Excellent experience with this place, would definitely recommend going here. Georgette was fantastic from start to finish. They did everything with my insurance company, all I did was open the claim and they took it from there.

I have used Joe Hudson Collision on 3 separate occasions and each time they provided superior service. I was kept up to-date with the repairs and my car was finished when they said or earlier. Everyone is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their results.

JHCC was very professional in house staff and communication was on point. Receiving emails kept me informed with every step the mechanics took. Calling and online service was satisfactory.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this body shop. They use the cheapest parts and paint they can find. The replacement bumper on our Lexus RX350 was NOT EVEN SANDED before being painted. The paint flaked off almost entirely within the first 3 months. The replacement headlight they used, probably from keystone or eBay, is of poor quality and started to accumulate moisture within less than a year. I recommend anybody to find a different shop.

We were on a road trip and had to stop because there was something weird going on with the car’s fender liner. We happened to stop right next to this shop so we figured we’d go ahead and ask to be safe. They came out, took a look at it, said it was a quick and easy fix and literally fixed it for free on the spot. They were incredibly nice and responsive. We live in Atlanta but if we lived out here we would definitely use these guys!

I have used this fantastic company, 4 times in the last 14 years (Newland Road location), to say that they do great work, is not giving them enough credit. I have brought them some messed up cars, every time I pick up my vehicle, it looks as if it just came off of the factory floor, these guys know their business, if you want a professional job, nice staff, and just people who take pride in their work, Carolina Paint and Body, cant be beat!!! .

Absolutely marvelous, all the way around. Very professional, courteous, and they do amazing work. The shop did an excellent job on the repair, but also on keeping me updated. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my experience and I will definitely highly recommend them!

A very professional great job

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received here at different points. The one that sticks out most is when I dropped my car off their female service advisor became irritated with me when she asked me to sign a blank form and I refused. Then instead of explaining she began to raise her voice so loud that it hurt my ears. I requested to speak with the manager and was greeted by the owner who assured be my concerns would be addressed.Needless to say not thrilled with the results of my repair, but I cant bring myself to go there or recommend them to anyone. Also when the rental car company picked me up, the driver told me that everyone says that lady is rude and nasty.

Carolina Paint and Body does not seem to care about quality of work or satisfying the customer. After my truck was returned from Carolina Paint and Body it was missing several original parts that they lost and could not find, new panels were dented, new panels were not aligned properly, did not replace factory badges, did not re-install my back up camera because they did not know how it was installed (but they took it apart), painted over rubber parts that needed to be removed and replaced, bought the cheapest parts possible and the list could go on. I gave them a chance to make corrections but it seemed to be over their head and they had many excuses. The “life time warranty” is useless if they can’t complete the task the first time. All they care about is your money and getting you out the door. I would recommend a smaller shop that takes pride in their work.

These guys do paint and body work in addition to towing. Theyve done good work for us the couple times we have used them. The main place I think they could improve would be keeping customers updated on status and double checking their work after it is done.

I had a quick visit to this shop for an estimate after a minor fender bender. The second I walked in, the ppl were so friendly and completely prepared for the appointment. I had my 4 year old with me and the lady at the front desk (I didnt catch her name) turned the TV to cartoons for him just because, neither of us asked about that at all she was just a thoughtful person. The man who took care of the estimate was thorough, and quick too. We were only there for a short time, it was so much more painless than I expected it to be, and the friendly customer service was the icing on the cake. We havent had the repairs done yet, but I dont expect anything but the best considering the experience I just had.

I broughtt 2017 Silverado in jus to have my door that had a scratch and bumper that was chipped in to be painted 1300.00. Upon gettin it back the door looked worse then when I brought it in. After I brought it back in to be painted again I got it back buffed burnt and looked worse then it did the 2nd time. Highly disappointed some one isnt doin there job anymore. Dont the owner look at the finish product bf leaving smh

Terrible customer service and only care about which cars they can make the most money on is how they made me feel. I signed an estimate on 10/29/18, however only carry liability insurance since my car is paid for. Since they can’t bill my insurance company and I’m paying out of pocket (less money for Carolina Paint and Body), they kept putting me off. I was even told by Art at one point that they were repairing cars with “billable insurance” first. The next excuse was that undriveable cars were having to be fixed first. So I was promised the 2nd week of December, when that time arrived I heard nothing. I contacted them and was told it would then be the middle to end of January. Nobody communicated anything to me! I had to find out everything by calling or emailing. I’ve since found a competitor to fix it for 1/3 of the price because they have quality customer service and actually care about their clients. Looking at potentially contacting the BBB and owner so they are aware of what kind of “service” this company offers.

Front desk lady was rude.

My car had minor rear damage from a fender bender that damaged my right rear wheel. I told them I wanted a new wheel and they said sure no problem they will handle it with Allstate. Picked my car up noticed they re-plasti dipped my new wheel for me. It wasnt for several months later when I peeled the Plasti dip off I saw they did NOT put a new wheel on my car just simply sanded my old one down and covered it up and charged Allstate $170 for a reconditioned wheel. Holy**** $170 to sand and cover with $6 paint?????.... On top of all this they re-painted one of my doors which idk why because it wasnt damaged and they painted over the door Handel so now the hand sensors dont work on that door and it wont unlock when I grab it. If they fix this Ill change my review other wise I would avoid this place if I were you.

We were in a three car collision as the middle car. We had extensive damage. Carolina Paint and Body repaired our car for us. We had a few additional repairs that needed to be completed after the initial return of our vehicle. The customer service was amazing and the owner ensured we were completely satisfied. The small gestures of commmunication and personalization have a huge impact on customer service. We would recommend Carolina Paint and Body on Clemson Road.

I would not recommend anyone to allow the highway patrol to use this Carolina paint and body.

The only positive thing about the whole experience was the poor lady stuck working the front desk for these idiots. After weeks of slacking off and lies, I went and retrieved my car. It was apparent that the manager, and Steve whatever his role is, put off as much work as they can on the front desk person who has to actually interact with the customers theyre ignoring. For all I know, maybe the other two locations are alright, but the Newland Rd location is a joke.

Recently had my vehicle there and actually got it back a day earlier; they kept me updated throughout the entire process!! And did an excellent job with great customer service!!

They have had my car since the end of November. Steve is a professional B/Ser ... one excuse after another...think they may be in over their head.
