressure, and kept great records that were quickly found and referred to when I went back for services and needed to refer back to prior documentation. Also very accommodating to the fact sometimes I had to bring my kiddo with me!

I was told that my car would be ready on a particular day. Later, this date was revised with no satisfactory application.On reaching home after the repairs were done- I noticed that a rather large car part (removed during the repair) was left near the back seat instead of having been disposed of. I had to make a second trip to dealership to drop it of.

My new luxury car was scraped in a parking lot just two weeks after I bought it. I could not be more delighted with the work of Collision Center of Columbia. Their facility is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the personnel were competent and very courteous. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and telephoned progress reports to me. The work was completed in timely fashion. The repair job is perfect and the car looks new again.It was a superb experience in every way. I plan to take another car in to them for the repair of a scratch mark where it was keyed.

Only place I will get my car repaired! Very friendly staff and estimators. Greeted by a great receptionist. Everyone is very educated and helpful. They get you in and out quickly and help with all the insurance side of things. They ease your mind and take the extra step to make sure you understand the process. Gave me frequent status calls and easy to get ahold of the estimator if any questions. The most clean and beautiful body shop ive ever seen! Very highly recommend. And they work directly with your insurance company!

They should have manned up and honored the estimate. Took my truck in to get an estimate on installing an aftermarket grill. I took the part with me as well as the instructions and hardware. They gave me an estimate and we settled on the date which was written on my estimate. When I showed up for my appointment they acted surprised and said they thought I wasnt coming until next week. That should have been my first clue. I offered to come back the following week if that was better but they said they could still do it today. Five hours after I drop my vehical off they call me to tell me they cant understand the instructions. I was floored. They couldnt figure out the rear light cover instructions so they stopped working on that and moved to the front grill. He actually said he couldnt find the bolt holes the grill was to be mounted to so he gave up on the grill too. It was as if he didnt understand that the front bumper had to come off in order to mount the grill. Either they are dumb as rocks or they were just unprofessional, wrote a low estimate then discovered it was going to take to long do they backed out like wimps. To add insult to injury ( this is the part that really made me angry) I asked him to show me on the instructions what was confusing him but he couldnt because he lost my instructions. I am still waiting on that $#!+ Head to get my instructions back to. I feel like I should bill them for my wasted day. Seriously the least professional place I have ever been. They should have just manned up.

I worked with Brandon and he was awesome. He kept me updated on my car constantly and was very patient with me regarding any questions or concerns I may have had. I had to have multiple repairs at one time and he always kept me in the loop with what was going on. I was worried this whole process was going to be a nightmare and a huge headache and they helped make it as easy and painless as getting a car fixed can be. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends needing any repairs.

This place does very good work. My fiancèe got her car fixed here but the sensors were not reconnected correctly. They got it back in as soon as possible to rectify the issue

Quite possibly the worst “customer satisfaction” experience I’ve had with a car repair facility. I ordinarily don’t do this... But I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I sent my car to this establishment after an accident for a damage estimate. They did not call me with an estimate, they did not get my permission to repair it. Instead, they repaired it and demanded to be paid in full. They have currently had my vehicle for 2.5 months while I battle with the owners lies and insurance.My wife and I have different last names due to her career. Mr. Perry, the owner, has repeatedly referred to her as Ms. Mr. Perry is the lowest form of human I have ever dealt with in person.

Really curteous people who wont look at you funny if youre still shaken up from your accident (or sobbing uncontrollably bc you just totalled your beloved Prius, like me). Even if you bring your car by for an estimate and decide not to let them work on it, they wont hit you with a bunch of punitive fees. I cannot recommend this place highly enough--I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I know exactly where to go.

I hit a deer with my new Lexus, and my sister recommended Collision Center of Columbia for repairs. Just picked it up last night, and it looks like new again. Drives great. I was really worried about the paint matching and about how it would drive (the front and right side were pretty smashed up). But if I didnt know ... I wouldnt know! Of course I still wish it had never happened (so does the deer). But you certainly cant tell it did from looking at my car. They made the whole ordeal painless. My advice: dont hit a deer, but if you do ... you can trust them to make it right.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of repair that I received from Collision Center of Columbia! I got a quote, which I thought was very reasonable for some things we were wanting done on our Suburban. I scheduled the time with the manager, Brian, and he came and picked up my vehicle from work. He set the expectation that they would need it for 2 days. I called the second day to find out when he thought it would be ready so I could plan for transportation for myself and my wife (since the repairs were being done on her vehicle). Not only did Brian commit to having it done before the end of the day, but he called me twice to update me on the status and delivered it to me by 5pm as promised! Excellent business, excellent service and quaility repair. By the way, the invoice was $75 less than quoted! I highly recommend!

My vehicle was towed to Collision Center of Columbia after an accident, based on the recommendation of Tiger Towing. I talked with Adam from CCoC and he assured me there would be no storage fees while they worked with my insurance company regarding the best course of action (assuming I chose them to eventually do the body work). However, after receiving the estimate from my insurance company, CCoC refused to do the work. Fair enough since the vehicle in question is an antique. However, they charged me close to $700 in storage costs. I can understand this charge if we decided not to use their service, but it was their decision not to do any work - even a preliminary estimate to compare with the insurance company. When I spoke with Brian about this, his reply entailed questioning why I would even care since my insurance company was probably paying for the storage costs. I care because honesty and integrity matter. My vehicle did not become an antique in the two weeks it was in their shop. If they didnt feel comfortable working on it, tell me on the first day so I can find a different shop. It seems pretty clear they are only interested in jobs where they can bilk the customer and/or the insurance company. In short, I am very dissatisfied with this Collision Center of Columbia and would not recommend them to anyone.

Well, I had an accident in January of 2018 and went here to get it repaired. I felt good about it until recently when I found two bungee cords holding things together underneath my car. Pretty frustrating since it was a quote of $5,000 for repairs and the damage was only to the outside of my car.

I hit Deer and they repaird and restored like new.. thanks to Gary, so very helpful!

The absolute worst place to have your car fixed or deal with a claim. Horrible customer service, I have had cars fixed there and had to take them back numerous times to fix them. My current claim has been the most drawn out worst car experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t take your car here
