This is the best place for good service. Entire staff are very accommodating. I have purebred (GSD), and my dog looks forward to treats given by staff . She is aware when we are 2 blocks away from location. She gets excited and the staff spoils her. Thank you All!

These guys are a great local getting spot. They are friendly and helpful, and they even have a drive through.Their punch card also will earn you 10% off after 6 purchases. Reasonably priced. It is a smaller store than some of the mega stores but they definitely have the essentials

This place is awesome! Its owned locally so clearly, by buying here you are supporting local Colorado Springs businesses. They have a drive-thru, let me say it again-THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU! Thats reason enough to stop by. They have a great selection of red wines and of course carry all of the typical liquor brands. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the owner Andrea. Space as pretty fast drive-thru. Although its only Stacks Up 3 most people dont know how to pull in there. But this place has a very good selection liquor very cool staff all around good feel.

Best place to get any drinks you need, it’s drive-thru if you’re short on time or walk in and meet the awesome staff. The prices here compare well with the Class Six on post.

I love the convenience of having R&R in my neighborhood. The staff is knowledgeable about all the products and as friendly as can be. They tolerate my love of moscato and always recommend things they think Id like. I highly recommend this store! TJM is awesome! Hes my little ones favorite and has the same initials as my hubby. Hes an awesome guy. Makes us feel like family.

One star is being nice.I live very close to the store and I have been coming here for years. I love interacting with most of the staff. Very fun and friendly. Nice to drive through without getting out of the car. One person always runs it all. The old guy at the window is rude and condescending. Likes to roll his eyes, be nasty and act like it is inconvenient to do his job and service the customers who support the business he is working for and ultimately signs his paycheck. I avoid going there when his car is there.Id rather take my business down the road to Security discount liquor where I dont feel judged and uncomfortable. I tell everyone I know to drive 2 miles down the hill if they want good service.

This LQ store was open on my way to Thanksgiving dinner. The guys in there were very helpful to find what I needed and even carried my box of beer to the car for me.

Great prices, cashiers are for the most part friendly and when I pay with quarters, dimes, and nickels, they dont treat me like a scumbag (hey - money all spends the same!!). This USED TO BE to be my least favorite liquor store in the Widefield/Security area (Liquor Stop is now - theyll get their 1 star review...) because their prices used to be outrageous and their vibe used to feel judgy. I dont know how long it has been since they turned awesome but I am SO thankful because it is both within walking distance and has a drive thru that is actually open regularly.

Military/retiree BEWAREOne thing I have been keeping track of once i started noticing is that this business says they offer a military discount of 10%.....However...everytime the guy says I get a discount and this is multiple employees and various different occasions..they never say the total ...just ok got your discount ..I asked for a receipt now and can verify each time they dont give it to me...I have even waited a few times and asked whats my total just to hear them say it than say oh I have military ....to make sure they take it off ..Now Im not being petty 10% is not a big deal however,if you are a small business and want to honor military Discount thats amazing being in the town we live in thats great but why lie .. 10% is nothing to lose. Customers for especially military .. I wont be back its too much of a hassle and there are companies who dont need to lieResponse to owner:Appreciate a response. However whether its 5% or 10 doesnt negate the fact it hasnt been applied numerous times. I think you may want to speak to your staff and or I can bring all the receipts I have to show you it wasnt applied.Again its not that it wasnt enough but rather why say its offered and then lie about it. Was my issueI do appreciate small business owners and there struggle however integrity should always be a key business model

This is my go to spot. A little pricey on some items, but not unreasonable for a small mom and pop joint. The evening staff are great folks.

Would rate no stars if I could. We purchased a case of Peach-a-Rita’s tonight and when we got home three of us opened one each, you know - to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, and they TASTED TERRIBLE. We’ve had them many times and know that they should not taste the way they did. After looking at the cans and case, it was apparent that these were expired. My husband took them back and they REFUSED to exchange them despite the other cases in the store that clearly had non-expired dates. Absolute terrible customer service. Have lost a customer and will absolutely tell everyone to go elsewhere.

Im a regular and if you have questions they have answers. I talk to the owner from time to time and she can get special request items she doesnt carry in stock.

This may be the worst location in the entire country to go to. They are overly rude and sarcastic. I dont mind a little attitude but to be treated like garbage by someone you are trying to buy product from is a terrible feeling. And by all means do not ask even one simple question or be prepared to feel the wrath from these people.

The wife and I like to come to the drive thru but the last few times weve been there the older guy with grey short hair has been extremely rude. My wife got a phone call while in line and he purposely spoke loudly almost to the point of yelling so the person on the phone couldnt hear her and knew she was at a liquor store, even after clearly giving her order. I have also dealt with him and had him close the window at the drive thru on my face and rudely walk away. Even McDonalds teaches better customer service at the drive thru. Wont be coming back until things change.

I am a regular. Every time I go in there they check my ID. This is the law and I am glad they do this or they wouldnt be in business. Ever since that older lady started working there I get an attitude about my ID everytime she is there. She doesnt even have to check me out and she sasses me. I do not appreciate the attitude!
