All we tried to do was to buy a pair of frames. The lens we have ordered today, separately. are special made due to prisms. We were not only denied access to view frames (Covid) no one - no one was in side the are as it was roped off. Then we were told we could not purchase just frames. It was all about not helping us rather than being considerate. Shame on management.

Ive been waiting for over 2 months for my glasses. I call often to check if theyve reopened, but have only been answered once. They never informed me that theyd temporarily closed (though they claimed they did) and the lady I talked to was indignant and rude talking to me as though I was a child.

My boyfriend got glasses right here and he already had his prescription and sayings but they gave him a pretty good deal and they price match. It took a few days shorter than they said when they sent the frames out. And they also called as soon as they were in.

Its a good place people are very friendly I just dont know why they dont sea you on the time of your appointment.
