I was turned on to this place after Murrays restaurant supplies closed. A lot of us from the culinary school used to go to Murrays for our supplies and tools of the trade but now i myself go here.They have a lot of the tools I need for home and side work, especially if youre looking for good quality cookware. Ive noticed that theyre a little pricey compared to what Murrays used to be but they have all your cooking and business needs. I have been a good price customer for years and Ive never found any other place with the selection, knowledge and customer service that I get here every time. They know everything about what they carry and they care about getting you the right tools to get the job done. Open to the public thankfully! We bought a baking pan and cooling rack and it was a hair to big so we went right back returned it for store credit and got 2 of the next size down and the potluck was saved. We can’t wait to go back and get more. Excellent customer service but not to up in the way. Thank you.

Bought a fryer brand new and doesn’t work after 5 months. Owner didn’t seem to care after explaining to him this is the foundation for my business especially a busy weekend. He wouldn’t exchange or provide any service on sight after i said i could bring the fryer to him. It’s like once they sell an item they was their hands from any customer service. The owner “Enrenke” then explained he’s been in the business for 15 years. (Which means nothing if you can’t satisfy customers that spend thousands of dollars with you and can’t satisfy their needs). If you’ve been in the business this long you know when operation malfunctions happen to small business, it cripples us. Btw i provided the receipt and I’m in the 1 year warranty. I would think twice before shopping here. I’ve been in business for over 10 years and never have dealt with such bad customer service. Please save your time and money and don’t support this owner. He doesn’t care about your business he just wants your money.
