By far the best customer experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. Jonathan is top notch! He goes the extra step to make sure youre take care of. Literally, if you need a phone make sure you ask for him!

The guy that helped me set up my phone was nice. Disappointed that I was not told about additional charges that will show up on the bill. Also I bought a screen protector a week ago and is already cracking. I have not dropped my phone and I dont think it should be cracking already. Probably could have gotten a better and cheaper one on Amazon. They also seem like they dont really want to help you anymore after you buy a phone from them.

After 20 years, I almost left Verizon due to awful customer service across the board, but Josh at this store was very attentive, helpful and solved all my problems with my phone. This place was great, Josh was kind and smart, the service was thorough and fast. Recommend !!!! especially if you feel like Verizon is failing you.

Everything was explained smoothly. Showed and explained the breakdown and it was very simple. Columbia Heights location is where I am going for now on! They even helped activate my phone and made sure everything transferred.

Rina, was extremely friendly and kind throughout my entire experience at this Verizon location. She wasn’t only professional and welcoming but she went out of her way to help me when it wasn’t in her job description. This is my new Verizon stop whenever I need help because of the excellent people here.

Fine experience, went in to pay phone bill.

Google says they open at 10. Got there and they dont even have their hours on the door. Waited until 10:15. Left because who knows if someone is late, or they just dont open until later.

We went to TCC in Columbia Heights because the corporate Verizon store wouldn’t let us look at phones to buy. CJ was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions, recommending a phone, help set up the new phone and transfer the data from the old phone. He was courteous, pleasant and very helpful. Great service. We will visit again!

Chris, aka CJ, was outstanding in helping us set up four new lines and two new phones. He was there at each step of the plan selection to answer questions and ensure we understood costs. The two new phones were set up quickly and CJ didn’t hesitate to jump in and help with profile transfers and to ensure each phone worked and accounts were correct and transferred. Great job, highly recommend

CJ was the only one working, he multitasked to get every customer in and out, even with the issues he ran into with their system (not his fault) Verizons system was glitching, he worked very hard and got me and my son all set up! I’ve was a loyal customer with AT&T for ten years. I decided to leave because of constant billing mistakes and poor phone service. I wasn’t looking forward to finding a new provider and having to start over with a new company. I visited the location on central avenue and was fearing the worst. The moment I stepped in the store I was promptly greeted and treated like I had been a customer of theirs for years. (Something AT&T never made me feel like) I was helped by a pleasant young man Jonathan who made the whole buying experience for me a pleasant surprise. He asked me several questions to understand what my needs were and helped me pick out a a phone and plan that worked for me and my family. I wanted to share this great experience in an age where most customers feel like a number I felt like I was valued. I appreciate when companies and the people that work for them value our business. Thank you so much for a great experience. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family and if you get a chance visit Jonathan he will take care of you.
