Ive always been a huge fan of this store but after my incident today with the manager and one of new workers I wont be coming back. I ordered Tostilocos and had to go back because the mango was hard and still green.i asked the girl to please make me some without mango and she told me that was against their policy so I asked to talk to the manager. The manager got defensive and mad Idk the reason as to why because I was just asking for what was fair . Long story short, manager told the girl to take out the mango and this is what they gave me back...I had to throw them away because I dont know if they spit on them or did something because when they went to the back they started laughing and saying stuff in Spanish. Michoacana you lost a loyal customer

Food was bad.Bionica was extremely watery, and they charge extra for adding the traditional toppings such as granola, raisins, and coconut.The strawberry water tasted like it was made out of rotten strawberries and had no ice in it.The tostilocos hardly had any tostitos in it, and when I asked her if the tostilocos had tostitos in them she give me an attitude and said I can clearly see them from right hereI had to raise up the tray to see a few tostilocos at the bottom of the traySo I tried to lighten the mood and asked her how do you like working here?And she responded to me with its ok but sometimes when its busy people give you attitude and straight up gave me the most obvious attitude faceNever going there again

This place is the nearest icecream place to my house and we normally go with my husband because we actually like it. They have it well organized for the covid social distancing but it’s only take out, the icecream is good and they are really fast. Sometimes the customer service is not the best but it really depends on how much work they have or the person that takes your order, however, majority of the time they’re really friendly and clean. Love it!

I Accidentally Ordered from this Michoacana Place thinking it was another 1 in colton (mind you all i ordered was 1 smoothie and 1 fruit bowl that is worth probably only $10.00). The Manager Called My Phone 3x Harassing Me to go to his store...I told him people are dieing in our world during this pandemic and your harassing me...I told him sorry i went to another location. I told Him to Donate the smoothie or give it to a homeless in the city. He was screaming & psycho. NEVER GO HERE. I AGREE WITH THE GIRL BELOW THAT THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. In Colton, they are the best Michoacana. Great service, flavors on point and staff doesnt seem clueless. One minor downside is the chatter amongst themselves (gossip). Quick service too.

Oh my gosh, this place is to die for. Ice cream lovers, dont be fooled by the Spanish name of this place. They have every kind of ice cream, sorbet, ice cream bars and specials that allow one to add fresh fruits, whatever flavor, and all the sweet goodies.... Little bit spend, but the portions are worth it.... Friendly staff, they do speak English, so if you Love any variety of ice cream this is the spot....

This place is a jewel of the Inland Empire. Wow on flavor. The cold treats are made with pride.... Well all the treats here are made with pride. I never had ice cream that tasted so good until I got a taste of the Michoacana ice cream. I am not exaggerating! The long line speaks for itself but not to worry the staff works fast and gets the long line to move quickly with a smile.

If i could rate lower, i would. Pricila and some other girl that wears way too much makeup have attitude and don’t listen. And the manager is rude also. There’s one girl that works there that wears glasses, i think her name is Angelica, is nice and has never gave us a problem.

This is one of four Michoacana shops (best one) Ive been to. Their Mangonadas are delicious. Not all shops make them the same. They also have a variety of water pops which are made with real fruit as well as their ice creams.

Ice cream is great but service not so much. I was ignored twice and skipped in the line to help everyone else before me. Im not sure why this is but I dont appreciate it. Besides that everything is great.

Clean business, staff are fast and greet you as soonest you come in. Even when busy, they will ensure to acknowledge you. Ice cream and ice creams bars are unique/exotic staple to the Michoacanas in México 💯. Their other snacks are also tasty and use fresh squeezed lime😍. One more thing, I realize their Esquite or also known cocktail de elote, its fresh 🤗. Not from the can, as Ive experienced other Michoacanas served 🤢.

I went to this location and got one scoop of rocky road ice cream in a cup. Got home and started eating it and mid way through my ice cream i found a piece of hair in the ice cream, got grossed out and then started searching my ice cream in case i found something else and i found ANOTHER PIECE OF HAIR!!! Shoes the lack of cleanliness, never going back again.

Does not live up to any of its hype. Mediocre to say the least. For an establishment of typical Mexican botanas, Id say you are better to stick to the paletero or the corner store. I ordered a paleta of pepino con chile and it was mostly just pepino. Not only that the sanitation must be lacking because I now have food poisoning. Just stick to your local paletero or mom and pops.The products are all overpriced for something you can get anywhere.

This place is amazing! Clean and full of options. There are several flavors of Aguas, Ice Cream and prepared Mexican Snacks. An absolute find and must try. My personal favorites the new pepino preparado the classic Tostilocos and the best Mazapan Ice cream and Fresas con crema. Always worth the wait the experience and the time. An absolute great delicious experience.
