The folks at Proshop Automotive were excellent to me and my truck. The fast turnaround and first rate attention to getting my truck fixed. They didnt try to sell me on a bunch of parts I didnt need. And they easily could have with my fuel supply issue. $500 and a couple days and I had my truck back. And they changed my oil. Saved me at least $1000 bucks easily. Thank you

Came to get my car serviced for brakes and oil change and received excellent service from the front desk right away. Service techs were very professional and gave me a full detail on the service they were going to perform. My car was left in perfect condition definitely making them my preferred tech for any future services to my car.Great customer service overall. Jose is so thorough when he explains things. Never grew up enthusiastic about cars so when my “inner fender,” I think that’s it, got damaged I was a little lost. I drive a lot and my son is usually in the car with me so getting such good customer service during my quote call meant a lot. They were really honest and knowledgeable about how to fix that peace above my tire, while remaining patient with me. The service price is fair and I will be writing a follow up on how the job comes out after my appointment. Thanks again guys!!

I don’t know anything about cars, but my friend recommended this place, and I’m so happy I went. Anabel at the front desk was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and that I could ask as many questions as I wanted. It’s family owned, so it seems like the siblings work really well together. The shop and waiting area is really clean and doesn’t even feel like an auto repair shop.My car had been making a noise and it ended up being a piece of metal hitting the wheel. They fixed the problem and also did an inspection. I even got pictures sent to my phone so I could show my dad what was going on with my car. I ended up fixing a couple of things that I had no idea needed to be fixed.I am glad I went and definitely feel like I can trust them with my car.

I make the drive all the way from Baldwin Park to Colton because I trust them to do the work correctly and efficiently, so it’s worth it to go out of my way. Also my experience with other shops that might charge less is that you definitely get what you pay for. Proshop will go out of their way and I trust them to take care of my car and my parents cars, too. Last time I came in they did an amazing job with my oil changed in my car service I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10 ! 👌🏼

Definitely my “go to” shop for everything in auto repair. I have been their client for years and recommend them highly. This particular visit was maintenance but they have been exceptional with engine work, AC and heat issues among other things.

Really did a poor job of instilling any confidence that they knew what they were doing, especially since they werent able to figure out what the issue with my car was. And charged me for pretty much nothing. Maybe oil changes is all theyre capable of doing.

Good service. I went by myself (as a girl) and didn’t feel like they played any games or tried to talk me into fixing something I didn’t need. I went for an oil change, they changed it, gave me some tips on things that could be updated soon (filters, spark plugs - with pictures provided on this handy webpage feature they use) without forcing me to do it on the spot, and that was it. The price for the oil change was really good too, about $35-$40.

This place is the only auto mechanic place I can trust! They have never tried to lie about what my car needs. Esteban is awesome!

This was my first time visiting Proshop Automotive and I will definitely be returning and sending them anyone I know who needs their car looked at . I was happily surprised with the way they make this report along with pictures of the issues your vehicle might be having along with a color code that tells you how bad it is . I think people will appreciate this extra thing they do because they include an actual picture of the problem area from your car and send it to you in the report so you know there’s an actual problem . Also super helpful if your husband or wife is at work and you need to share the cars’ issues and agree or not on a repair . The staff is super polite and attentive, the place is super comfortable with bottled waters and coffee as you wait .

Proshop Automotive is cutting edge. The technology they use is incredibly impressive. Plus, there is a check-in system that prompts and email with a link to your cars service record. There, you can view recommendations, see photos of the problems the technicians find, and you can approve or deny any work (and see all estimates) before you find yourself stuck with sticker shock. These guys are thorough and super polite and friendly. If you have questions, they take the time to answer them. Im a repeat customer and will continue to be their customer in the future. They make car repairs as painless as possible. Plus, if you are within 10 miles of the shop, they will come pick up your vehicle and bring it back to you when the work is done. Each time they have worked on my car, they even bring it back washed and shiny - inside and out. I hate having my car serviced. HATE IT! However, the great folks over at Proshop Automotive make it so easy and painless that its actually kinda fun! I sincerely appreciate the photos they post with any of their findings. That helps you see that youre not being snowed over. There is never any pressure to do any of the work they recommend. Theyre just as polite to you if you tell them to do it all as they are if you decline all the recommendations. Super fun bunch! Superior customer service! Excellent repair work. My husband went in today without an appointment and he was in and out in like an hour and a half. They were very professional and straight to the point in regards to the diagnostic of my car. We found out what was wrong with my car as well as they showed him the reports of the diagnostic and explained everything in detail of what was wrong. They recommended options that we could take before fully committing to fixing anything major — they even told us that there was a recall on the airbag of the passenger side. I would definitely recommend coming to this place. They are very professional and informative. One last thing, after the diagnostic—they won’t fix anything without your authorization. This is a huge/major plus on those who are very weary on places that would do things to your car without your approval.

I have finally found an honest, worry free place to take my car. Before, as a single woman I would take my car for repairs and almost always get ripped off.
