I went there cuz I heard they had beef on sale, and went I got there, the prices were decent. The store was clean and there was a large variety of Mexican and Caribbean food. Decent!

Clearly no one to handle and main order of all shopping carts. Contamination HIGH RISK. There is a Hand Sanitizer Pump inside, however no PAPER TOWELS to wipe yourself or wipes to clean shopping cart. Huge Disappointment.One huge credit to the bakery section. Each sweet bread (pan dulce) is individually wrapped🥳🙌 huge points here. As adults and kids touch everything. The attendant at their Take out stand was cleaning and wiping down the glass area. In all they are making improvements but it defeats efforts of shopping carts are not sanitized and wiped not provided.Huge improvement in customer service. Angela the cashier was friendly, she had this vibe of gratitude, she looks to enjoy her job. She was my highlight and she also packed my groceries. In the past they had just ugly souls working. N9 one seemed to like their job and plain rude. Today Angela and all others I interacted with extremely pleasant.

I love Cardenas. Closest one near us is in Pomona. Worth the trip for the tortillas and produce.

Usually Ill go to Cardenas Market near me. But today I chose to go to this particular one, thats located on My. Vernon. I was very disappointed 😞. Wanted to purchase some Mexican bread. Turns out that the bread was as hard as a rock. And to make matters worse, there was only one register open. So not only I was complaining, but so was everyone else. They need to monitor that.

Food is to salty. Rice tasted salty and dry. Food was not what I expected. Dont eat the food.

If I wanted to bag my groceries I would go to food for less but with these prices they should not be rude and do their job

Visited market in Colton today. Prices of some vegetables and groceries are reasonable. Unfortunately, the Olay complete moisturizer I bought had a different content inside. The box was open and inside was a different olay product which costs half the price of what I paid. I am very disappointed.

This was a great experience in a Mexican market. I really did enjoy this market Im from out of town visiting it was so refreshing to see a Latino market with latino products. The produce was very fresh and inexpensive I was able to find some extra large avocados 5 for $5. The meat department have some really extraordinary fresh meat. The customer service was extraordinarily friendly. The cashier was extremely nice.

The parking lot is as dirty as the store. Has a really bad smell as you walk in and only gets stronger as you walk towards the meat department. I bought a package of meat for tacos and when I opened that package I could smell that they marinate the old meat. Not going back there.

This Cardena’s is very unprofessional. They made us wait for the cake lady to come back from her break and no one else was available to help. Two customers left because they didn’t want to wait, I personally found that extremely annoying.

They give false advertisement I got a coupon in the mail that said I would get 15 for spending 25 but that wasnt the case u get a corn bread this week valued at 8.99 and next week if you spend another 25 u get a shrimp cocktail for free and thats supposed to be equal to the 15 free that makes no sense and is false advertisement so really I got to make. 2 trips and spend 50 total, 25 each trip and I get a corn bread one week and shrimp cocktail the next.

This store is one of the worst Ive seen, today I went shopping there and I grabbed a packaged ground meat and there it was a big long black hair i took it to the meat department and gave it to one of the guys working there and he said that he was going to throw it away but I honestly doubt it, and then I went to grab one piece of my favorite bread (empanada de calabaza) freaking bread was so hard I ended up throwing it away and then whe it was time to pay only two cash registers were open, not this site not ever again. Poor management I guess

Cárdenas Markets Executives: train cashiers to bag groceries when customers bring their own bag (s); Yesenia Cano wasnt quick to do this for me this morning...I bagged my items then she sort of helped at the end. I dont know if she was lazy or not properly trained.

No customer service. They cjarge for bags and do not bag. No where does it state for us to bag. I should get paid to bag my stuff. Females at register lazy. At the register yawning talking to other co workers ignoring customers. Annoying.

Really crowed store and there is never enough registers open when they should be. Overall the store isnt bad at all but the checkout lines really ruin the store for me. I much rather go to a gas station and over pay for some basic items then waste an hour in line for a snack

This time it was great I got a shrimp cocktail for 9 bucks and I still have 1/3 of it left I had crackers with it it was delicious it was a piece of fat in it the second time I found one I realize what it was it was avocado I enjoyed it and will enjoy it again

Okay folks as a Latina, its that time of the year Tamale Time! Okay so I went to buy my masa, waited my turn 3 people ahead of me all conducting their business in Spanish, which is fine, if thats your primary language, okay so its my turn, conducted my request in English (no Espanol spoken here) and the lady didnt understand a damn word I said! She had to go get someone who spoke English. Now that pissed me off a bit, why you ask? Because I was in California, USA not Mexico, where yes it would require me to speak Spanish. All in all, the English speaking young man was very helpful and my masa was great! So, if you go to this market be prepared to bust out the Espanol!

Good quality & very reasonable prices

Although a bit more expensive, the meat & produce department has better quality thats its main competitor of the area El Super.My favorite section is the kitchen department. Great for lunch breaks. You can get some mariscos (Mexican Seafood) to go. I love the smell of freshly made pork carnitas & chicharron (pork rinds). They also have flan & gelatin desserts.

Even though I dont speak Spanish there still friendly to me 🤗 I got the carnitas and boy are they delicious 😋

I went to the bakery yesterday for a birthday cake special request a tres leches cake ! I had to throw it away it was awful nobody liked it . It tasted awful not like a tres leches cake . I asked the lady at the counter if it was fresh . She just told me it was put out that morning ?!?!?!

Its economic on groceries. Its a welcom grocery shopping and very good well made tortillas just like home!!!!
