Great service! Russ always takes the time to answer our questions to make sure were getting exactly what we want. Never rushed. Friendly staff, great products. The service team is great too! Russ was great to deal with. I was looking for a washing machine. He took time to explain the differences in the models. I found their prices comparable with the big box stores. They also have a good service dept which I have used in the past. I would recommend them.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment a week ago, for them to call me day of the appointment (today) and tell me that dont service my particular maytag washing machine. His exact words over the phone without coming to the appointment was I will not touch that machine and I strongly suggest you go buy a new one. They should have told me they dont service this model when I made the appointment last week with all the model and serial numbers. So disappointing, I will never use them again.

Dryer not working. Technician replaced internal blown fuse in dryer and recomended we clean vent of lint. We did. Next day, dryer not working. We tore the vent apart to get a little more lint. Technician returned, and again replaced same blown fuse. We were not charged for the return trip labor or part. They are a company to rely on. We appreciate their services.

Dryer was turning off on its own and washer started tearing clothes up. Brought to Stevens TV and Appliance in Boonville that Columbia Appliance apparently bought out. Guy that helped me unload and took my washer and dryer there was very nice and helpful. Didnt need them back right away so no big deal it took them two weeks to call me back on it, I let them no it was no big rush, I had another set. I get call back and told the dryer needed a new door sensor and couldnt find anything wrong with the washer. So I go pick them up and pay. Now at the counter lady says one tech said he put a door sensor in another tech says he didnt so Im not getting charged for maybe a new sensor. So at this point no one knows whats been fixed or not and who knows what the problem with washer is. I say heck with it Im not saying anything and pay load up and take them back home so I can hook them up and look at them. I go to hook up dryer and they left what looks like window vinyl inside the dryer. So obviously they forgot it, because it was used for storage and probably never even hooked up and trouble shot otherwise the plastic vinyl woulda melted in it. However the dryer didnt kick off anymore so maybe they did put a switch in the door? Then I hook the washer back up to start trying to figure it out. Second load I lift up the lid and the switch that locks the lid down came off. There is no screws in it to hold it to the lid. So I look through my odds and ends to find 2 screws that will work to hold the lid down and find two that work. Now I know either they took it apart and forgot to put the screws back or I found what was cutting up my clothing two screws in the tub rolling around getting caught on everything. Now getting ready to run another load and havent found any screws loose in the tub, so we will see!! Definitely not worth using, obviously bad communication between the people working there, and highly doubt anyone even looked at my machines otherwise there wouldnt be loose parts and random stuff in my machines.

We were only shown quality brands with great warranties and an honest, low-pressure sales experience. The gentlemen who delivered the units were friendly, punctual, and precise. Great customer service and very friendly. But gave me very little answers on fixing my fridge. Yes it is working better but not how i should. Did replace the door parts and ordered them in. Really it was a waste of money for us as now I will need a new fridge, with a $100 less in my pocket. Oh well live and learn.**Edit down to 1 star because my brother says they did nothing and ripped us off!

Had older refrig in the basement for extra freezer and refrig space, it broke down, not wanting to haul it around the house and haul a new one in I called Columbia Appliance. They sent Paul out and he found it was a safety surge protector thing that had gone bad and had one in his truck. I was back up and running within 30 minutes. Paul was prompt, friendly, honest and efficient! Highly recommend!

We just had a new refrigerator delivered and could not have been more pleased with the the delivery. The guys were extremely careful taking the old refrigerator out and bringing the new one in. They worked diligently to ensure the refrigerator was perfectly positioned and level, and answered all the questions we had, including questions about other appliances.Also, I would like to add that working with Russ and the other folks in the store has been a real pleasure. They are very helpful and sincerely want to help you select the right appliance to meet your needs. When we need another appliance we will definitely return to Columbia Appliance.

Royce was so patient, helpful, kind, and professional in helping us research and explore refrigerator possibilities to fit our kitchen and needs. January was so friendly and helpful when we came in to actually look at our options, and Tony and Luke were very careful bringing the new refrigerator into our house. They explained everything thoroughly and showed us how everything worked so we felt completely comfortable with our new baby after they left. We just couldnt have asked for a better experience and cant wait to start researching and saving up for our next big appliance...a new stove...and be sure we wont deal with anyone but Columbia Appliance. They were just awesome all around.

1. (2019) I received great service with no additional charges for an overnight delivery of a pump assembly for our dishwasher. A warm welcome when I went in to pick up my parts and had the dishwasher fixed within 30 hours of calling them for help. I’ll be going here for appliances if we ever need anything going forward.2. (2020) Whirlpool quality has hit me concerned. Of 7 Whirlpool Gold appliances, 4 have now required a service call. Thankfully I can count on Columbia Appliance! Their technician was in and out within an hour and had our dryer operational again. 5Stars x2.

The oven in my rental house was showing an F2/F3 error so I put in a maintenance request to my landlord for the oven repair, which included those codes. My landlord contacted me to verify the brand (Kenmore) of the appliance and stated the repairman would be in touch. I received a call from Columbia Appliance around 3pm, but when I called after work at 5 they were closed, the message did not mention hours. When I called back the next day and asked for the rep who left the message he didnt recall leaving the message and said he leaves a lot of messages. While their hold music tells you to have the model number ready, he never asked for it. He referred to it as a range, while I kept correcting saying oven. He gave me a two hour window for the repairman to arrive and said they couldnt be more specific, but I would get a call before he arrived. The day of the repair when I received the call the man was 10 minutes away, and said he was coming to check the range. When I said, I just want to be clear; the repair was to be made on the oven, he corrected me and said We refer to the whole unit as a range, but I tell you what, how bout I fix whatevers wrong? which seemed very condescending. When he arrived I showed him the oven in question and he said You know what, youre right, it is an oven. He told me They must have wrote it down wrong. However the request I submitted to my landlord was for an oven, which was later clarified to be a Kenmore, and no rep from the company asked for a model number. Furthermore, perhaps thats why both the man on the phone and the repairman should have listened to me and asked clarifying questions, such as for the model number in advance. And then the repairman looked for the model number after acknowledging it is in fact an oven, I showed him the number, then he asked where the breaker box in the house was. I showed him and warned him it the switches arent marked, and he proceeded to try them unsuccessfully, not warning me to turn off my tv or anything first. He never got the oven power off, as demonstrated by the clock never loosing power, and then came out saying that the electonic display relay was stuck open, and they dont make that part anymore so he would tell my landlord and it was up to him what to do. I have heard nothing since, even though it has been a month since the request was first submitted, and googling the error code shows it is likely a temperature sensor, which comports with the observation of how the oven functions before the error code displays.

In December of 2013, I called Columbia Appliance to repair a leaky dishwasher I had purchased from them two years before. Long story short, they came seven different times and I STILL have the same leak. Not only am I out the $150 for the repair but I wasted almost a full day of my time on these service calls. I personally will NEVER shop with them again.

Our washer was making a terrible sound. We called Columbia Appliance for help. They were professional and friendly from the first call to the technician leaving our house! Im so glad we called them! Its a little scary, because you dont know what the cost will be, but it was totally worth it to get the problem taken care of fast, safetly, and correct!
