Ive been familiar with this Rent-a-Center for about two years now. Initially, it was scary to get started just because they want to ensure youre able to keep to your word and a payment plan that BENEFITS YOU!Your credit is not run nor does having bad credit or no credit disqualifies you from being able to rent products. Ive rented, purchased, and owned so many products here that Id recommend this company (better yet this site) for anyone looking to get those affordable payments when buying outright isnt an option just yet. The manager, Edwin, and all of the staff he employs are so accountable, professional, honest, and most importantly understanding!!!! Buying from vendors can be a hassle but Edwin and his team are so customer-oriented that theyre patient and willing to work around their customers. Communication is key to being a successful customer with Rent-a-Center and after developing a relationship, with mostly Edwin and Mark, I can vouch that they will be willing to adjust to anyones pay period and provide the necessary precautions needed to handle business throughout the pandemic.My most recent purchases include the Samsung QLED and sound bar that I was able to get for a bundle payment. Both the TV and bar are mountable, the flat screen sits at about 75, and has amazing quality. Its crystal clear, no glare, and even comes installed with Alexa, over 1000 channels, and other apps such as Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify! I chose a pay period that fits my working schedule to make sure the bundle was affordable for me. Because the sound bar is also Samsung, Im able to link the INCLUDED subwoofer to the same remote as my TV to control all my devices with one click or the voice controlled Alexa.Deliveries can be scheduled wherever applicable and the staff are careful and cautious with how and where theyre delivering to protect the products, customers, and themselves.Rent-a-Center Colton IS THE way to go!

Thisplace is trash people have an attitude its the worst experience I ever had in my life I called corporate complaint dont go there

This will be my last account with this location. A big disappointed in Management and he knows who he is. My last 4 visits with him were very hateful, distant, uncomfortable and unprofessional. I am very pleased tho with Mr. Mark. I want to thank him for always being friendly and keeping it professional even when things got a little out of control Ive watched him keep it together with a smile! thats what Customer service is all about. Never once judging me off of the issues they had with one of my family members account that had nothing to do with my business and relationship I had with the store. Great Job mark I will always share with others how great you are. You deserve 5 stars💫

Ive bought several things through them. Happy with every buy. They honor their warranties. I bought fridge that needed service they were at my door the next day with a loner. Always friendly and happy to serve long after purchase was made. I found prices to be very competitive. Now the bad part. They are closed on Sundays and holidays. They also close to early. They should be open 7 days a week and stay open till midnight. That way would make more money that way.

I love this store 😍 letty and I forgot the manager Brian i think not sure of his name but he is not there now 2020 and Jon cant forget him are by far my favorites i really I have no complaints about the new associates I met they seem nice but those other 3 I mentioned are definitely my favorite they always take care of me especially letty I love her the most and as long as she is at this store I will always do business with rent a center love you guys always Ms. Young but yeah letty is my favorite

Letty😍, always great with the customer service, very helpful.BUT as for the store as a whole, they had items on the floor that were marked for sale but missing pieces, then got told that they could not sell the item, WHY IS IT OUT ON DISPLAY THEN!?!? Purchased items were not delivered as promised either, didn’t show for first appointment, no call no show and extremely late for the second appointment, like 9pm late!Stove purchased was brand new, no complaints, the refrigerator was used, arrived with some mold in the corners bottom corners of the fridge, air and water filter replacement alerts were were flashing and needed to be replaced, and the inside needed cleaning. Other than that both items work fine.

I have gotten various items from this particular store and my experience has been top priority. Will continue to purchase as I need.

Excellent customer service

Got furniture here and was supposed to receive it on a Friday and it took them four days to deliver it. Not only that but Bryan is really rude along with the others that work here. Our payment is due on a certain day and theyd call a day before or the day of harassing us calling us several times a day to go make a payment. If you want to go get furniture, go to another rent a center or just go to a completely different furniture store. Seriously worst service ever. Its so bad, I cant stand going into the store to make a payment.

They came to my house threatening my family making my two little girls cry saying theyre going to come in and get the sofas if I dont pay them just because I was a couple weeks late threatening my family make sure you know what youre doing cuz this is your first warning shot

Bryant the manager needs to take customer service classes. Wasted three days with no communication from them regarding our delivery. We call and got noting but excuses. People dont shop at RAC on Mountain view find another store.😡
