The owner of this company is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 plus years, and have always received exactly what I ordered, until my most recent order a few days ago.I ordered several belts for an upcoming promotion, and the next day I received an email saying they were out of stock in one of the sizes, and that they could order those sizes and ship my belts the following week. They did not wait for any response from me, and the order was shipped out 20 minutes after they emailed me, and they substituted the out-of-stock belts with larger sizes that I did not want, need, or can even use. (I replied to the email the next morning stating that I would like to wait for the belts to be in stock, and they replied back that it was too late, the order was already shipped)I called the company and spoke with the owner about this issue and he became instantly hostile and extremely disrespectful towards a long-time customer.He stated that he called me and left a message, and sent me an e-mail, and that I did not reply soon enough, (20 minutes from the time the email was sent and the package was shipped).I never received a call or a voicemail, because I would have called back immediately.While speaking with the owner, his level of rudeness and hostility continued to increase, and I told him that his attitude was extremely unprofessional, and asked him is this how you treat all your customers. He stated yes, if they call to complain. I told him that I was not calling to complain, but calling to get an issue resolved that was created on their end, (they substituted items that I did not order without any confirmation from me). He told me that he would send a return label for the incorrect belts, but he would not order the belts I needed, and that I should just deal with it, and that most customers would be happy with a substitution to still get their orders on time. (I made this order with plenty of time to spare before the upcoming promotion, in case of issues like this)I told him that I was a long-time customer, and have spent a lot of money over the years with their company, and would most likely be spending thousands and thousands of dollars more overtime on uniforms belts and sparring gear, and he replied I dont want or need your money, and you can just go somewhere else.I told him that I absolutely cannot believe that Im being treated like this by the owner of the company, and at that point he became even more disrespectful and rude.I then told him that I would be leaving a negative review for him online, and he replied good, I cant wait to read it. And after a few more hostile and disrespectful words, he hung up on me.I have never, ever received such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service, especially coming from the owner of a company.

Went on online to order my son a couple helmets. Had just what I wanted and were $10 less than any other site. Ordering was very easy. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but came early on Thursday! Was very shocked since I am in Mississippi and most places take ove a week. The helmets fit great! Will be ordering from this site again for any of the equipment we will needing in the future! Thank you!

I opened a set of chucks I ordered and the chain wasnt connected. I reached out to customer support, they said send us a pic and the order number and we will return it. Granted it has been 90 days from when I bought it but the item was defective. They said too much time has passed to send a new one, exchange it, or to return it. Heads up their chain chucks are for wall art only. After opening the handle, the chain is only held in place by a small cheap C pin. This is dangerous and reckless. Please go elsewhere for the purchase of chained weapons.

Will never order from this company again!!! I did order sai case which the zipper fell off. My first review was replied to by customer service to which they stated that they will replaced at no charge, cool. I later found out that this company wanted to see the zipper that fell off. I did waste my money and my time with this cheap company.This company became extremely defensive when I wrote multiple reviews

Great customer service. I found a wood broadsword on their site. It wasnt the lowest price, but a good price, and they had it in stock. I happened to be in SoCal at the time and asked if I could pick it up as I needed it ASAP. The guy on the phone was super nice, helped walk me through how to order online and do will call, and after I ordered, while I was still on the phone, he immediately processed the order and told me where to go to pick it up. The sword was waiting for me on a table when I arrived. Great customer service! Will shop again.

I recommend against doing business with Kungfu4less.The title and description were misleading...actually, they were inaccurate. When product arrived, I asked the vendor if there was a mix up, or if the order was correct. When I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay expensive shipping and restocking fee, while I maintained that they didnt deliver what they said they would. Eventually, I stopped payment on the credit card transaction.Specifics: I ordered a hard wood tai chi sword. What I got instead was a two handed western sword. While technically, two handed Jian (Tai Chi sword) exist, they are rare and it is well understood that in America and China, Tai Chi practitioners use a one handed Jian. Selling a two handed sword as a Tai Chi Sword is misleading, and as of this review, they havent updated it because, as they said, the two handed western style sword is a Tai Chi sword.

All went well placed in order And received it in no time.. had a slight hiccup, but problem was quickly resolved.. been a martial artist for over 45 years and I have been all over the world 🌎 I guarantee you that you will not be able to get better prices they rival all others....thank you kungfu4less

Im very satisfied with Kungfu4less. Prices are good and reasonable, customer service is even better. I made a purchase late Friday night, then realized that I needed to make changes. I emailed customer support outside of business hours, knowing that I wouldnt receive a response until Monday. I got a reply the next day, and my order arrived Tuesday! I put Kungfu4less at the top of my list for martial arts supplies. Please support this business.

Great Service! I got exactly what I ordered quickly with clear email communications regarding the shipping. I was buying a shoe that is made in China and can be difficult to find in the US. Will definitely shop with KungFu4less again!

They do seem to have decent prices but as soon as i went to the checkout it was 55$ shipping to europe which was very dissapointing as i live in central europe...

Do not buy from this company. Cheaply made products. The return policy is ridiculous. Save your money. You have to actually pay shipping 2 times in order to maybe get a refund. My product broke in the first 5 minutes of use. I bought 2. Same for both.

I have ordered from Kung Fu 4 Less in the past and both times I have been super pleased with my order! Not only was the price and quality great, the order was delievered with speediness (like a little over 24 hours from order placed to delivery) even though it was a non-rush order! Make sure you never have to return an item. If you do, the return was easy. But in addition to you having to pay for return shipping, you will also be charged a 15% restocking fee which is very discouraging. I won’t be ordering from here again!

Order was not even proceased untill 5 days after placed. My order was put on hold so I would not be receiving it on time for holiday costume party. I am extremely disappointed in this site. Terrible...just terrible. Would have spent a lot of money here, but will never shop due to this experience.
