I ordered via web site two steam showers and they only lasted about three years. I took one out and it sits in my garage and had another shower installed. The other one is leaking and I took pictures of the part I needed and called four times, and no response. So this shower has been sitting for two years without anyone helping me with this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE>

My shower was delivered this morning. We did what the instructions said check everything out which we did. there was one box with slight damage Call them told them about the problem. Wrapped the box back up refused it. They didnt even blink an eye asked for some pictures no problem and they are sending a new on tomorrow GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you for everything
